This study attempts to ascertain how student learning outcomes in science classes for Class VIII SMP NEGERI 2 Tompaso are affected by learning discipline. The population used in this study were all 50 class VIII students and 44 students were taken as a sample. Regression and correlation research, which is a statistical technique used to measure the strength of influence and the relationship between 2 variables and also to be able to determine the form of the relationship between 2 variables with quantitative results, were used by the researchers in this study as a quantitative approach. Based on the findings of the study, it can be inferred that learning discipline affects students' learning outcomes in the following ways: Based on the analysis results obtained Ȳ = 60.627 + 0.217. This implies that as variable X (learning discipline) increases, it has an influence on variable Y (student learning outcomes) 21.8%. Based on the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient, a value of 0.467 was obtained, which means that there is an influence between variable X (learning discipline) and variable Y (learning outcomes) at a 5% and the relationship is moving in a constructive manner. The results of the determination test with a value of r² = 21.8%, this shows that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of learning discipline on student learning outcomes is 21.8% while 78.2% is influenced by other unknown factors. After testing the hypothesis, the results obtained are tcount > ttable, namely 3.219> 1.682 at a value of a= 0.05 with degrees of freedom df=n-2 df=44-2=42. This indicates that either Ho is rejected and H1 is approved or that the Learning Discipline variable significantly affects Student Learning Outcomes.

Proses pembelajaran IPA saat ini masih terfokus pada guru, dimana belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang membuat siswa aktif dan media pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga siswa merasa bosan ketika belajar dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) bentuk non equivalent control group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IX A di SMP Negeri 2 Tondano sebagai kelas ekperimen dengan jumlah responden 20 orang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pre-test dan post-test. Rata-rata nilai dari hasil belajar siswa yang dicapai untuk kelas eksperimen yaitu 17,95 29,7 dan rata-rata nilai dari hasil belajar siswa yang dicapai untuk kelas kontrol yaitu 29,7. Analisis data dengan uji statistik uji t dengan kriteria pengujian, yaitu terima jika . Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh 2,024, maka tolak dan terima dari hasil tersebut di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD.

This research aims to develop teachinf LKPD media on respiratory system material for class VIII junior high school in science subjects. The aim of this research is to develop student worksheets using a suitable project based learning model. The type of research used is research and development with the ADDIE development model following the research stages according to Dick and Carry, namely (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation.This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 8 Satap Tondano. This research instrument used a questionnaire consisting of a material expert questionnaire, a media expert questionnaire and a questionnaire for product trials (small groups). Based on the material expert questionnaire assessment of the developed LKPD, the assessment results were 78.33% and the media expert assessment was 93.75% in the very good category and suitable for use in the field. Then a small group trial consisting of 7 students at SMP Negeri 8 Satap Tondano obtained a result of 82.96%, so it can be concluded that the Student Worksheet product with the Project Based Learning model is suitable for use in the science learning process for junior high school students with system material human breathing.

This research aims to ; find out whether there is an influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model on students' creative thinking skills on the human excretory system material. The type of experimental research is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent pretest-posttest group design research design. The population in this study were all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 6 Tondano and the research sample consisted of 2 classes, namely class VIII A as the control class with 16 students and class VIII B as the experimental class with 16 students. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets to see students' creative thinking skills, and using tests, namely pretests before the research prociess and posttiests aftier thie riesiearch. Thie riesults of thie analysis show that studients' crieativie thinking skills using thie projiect basied liearning modiel arie classifiied as viery crieativie with an avieragie piercientagie of 94.33%. Othier riesiearch data obtainied in thie form of thie diffieriencie in thie avieragie prietiest and posttiest scories in thie iexpierimiental class was 32.06, whilie in thie control class thie diffieriencie in prietiest and posttiest scories was 22.25. Aftier statistical tiesting through an indiepiendient samplie tiest, thie liearning riesults of thie iexpierimiental class and control class showied that thie significant valuie (2-tailied) was 0.018, which mieans it was smallier than 0.05, thus indicating that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes in the experimental class using the Project Based Learning model and the control class using the conventional model

This study aims to determine the influence of learning using virtual laboratories on students' critical thinking skills on wave materials. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano, Academic Year 2023-2024. This study uses a Quasi Experiment consisting of 2 classes, namely the Experiment class with 15 students and the control class with 16 students. The results of this study showed that there was a difference in the results of the critical thinking ability of the experimental class that was treated using virtual laboratory-assisted learning media and the control class using conventional methods. This difference can be seen from the average results of the post-test critical thinking ability of the experimental class that has been given learning using the virtual laboratory is 70.67 while the pre-test of the control class that uses conventional learning is 45.63. This is also evident from the results of the t-test calculation which produced a value of .

Creative thinking skills are important as one of the skills needs of the 21st century. The aim of this research is to determine the level of students’ creative thinking abilities using the Project Based Learning model in learning the topic of Light and Optical Devices. Type of pre-experimental research with One-Shot Case Study. The research subjects were Junior High School students with purposive sampling (n=25). Data collection used the Creative Thinking Instrument test. Data analysis is quantitative descriptive. Ideas are collected and then fluency, flexibility, and originality scores are calculated based on the Creative Thinking Skills Rubric. The research results show that both classically and individually, students’ creative thinking abilities according to the fluency and flexibility indicators are less creative, and according to the originality indicators they are quite creative. The research conclusion is that the level of students’ creative thinking using the Project Based Learning model on the topic of Light and Optical Devices is in the less creative category. The Project Based Learning model can trigger students’ creative thinking abilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPA materi sistem ekskresi manusia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 6 Tondano pada bulan April semester genap kemampuan tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen menggunakan simple random sampling dengan cara pengundian antar kelas VIII A dan VIII B secara acak. Instrument utama yang digunakan yaitu tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 10 butir soal yang kemudian dianalisis dengan uji t. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 27 diperoleh data Sig < α, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada materi pewarisan sifat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-experimen dengan rancangan one group pre-test post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa di SMP Negeri 8 SATAP Tondano, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah kelas IX yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes dan observasi. Analisis data aktivitas belajar siswa dilakukan dengan rumus persentase dan analisis hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus N-Gain dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada pertemuan pertama dengan nilai rata-rata 65,8% dengan kategori aktif, pertemuan kedua dengan nilai rata-rata 73,44% dengan kategori aktif, dan pertemuan ketiga dengan nilai rata-rata 81,94% dengan kategori sangat aktif. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada materi pewarisan sifat memperoleh nilai pre-test 43,53 dan post- test 77,35. Hasil uji-t diperoleh thitung > ttabel (6,162 > 1,745) sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model problem based learning berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa dan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa di kelas IX SMP Negeri 8 SATAP Tondano

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada Materi Sifat-sifat Cahaya di SMP Negeri 8 SATAP Tondano. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimental design dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 13 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada indikator kemampuan berpikir kreatif fluency siswa dengan menerapkan model problem based learning diperoleh skor rata-rata secara klasikal yaitu 0,93 kategori kurang kreatif dan secara individual dengan kriteria kurang kreatif, sedangkan kemampuan berpikir flexibility siswa secara klasikal diperoleh skor rata-rata yaitu 0,60 kategori kurang kreatif dan secara individual dengan kriteria kurang kreatif dan untuk kemampuan berpikir origanility secara klasikal sebesar 1,05 kategori cukup kreatif dan secara individual dengan kriteria cukup kreatif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem pernapasan manusia pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Porpusive Sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIIA berjumlah 16 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIB berjumlah 14 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes. Berdasarkan data postest diperoleh rata-rata nilai hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 69,68 lebih besar dibandingakn kelas kontrol 57,85 dan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan nilai signifikansi 0.010 < 0.05, maka tolak Ho dan terima Ha, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tondano yang diajarkan menggunaan model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem pernapasa manusia.
