Abstract

The purpose of this study were to determine the general public perception of Mataram City in terms of products and financial institutions that provide sharia investment products and decisions society to invest in sharia products. Data collection method used in this research is sample survey. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling with amount of sample counted 100 people. The analytical tools used in this research are the public perception index and decision-making was based on ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ answeared from the respondents. The result of this study showed that the perception of the general public in the city of Mataram toward sharia investment products is good. In spite of the people are still have doubt about the sharia principles used by Islamic financial institutions, both bank financial institutions or non-bank financial institutions. For investment decisions, from 100 respondent, 58 people decided to invest sharia products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine visitor preference of tourism area in Gili Meno, North Lombok Regency. As tourist preferences to Gili Meno divided into 3 preferences, i.e. the preference based on tourist attraction, accomodation and accessibility. Data collection method used in this research is sample survey. Sampling technique in this research use accidental sampling with amount of sample counted 50 people. The analytical tools used in this research is descriptive statistics with frequncy tables. The result of this study showed that: in term of tourist attraction the visitor preferred scenery and for as tourism activity they preferred snorkeling; in term of accomodation they preferred homestay and the place having a meal they preferred restaurant; accessibility preferences towards tourist sites is the ease of reaching the location and in term of transportation they preferred bicycle. Especially for accessibility, improvement the schedule departure of the boat to Gili Meno are needed.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to identify the factors of success and failure of the implementation of computer-based information systems at the Departments of Government in the city of Mataram, and to determine the position or to map the information system, information resources’ perspectives. This research is a descriptive study by collecting primary data from 32 government agencies which was based on interviews based on the questionnaire that has been prepared. The results showed that the persistence of the mismatch of education and skills resource officers from the perspective of human information. Inadequate readiness of the hardware owned by the Government Agencies. Most of operating systems (OS) used and Microsoft Windows-based applications are still vulnerable to a computer virus attacks. SOP is not owned by most of the Government Agencies, and the some have still not complied. The computer networking is still underdeveloped in most of the Government Agencies. Finally, the data or information has not been fully utilized by almost all levels of management to the decision-making process. To that end, it is suggested that it is necessary to strengthen and empowering capabilities and expertise personnel, upgrading and server procurement, the development of wireless-based network for the short term, while maintaining a commitment at all levels of management to utilize the data/ information in the decision-making process

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trust of the millennial generation in Islamic financial institutions. The trust of the millennial generation refers to the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which consists of transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness and sharia compliance. The data collection method used was the sample survey. The number of samples in this study was 150 samples. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the millennial generation's trust in Islamic financial institutions is high. This proves that the millennial generation in West Nusa Tenggara Province basically already has good trust in the operation of Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure satisfaction compared to performance on educational services for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, using the servqual model from Parasuraman et.al. which consists of fives dimensions, namely Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. Respondents consisted of 135 students who were selected by purposive sampling from 3 majors which were evenly divided 45 students for each department. Data were analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).From the analysis it was found that: the average level of satisfaction in education services got a score of 15.5 with the IKM = 72.48% which was at the level of "Satisfactory" with service quality in the category of "Good". There is no wide gap between the level of satisfaction and the level of importance (expectation) in the three research majors.To increase student satisfaction, leaders need to pay attention to the dimensions that get the lowest satisfaction, such as the tangible dimension, which includes toilets, religious facilities, physical facilities, provision of a canteen, and other complementary facilities. Besides, it is necessary to increase the sensitivity of lecturers and staff to facilitate student affairs, especially in the thesis guidance process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram marketing and electronic word of mouth on the interest to visit Kinara Sunset Tanjung Bias beach, the method of the research used is associative. Population in this study are people who live in Mataram and West Lombok and have been knows Kinara Sunset but never visited.The method used is asumple survey method with data proscribed a google form quisioner and sample of this study were 100 respondents and the sampling technique used non-probability sampling methods. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis technique using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the analysis for the Instagram Marketing variable a positive and significant effect on Interest to Visit Kinara Sunset, while the Electronic Word Of Mouth is so that it has a positive significant effect on Interest to Visit Kinara Sunset. The coefficient of has positive and significant effect on Interest to Visit Kinara Sunset.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic and utilitarian motives on brand trust mediated by their satisfaction with McDonald's brand products. This research was conducted by distributing 100 questionnaires to respondents who had consumed McDonald's products. The analytical technique used is quantitative analysis technique with path analysis method using SEM AMOS. In this study, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect of hedonic and utilitarian motives on McDonald's brand trust through satisfaction with the brand.

Abstract

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menanalisi persepsi dan sikap wisatawan atas pengembangan kawasan The Mandalika Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sample survey dengan teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dengan mennggunakan indeks persepsi dan sikap wistawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan domestik memiliki persepsi baik atas dikembangkannya kawasan The Mandalika dari aspek daya tarik wisata, aspek fasilitas di lokasi wisata dan aspek aksesibilitas. Persepsi yang baik dari wisatawan juga diikuti dengan sikap positif dari para wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kawasan The Mandalika dan melihat secara langsung bukti pengembangan yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, dan kualitas desain mobile app terhadap perceived flow (persepsi pengalaman) dan niat untuk terus menggunakan.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan e-commerce di Bali yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 180 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan, sedangkan persepsi kemanfaatan dan kualitas desain mobile app berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kualitas desain mobile app berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap persepsi pengalaman, serta persepsi pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan. Oleh karena itu penting bagi e-commerce di Bali untuk selalu memperhatikan persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kualitas desai mobile app dalam rangka meningkatkan persepsi pengalaman dan niat untuk terus menggunakan.
