Abstract

Abstract: Social media has become essential for tourism promotion in this digital era. This research analyses the influence of social media platforms on tourism promotion in Bengkulu, using James S. Coleman's rational choice theory. This research uses a closed questionnaire given to 90 students who use social media to find a tourism destination. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and percentage descriptive statistics. The results showed that the review of social media posts significantly influenced teenagers' interest in visiting a destination. 52.22% of respondents prefer Instagram as their travel reference, supported by reviews of tourist destinations in promotional posts. Tourism destinations that are active and creative in utilizing social media and have good reviews tend to have a higher level of interaction with potential tourists. The results of this study guide tourist destinations and tourism marketers to maximize the potential of social media in their promotion.

Abstract

Abstract Patient non-compliance with the provisions and duration of regular treatment to achieve healing as a result of low levels of community knowledge. The healing process of tuberculosis patients is quickly realized, if there is cooperation between patients and their families with health service providers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with taking anti-tuberculosis drugs in TB patients at the Buhit Health Center, Samosir District. The population in this study were all pulmonary TB patients and the sample was a total population of 56 respondents. The data obtained using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire were then processed and analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. Based on the results of the study, it showed that 1) the level of knowledge of tuberculosis patients was mostly good knowledge at 57.1%, 2) Compliance with taking medication in tuberculosis patients was 50% each, 3) there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with taking anti-tuberculosis drugs. From the results of this study, it is hoped that patients will be quick and avoid complications from the disease they suffer from, so pulmonary TB patients are expected to always comply with the recommendations given by doctors or other officers and also maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital pada era modern membawa perubahan besar dalam pendidikan dan menuntut guru mampu mengintegrasikan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, dan etika dalam setiap tugasnya. Berdasarkan analisis berbagai sumber ilmiah dan kebijakan nasional, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa satuan pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan etika profesi guru di era digital. Sekolah bertanggung jawab membangun dan menerapkan kebijakan etika melalui nilai moral, penegakan disiplin, pembinaan karakter, serta penciptaan lingkungan digital yang aman dan berintegritas. Kebijakan etika perlu diperkuat melalui keteladanan pimpinan serta budaya sekolah yang konsisten. Tantangan digital seperti penyalahgunaan media sosial, pelanggaran privasi data, dan rendahnya literasi etika digital menuntut model kebijakan yang fleksibel, responsif, dan menyeluruh. Karena itu, sekolah, pemerintah, organisasi profesi, dan masyarakat harus berkolaborasi membentuk guru yang inovatif sekaligus berkarakter dan mampu menjadi teladan moral bagi siswa di era pendidikan berbasis teknologi.
