Abstract

Digital transformation drives the adoption of e-procurement systems as a strategic instrument for enhancing efficiency, transparency, and corporate governance. However, the realization of these benefits is critically dependent on the technical performance and reliability of the system in use. This study aims to conduct a quantitative evaluation of the performance and reliability of the e-procurement website belonging to PT XYZ, a private company in Surabaya, utilizing the international software quality standard framework ISO/IEC 25010. The primary contribution of this study lies in the methodological synthesis that maps empirical performance metrics generated via load testing with Apache JMeter onto the characteristics of Performance Efficiency and Reliability. The testing was conducted on two critical transactional scenarios, namely new user registration and login, with varying virtual user loads (10, 50, and 100 users). The metrics analyzed included response time, throughput, and error rate. The test results indicated that the system exhibited excellent time-behaviour in the login scenario, with an average response time of 562 ms under a 100-user load, which falls within the "excellent" category according to industry benchmarks. The most significant finding was the consistent 0% error rate across all scenarios, affirming a perfect level of availability and fault tolerance. Consequently, it is concluded that the PT XYZ e-procurement website meets the essential software quality criteria to support critical B2B business processes, and the methodology employed can serve as a robust evaluation model for similar corporate systems.

Abstract

Proyek "Pengembangan Web Aplikasi Sistem Catering Online UINSA Food" bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi web yang memungkinkan pemesanan katering secara langsung dengan menyertakan detail menu yang tersedia. Aplikasi ini secara otomatis mengirimkan detail pemesanan kepada admin dan penjual, menghilangkan kebutuhan konfirmasi ulang oleh pengguna. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan menggunakan framework Laravel 10, serta uji coba aplikasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemudahan dalam pemesanan layanan katering di Pusat Pengembangan Bisnis (PUSBIS) UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan pengalaman baru bagi pengguna dengan antarmuka yang user-friendly dan fitur lengkap. Kesimpulannya, proyek ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan katering di UINSA, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, mendukung integrasi antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia kerja.

Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan data pemilih yang andal sangat krusial bagi kredibilitas pemilu. Komisi Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Jawa Timur menggunakan Sidalih sebagai platform utama untuk pemutakhiran dan pengelolaan data pemilih. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tata kelola operasional Sidalih menggunakan framework COBIT 5 pada domain DSS (DSS01, DSS02, DSS05). Penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada satu orang operator Sidalih KPU Provinsi Jawa Timur dan analisis dokumen operasional yang dikumpulkan pada periode Maret–Mei 2025. Data dipetakan ke indikator COBIT 5 dan diberi skor capability 0–5 berdasarkan analisis naratif untuk kemudian dihitung level kapabilitas dan gap terhadap tingkat target (level 3). Hasil menunjukkan kelemahan pada dokumentasi proses, pencatatan insiden, dan audit keamanan berkala. Rekomendasi prioritas meliputi penyusunan SOP operasional, implementasi sistem tiket insiden, pelaksanaan audit keamanan berkala, serta peningkatan pelatihan pengguna. Studi ini menyajikan model penilaian yang dapat dijadikan acuan bagi KPU untuk meningkatkan tata kelola operasional Sidalih.

Abstract

Research aim : This research aimed to develop a technology acceptance model based on innovation and marketing perspective on ride-hailing services application. Design/Methode/Approach : This research is an explanatory quantitative research that use a primary data which collected from 303 ride-hailing services application users with questionnaire. The methods were used in this research is SEM - neural network methods. SEM is used to analysis the significant of effect of independent variable on dependent variable while neural network is used to identify the most importance independent variable on explaining dependent variable. Research Finding : First, the SEM analysis result shows that relative advantage, price, promotion and distribution have an impact on user satisfaction. In intention to use variable furthermore, The only influencing variables are user satisfaction and distribution. Second, the results of neural network analysis on user satisfaction model shows that promotion is the most importance variable in explaining user satisfaction with followed by relative advantage, price and distribution. In neural network model of intention to use, user satisfaction is the most importance variable with followed by distribution. Theoretical contribution/Originality : With the results of this study it can be said that there is an integration of aspects of innovation and marketing in explaining application user acceptance. Practitionel/Policy implication : This research can be one of the considerations for the management of online transportation services to make a decision related to the service quality development, especially from the aspect of customer-based innovation and marketing. Research limitation : The limitations in this study are limited to use of neural networks as a machine learning method and conceptual aspects of innovation and marketing in explaining application user acceptance.
