Abstract

This research aims to know whether there is an impact of the teacher competency, learning tools and work motivation toward certified teacher working performance at SMP sub Rayon 01 in Bandar Lampung in 2013/2014 academic year. Methodology used in this research is verificative description with expost facto approach and survey. Teacher population in this research is 124 teachers with number of respondent chosen based on Nomogram Harry King formula as 101 teachers. To test hypothesis 1,2 and 3 the researcher is using a simple regression and for hypothesis 4 using multiple linier regression. The result of analysis show that: (1) there is an impact of competence of teachers toward certified teacher performance, (2) there is an impact of learning tools toward certified teacher performance, (3) there is an impact of working motivation on certified teacher performance, (4) there are impacts of competence of teacher, learning tools, and working motivation on certified teacher performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi guru, sarana belajar, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 124 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Nomogram Harri King sebanyak 101 orang guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis 1,2 dan 3 menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis 4 dengan menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (2) Ada pengaruh sarana belajar terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (4) Ada pengaruh kompetensi guru sarana belajar, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci: kinerja, kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, sarana belajar.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to increase the mathematics result of study by implementation of Think Talk Write (TTW) learning  with picture media. The method of the research was Classroom Action Reserach. The instrument of data collection used test. Technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research result showed mean the result of study in cycle I is 56,30 and cycle II is 76,10. Then Think Talk Write (TTW) learning with picture media can increase the mathematics result study.Keyword : mathematics result study, picture media, think talk write

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya Hasil Belajar dan Interaksi Sosial siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Maijah Gumulunglebak. Banyak sekali metode pembelajaran yang dapat membangkitkan minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran IPS salah satunya yaitu Metode pembelajaran Strategi SAVI. Penelitian ini bertujuan Ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang mendapatkan. Metode Pembelajaran Strategi SAVI dengan siswa yang mendapatkan Pembelajaran Konvensional. Ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara Metode pembelajaran strategi SAVI dengan interaksi sosial siswa terhadap hasil belajar. khusus kompetensi dasar Mendeskripsikan Permintaan Dan Penawaran Serta Terbentuknya Harga Pasar dengan menggunakan Metode pembelajaran Strategi SAVI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui tes sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode pembelajaran baik di kelas eksperimen maupun di kelas kontrol. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang mendapatkan Metode Pembelajaran Strategi SAVI dan Pembelajaran Konvensional. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki tingkat interaksi sosial tinggi, Interaksi Sosial Sedang, dan siswa yang memiliki tingkat interaksi sosial rendah. Siswa yang memiliki interaksi sosial sedang mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki interaksi sosial rendah. Terdapat interaksi antara Metode pembelajaran strategi SAVI dengan interaksi sosial siswa dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala BKPSDM dan jajarannya dalam pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara melalui jalur pelatihan kepemimpinan struktural beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian dilaksanakan di BKPSDM Kab. Nunukan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara melalui Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Struktural sangat diperlukan bagi pejabat Struktural utamanya dalam peningkatan kemampuan kepemimpinannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam proses pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara melalui Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Struktural diantaranya keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya evaluasi untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan dari inovasi atau aksi perubahan alumni peserta pelatihan. begitupula dengan perubahan kebijakan dan prioritas pemerintah yang dapat mempengaruhi alokasi sumber daya untuk melaksanakan pelatihan kepemimpinan. Meski demikian, terdapat beberapa langkah-langkah yang diambil dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara melalui jalur Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Struktural pada kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber daya Manusia.

Abstract

Contact plate freezer (CPF) is a cooling machine unit for freezing products which of course will maintain product freshness. In Order to runs smoothly, one thing that must be considered of the cooling system is the cooling load on the freezer contact plate. The cooling load is the amount of heat absorbed per unit time. The refrigeration cycle at PT. Trimitra Makmur uses a combined refrigeration cycle (multi-stage cycle), uses two cycles of vapor compression using two single-stage compressors. The two compressors used have the same power of 55.92 kW. The cooling load on the contact plate freezer consists of product heat load, water heat load, internal heat load, and transmission heat load. In The contact plate freezer, infiltration or heat load from the outside air are not counted because during production the contact plate freezer door is closed tightly so that the air exchange value is very small and can be neglected. In this study, the average total load on contact plate freezer 1 was 23.07079 kW, so that the average total load on the three contact plate freezers at PT. Trimitra Makmur is 69.21237 kW. The results of data collection and calculations show that the COP (Coefficient of Performance) value for the high-stage cycle is 4.33, so that the high-stage compressor power used is 1/4.33 of the cooling capacity of the contact plate freezer. Whereas in the booster cycle, a COP of 6.49 was obtained, so that the booster compressor power used was 1/6.49 of the cooling capacity of the contact plate freezer.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism development poses a significant challenge for local governments in maintaining a balance between economic, social, and environmental interests. However, the multiple roles played by local governments often face structural and operational obstacles. This study aims to critically examine how the Karanganyar Regency Government fulfills its roles as a motivator, facilitator, and dynamizer in promoting sustainable tourism in the Tawangmangu tourism area. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study strategy, collecting data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving informants from government agencies, tourism managers, business actors, and tourists. Data analysis follows the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings indicate that the facilitator role is the most dominant in tourism development efforts, while the roles of motivator and dynamizer are present but not yet optimal. Supporting factors include natural potential, local cultural richness, and policy support, while the main obstacles consist of limited budget allocation, weak cross-sector coordination, and low public awareness of environmental issues. The study concludes that strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration and integrating cross-sectoral policies are strategic steps to ensure the sustainability of tourism in Tawangmangu

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi wisata dengan pengelolaan sumber air untuk air minum kemasan sehingga tercipta desa inovatif dan produktif wisata yang ramah lingkungan, serta sebagai implementasi tridarma perguruan tinggi diantaranya UNS, UNIPI, UNSA, UNY, UBL, dan UPN Yogyakarta. Metode yang dilakukan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama bulan Desember 2022 – Januari 2023 di Telaga Madirda Desa Berjo Kecamatan Ngargoyoso Kabupaten Karanganyar. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya potensi air bersih dari Telaga Madirda yang memenuhi standar kesehatan untuk menjadi air layak minum, dan berpeluang untuk dikelola lebih lanjut menjadi usaha bisnis bagi BUMDes Maju BenRejo. Dari hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat terwujud kesinambungan usaha produktif yang dimotori oleh BUMDes Maju BenRejo, sehingga dapat mendorong peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Untuk selanjutnya diharapkan menjadi evaluasi terhadap penyelenggaraan iklim akademik di masing-masing perguruan tinggi yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini, sehingga dapat menjadi inspirasi untuk kegiatan tridarma perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on public satisfaction in the issuance process of Police Certificate of Good Conduct (SKCK) at Jatiyoso Police Sector. The background of this research is the urgency of public service quality as a performance indicator of government institutions, particularly in the police sector. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 146 SKCK applicants at Jatiyoso Police Section. Service quality was measured using five Servqual dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The analysis revealed that all dimensions positively affected public satisfaction, with Assurance and Empathy being the most dominant. Public satisfaction was categorized as high, as reflected in their willingness to reuse and recommend the service. The study recommends enhancing human resources, strengthening infrastructure, and implementing a continuous service evaluation system.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of liquidity and leverage on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The population of this study includes all companies in consumer Cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 84 companies in the 2018- 2022 period.  The research sampling technique was purposive sampling, and 50 companies were obtained with 250 data. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of company financial reports obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id. The data collection technique used is documentation technique, namely by collecting data from company financial reports that have been officially recorded or published. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis carried out with the help of Jamovi version 2.3.28. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that liquidity has a significant negative effect on profitability, leverage has a significant positive effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value, leverage has no effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on Firm value and Profitability are not able to mediate the influence of Leverage on Firm value.

Abstract

Telaga Madirda, a village tourism destination managed by the Berjo Village-Owned Enterprise in Ngargoyoso Sub-District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, boasts an exotic natural charm ripe for development. This study investigates the empowerment model of Berjo Village-Owned Enterprise and explores innovative approaches to managing this potential tourism hotspot. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the study utilizes an empowerment model approach across three stages: awareness, capacity building, and empowerment. Findings reveal that village leaders’ commitment bolsters Berjo Village-Owned Enterprise’s empowering process, enabling innovative event models to attract more visitors. The introduction of spiritual tourism and night camping has notably drawn individuals to Telaga Madirda, offering a retreat for relaxation and therapeutic purposes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
