Abstract

Kinerja pegawai sebagai peran penting perusahaan dalam menggapai tujuan. Tingkat kinerja pegawai yang lebih tinggi dapat berkontribusi pada kemajuan perusahaan dan pencapaian tujuan yang diinginkan. PDAM Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo, sebagai perusahaan layanan, sangat bergantung pada pelayanan kinerja maksimal. Akan tetapi, terdapat permasalahan bahwa kinerja pegawai belum maksimal, hal ini terlihat pada keluhan pelanggan yang meningkat signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh stres kerja, workload, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 136 pekerja, dengan 58 pekerja sebagai sampel dengan metode simple random sampling berdasarkan rumus slovin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial pada kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain, workload dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama, stres kerja, workload, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo.

Abstract

Angka pengangguran di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan, terutama pada kaum terpelajar atau calon lulusan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya minat para calon lulusan khususnya untuk berwirausaha pada sector pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis factor – factor yang mempengaruhi niat mahasiswa pertanian menjadi wirausaha pertanian melalui pendekatan theory of planned behavior. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 120 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tidar. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh gabungan yaitu variabilitas intensi berwirausaha yang mampu dijelaskan oleh variabilitas pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku dan karakteristik pendidikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Karakteristik pendidikan secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a method to help make reward decisions through a UD Restu Bunda MSMEs case study. MSMEs are businesses in the creative economy that can withstand the shocks of uncertain economic conditions. Strong ambition to develop a business backfires because many things are often neglected. The bigger a business is, the more complex the management system is, one of which is rewards management. Rewards are employee appreciation based on criteria. Although no regulations state that business owners are required to provide rewards, giving rewards can also trigger internal conflicts, especially for MSMEs that do not have a structured and rational reward system. This research used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which combines Expert Choice 11 (EC 11) and Microsoft Excel tools. The results of this research are mainly in formula development, where the modification is the discovery of a performance value coefficient that functions to maintain the exchange rate of the performance assessment score against the funds provided. The exchange rate will not change as long as there is no change in the number of employees and funds to prevent cost overruns. Based on simulations conducted at UD Restu Bunda MSMEs, it was found that four important aspects must be given more attention when conducting performance appraisals, namely loyalty, work quality, communication, and discipline. Abstract

The increasingly dynamic business environment requires business actors, especially MSMEs, to adapt quickly and strategically to remain sustainable. Human resource management that is not only administrative but also oriented towards entrepreneurial values is believed to be the key to strengthening competitiveness in an era of rapidly changing markets. This study aims to analyse the effect of entrepreneurial human resource management integration on business ecosystem sustainability, with the dynamic market era as a mediating variable. This study employs an explanatory quantitative approach to examine MSMEs in Magelang Regency, Central Java. The study population consists of all active MSME actors, and through the proportionate stratified random sampling method, 71 respondents were obtained as the study sample. Primary data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analysed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.0. The results show that integrating entrepreneurial human resource management has a positive effect on market adaptability, which significantly improves the sustainability of the business ecosystem. Furthermore, the dynamic market era was found to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial human resource management and business sustainability. This confirms that successful innovative human resource management must be accompanied by the ability to cope with changes in the external environment. These findings have important implications for strengthening MSME development strategies based on human capabilities and sustainable market adaptation.

Abstract

Educational research plays an important role in the development of educational science and practice, especially in Islamic educational institutions, as an alternative solution to the reliance on experience and intuition, which tend to be subjective and biased. This article aims to analyze the types of educational research and their characteristics, and discuss their relevance in the preparation of quality scientific work in the context of Islamic educational institutions. The method used is library research with a descriptive approach. The research shows that with a comprehensive understanding with the selection of qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, and development research types must be adjusted to the objectives, context of the problem, and the needs of the analysis in order to produce relevant and in-depth scientific work in the environment of Islamic educational institution.

Abstract

In this 4.0 era, many companies have switched to using digitization for work purposes, implementing digital applications that aim to make it easier for the people involved in their work processes. This literature-based research can provide benefits in the form of knowledge relevant to the research conducted, namely looking for information on the relationship between the use of digital applications and work effectiveness, where the data used is obtained from relevant research and previous studies related to the topic. The results of relevant research and previous research are useful for strengthening theories, ideas and phenomena that are related and have an effect on research variables. In this study, the results of a review of the use of digital applications with various types and their impact on employee work results will determine the level of work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study was carried out with the intention of providing an overview of the evolution of research or studies on how the culture of kaizen is in Indonesia. Articles that were published in 12 national journals over the course of this study's observation period of six years, from 2016 to 2021, make up the sample for this research. The data obtained consists of 19 different publications that talk about kaizen culture. The method of charting the field was the method that was applied in this study. This study classifies papers according to their subject matter, type of research, and sector or field of research (area). The topic of the most extensively researched dependent variable is employee performance, the topic of the most extensively researched independent variable is organizational culture, and the research method with a quantitative approach is the research method that is employed the most frequently. The majority of study investigating kaizen culture is conducted by commercial companies and organizations.

Abstract

Productivity is a very important factor for employees to consider in a company. The working conditions experienced by employees have a significant impact on the amount of work produced. Work productivity shows the level of workforce ability in achieving an output. This study aims to determine the contribution of assertive communication and leadership to work productivity. This study uses a literature review method using secondary data. Secondary data in this study were obtained from previous studies published in accredited national journals over the last ten years. Based on the results of the literature review, it is found that assertive communication and leadership in general have a significant effect on increasing work productivity.

Abstract

The desire of employees to leave their jobs does not only have an impact on the employees themselves, but also has an impact on the company. Hence, it is necessary to find out whether workload, work stress, non-physical work environment affect employee intention to leave. This research was conducted at PT BPR Bank BAPAS 69 Magelang with 225 employees as respondents using a random sampling technique of 144. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data, and SPSS was used to analyze data using multiple linear regression techniques. According to the findings, the variables of workload and stress at work have a significant impact on intention to quit work. Variables related to non-physical work environment had no discernible impact on intention to leave. At PD BPR Bank Bapas 69, Magelang Regency, the three independent variables simultaneously have a considerable influence on the intention to leave.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the strategies used by PT Forum Bisnis Sejahtera in improving employee performance in the company. Given the importance of the role of HR in the company, companies are required to provide training and development as well as work motivation for all employees, so that employee performance increases and work can be completed effectively and efficiently. This study uses an interpretative qualitative method by conducting direct interviews with the relevant informants. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were taken from interviews with PT Forum Bisnis Sejahtera. In general, the results show that PT Forum Bisnis Sejahtera already has the right strategy in improving the performance of its employees. The strategy by providing training and work motivation can support employee performance. Providing training is very important for companies, because with the training and motivation provided, employees can improve the abilities, skills, and skills possessed by each employee. The motivation given by the company can also improve employee performance.
