Abstract

Open Defecatio is an activity that reflects a person's behavior, where a person is defecating carelessly anywhere such as rivers, fields, and shrubs. The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of Factors of Open Defecation Behavior in RW 15 North Tangkerang Village, the work area of the Sapta Taruna Health Center. This type of research is quantitative with a case-control design with a sample of 80 households with a ratio of 1: 3, namely 20 case samples and 60 control samples. Data were collected by interview and observation methods using questionnaire data collection tools. The method of sampling cases in total sampling and the method of sampling control by Propotional Random Sampling. The data will be processed with univariate and bivariate analysis to see the comparison using the chi-square test carried out computerized. From the results of the research on the relationship of knowledge in 20 cases, there are 11 household (55%) respondents knowledgeable. lowWhile 60, control there are 34 families (56,7%) knowledgeable high with (p-value 0,007). Obtained with the attitude respondents from 20 cases, there are 14 families (70 %) respondents who have the good. While 60, control there are 37 families (61,7%) having good behavior with obtained (p-value 0,007). In terms of the privy ownership of 20 cases, there are 13 families (65%) of respondents whose possession is privy. ineligibleWhile 60, control there are 31 households (51,7%) whose possession privy qualified with obtained (p-value 0,041). While the supply of clean water from 20 cases there are 11 households (55.0%) that have clean water availability ineligible. healthWhile 60, control there are 32 households (53,3%) that clean water supply qualified health (p-value 0,027). The role of health workers from 20 cases there are 15 families (75.0%) role that health workers. play no roleWhile 60, control there is 38 families (63,3%) role with the role of health workers who obtained (p-value 0,037), it means it can be concluded the knowledge, attitude, ownership of privy, of clean water supply and the role of health workers to the behavior defecate carelessly. This research is expected to give you an idea for the local community health center and urban village to minimize of risk of defecation in the community to not sustainable.

Abstract

Coronavirus (Covid-19) is a non-segmented single-stranded positive RNA virus. the Coronaviridae family, and the subfamily Orthocoronavirinae. Hygiene is health efforts by caring for and protecting the subject.. Positive cases of Covid-19 currently reach 63,360,234 million people worldwide with a total of 1,475,825 million deaths, Pekanbaru City has a total of 9,886 thousand cases of Covid-19 . the researcher took the research location in two places in Air Cold sub-district, these two locations have places to eat and quite a lot of buyers because this area is the location where students live and where students buy food, a place to relax and enjoy food with friends, and this location is in the UIR campus area which has a lot of visitors. This study aims to see how far the application of food management hygiene and sanitation has been applied during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is Qualitative Analysis using the Case Survey method and conducting observations and in-depth interviews. There were 12 informants in this study with 4 key informants as owners of the Ayam Penyet restaurant in Bukit Raya District, 4 main informants, namely employees of the Ayam Penyet restaurant, and 4 supporting informants, namely visitors. This research was conducted in January-July 2022. The results showed that there were several stages that did not meet the requirements based on KepMenkes RI No 942/MENKES/SK/VII/2003, including the stages of managing hygiene conditions, equipment sanitation, food storage, processing conditions food, food storage, food serving process and what meets the requirements is the condition of clean water. It is hoped that the two places to eat will maintain more hygiene and sanitation when handling food and during the Covid 19 period they should use health protocols such as using masks and glovesi.

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem by multiple factors (Mother factor, socio-economic factor). The growth retardation (stunting ) was measure by height for age scale which primarily indicates chronic undernutrition. In 2018, the prevalence of stunting in Riau province was 35%, which was higher than the national prevalence of 30.8%. This was an quanitative with cross sectional analytic deign. The study was conducted in Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. The population was all children (4000), sampel was 187 children by systematic random sampling. Research was to analyze independents variable (risk of stunting) to the dependent’s variable (mother’s age, Prity, Mother Parity, Mother’s Height, (Lila) / MUAC (Mid Upper Arm Circumference), Maternal Characteristics (hemoglobin), Tension Mother’s, ANC Visit, Dietary habit, Mother’s child care, Completed immunization, Weight child and Drink for child.) Research results is maternal hemoglobin ​​in pregnancy with a risk category of having a stunting 53.4%, exlusive breastfeeding with a risk category of having a stunting 54.1%, dietary habit with a risk category of having a stunting 51.3%. Independents variable (Maternal Characteristics (hemoglobin), Exclusive Breastfeeding, Dietary Habis), is a significant association to stunting. The findings from this study will be helpful for programmatic intervention to reduce the stunting.
