Abstract

Cases of online violence have become increasingly widespread since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, during which individuals began to grow dependent on the digital world. The digital realm has become a fundamental aspect of human life, bringing with it new forms of online violence. Online violence such as threats, hate speech, harassment, and bullying has emerged as a new weapon to control, isolate, and even torment affected victims. However, only a small body of literature has explored the changing nature of online violence following COVID-19. This study aims to review the literature on patterns of online violence post-pandemic, focusing on the years 2023–2025, and to provide recommendations for future research. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer was selected to map the patterns of online violence studies published between 2023 and 2025, covering sources from both Scopus and Google Scholar. The findings show that since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, patterns of online violence have become closely linked to gender, more specifically to violence against women and domestic violence.

Abstract

Online learning is facing an obstacle caused mainly by a lack of students learning interests. The situation is worsening caused by only a few creative learning media in online education. The study aims to map the kinds of innovative media in guidance and counseling delivery. The research used mix method. The research activities are surveys and in-depth interviews. The number of the subject was ninety-four school counselors in senior high school. The result of the study is a map that shows the classification of media based on its characteristics. The study also describes the constraints faced by the teacher in school while developing and applying innovative learning media. The limitations are mainly caused by the availability of computer and internet connections in schools. Another constraint is that many school counselors cannot use technology to develop interactive guidance and counseling media. The recommendation from this study is to equip the school's counselors with computers and other tools and build their skills to use technology effectively.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi di era digital menghadirkan berbagai aplikasi yang mendukung pembelajaran, salah satunya Canva. Platform ini memungkinkan guru untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dan layanan yang menarik, interaktif, serta efisien. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengembangkan hard skill dan soft skill guru bimbingan dan konseling SMK di Yogyakarta dengan pemanfaatan Canva sebagai media layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keefektifan teknik tersebut adalah skala penilaian pemahaman pengembangan media melalaui canva yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menggunakan canva. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 48 yang mengalami peningkatan menjadi 77 pada saat pre-test. Berdasarkan hal tersebut mazka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah berhasil mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan.Abstract: The development of technology in the digital era presents various applications that support learning, one of which is Canva. This platform allows teachers to develop learning media and services that are interesting, interactive, and efficient. This activity aims to develop the hard skills and soft skills of vocational guidance and counseling teachers in Yogyakarta by utilizing Canva as a medium for guidance and counseling services. The measuring instrument used to determine the effectiveness of the technique is an assessment scale for understanding media development through Canva which is done by giving a pre-test and post-test. The results of the implementation of the activity showed an increase in the understanding and ability of guidance and counseling teachers in using Canva. This can be seen from the average pre-test score of 48 which increased to 77 during the pre-test. Based on this, this community service activity has succeeded in achieving the stated objectives.

Abstract

Perceived social support is needed by adolescents to prevent mental health problems and achieve the expected well-being. The absence of social support, whether from parents, teachers, and friends, has an impact on individual feelings and emotions. The urgency of perceived social support for adolescent life requires a valid and reliable instrument to measure the condition of adolescent social support. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid and reliable social support scale for high school students (KraS-DS) using the Rasch model. The quantitative research method used the Rasch Model to evaluate the KraS-DS instrument to ensure its validity and reliability. Participants were 212 adolescents attending high schools in Karanganyar District. Data were collected through a survey using a paper and pencil test. The results of the analysis showed that (1) the person reliability and item reliability of the social support scale can be said to be good, meaning that the items and responses from respondents were quite consistent; (2) item number X4 is the item that has the highest level of difficulty or is difficult to agree with; (3) the function of the rating scale on the social support scale has worked well; and (4) the item discrimination power on the social support scale can be said to be good, even though items 7 and 8 do not fit the Rasch model.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan Capcut ini dilatarbelakangi tuntutan adaptasi layanan BK di era digital dan rendahnya literasi dan kompetensi digital guru BK, yang berpotensi pada penurunan daya tarik dan relevansi layanan BK bagi siswa Gen Z. Pelatihan CapCut ditujukan untuk meningkatkan literasi media digital dalam BK, literasi aplikasi CapCut, dan keterampilan teknis dalam membuat media digital BK berupa video psikoedukasi. Metode pelatihan berupa pemaparan materi dan tanya jawab, praktik terbimbing, penugasan mandiri, feedback, dan evaluasi. Partisipan berjumlah 31 guru BK yang tergabung di MGBK SMP Kab Bantul. Sistem evaluasi pretest-posttest berbasis angket dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengukur tujuan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor mean total dari 23.6 saat pretest menjadi 28.6 saat posttest dan peningkatan level pemahaman literasi dari level rendah dan sedang saat pretest menjadi level tinggi pada seluruh partisipan.Abstract: This CapCut training is motivated by the demands of adapting Guidance and Counseling services in the digital era and the low digital literacy and competence among school counselors. This situation has the potential to reduce the appeal and relevance of guidance and counseling services for Gen Z students. The CapCut training aims to enhance digital media literacy in guidance and counseling, CapCut application literacy, and technical skill in creating digital guidance and counseling media in the form of psychoeducational videos. The training method consists of material presentation and Q&A sessions, guided practice, independent assignments, feedback, and evaluation. Participants consisted of 31 school counselors who are member of MGBK SMP Kab Bantul. A pretest-posttest evaluation system based on questionnaires and interviews was used to measure the objectives. The results show an increase in the total mean score form 23.6 in the pretest to 28.6 in the posttest and an improvement in the level of literacy understanding from low and moderate in the pretest to a high level among all participants.

Abstract

Students are required to be active not only in the classroom, but also outside the classroom and organization is one of the activities outside the classroom that students target to add experience and expand relationships. This is also one of the factors causing the FoMO phenomenon among students. This study aims to determine the picture of FoMO in students organizing at FIPP UNY. The research design used in this study was to use descriptive quantitative methods. This research was conducted on students organizing FIPP UNY batch 2021-2022. Samples were taken using random sampling using the Slovin formula so that 86 samples were obtained. Researchers collect data using questionnaires (self reports) distributed through google forms. Based on research that has been conducted from 86 respondents of students organizing at FIPP UNY, the results of the FoMO level in the medium category.
