Abstract

Objectives: This study investigates the mediating role of Protestant Work Ethic (PWE) in the relationships between Organizational Culture (OC), Transformational Leadership (TL), and Personality (P) on Teacher Performance (TP) in private Christian elementary schools in Banten Province. Methodology: A quantitative survey was conducted from November 2021 to May 2022, involving 236 Christian elementary school teachers as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings: The hypothesis testing results indicate that Organizational Culture positively influences Protestant Work Ethic, while Transformational Leadership negatively affects it. Personality does not significantly impact Protestant Work Ethic. Furthermore, Protestant Work Ethic has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance. Both Organizational Culture and Personality directly enhance Teacher Performance, whereas Transformational Leadership does not show a significant direct impact. Mediation analysis reveals that Protestant Work Ethic partially mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and Teacher Performance, as well as between Personality and Teacher Performance, but not between Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance. Conclusion: The study concludes that OC and P are crucial factors in improving TP, with PWE playing a significant mediating role. TL's negative impact on PWE suggests the need for further investigation into leadership styles within this context. The findings underscore the importance of fostering a positive organizational culture and developing personal competencies to enhance teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify industries receptive to wealth management products like bond insurance and to pinpoint the key factors influencing bond insurance premium closures. Given Indonesia's low life insurance penetration and density compared to other Asian countries, the study uses a purposive sample of 199 data points from 38 companies across various industries. This research found that the most influential factors in bond purchases are domicile, the second car, industry type, job position , housing type . The methodology that is used in thisresearch is called CRIPS-DM (Cross Industrial Standards Program Data Mining). The first steps what is the purpose of the organization, and the second is what data that needed, and then continue to data preparation, after that modeling, after modeling, it will make an interpretation of the result, and the final steps is deployment, it will plan how it will be implemented in the real world, and the accuracy score from this model is 98 %. From the result of the projection closing bond insurance from each industry, it can be concluded that the most industry that closed the bond insurance is Banking Industry, the second is from insurance and the third is education and the next is education, retail, bond, manufacturing and finance, hospitality, legal, publishing, technology and government and service industries.

Abstract

The number of prospective students enrolling in higher education, especially in private universities, is a serious problem. The decline in the number of prospective students that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic from 2019 to 2022 has also become a serious problem for private universities in Indonesia. Therefore, this research focuses on finding the main characteristics of high school students in choosing private universities in Jakarta and its surroundings. The research method used is data mining, using primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to high school students in grades 11 and 12 in the area, with a total of 438 respondents, which then went through a data cleaning process, producing 295 respondents. Using the Random Forest method in determining 5 important features and the Learning Supervisor maps out what important features should be taken into consideration in decision making for high school students. By using the random forest algorithm, an accuracy of 67 percent is obtained. Then by using the decision tree algorithm, machine learning will map the decisions of high school students. And the results illustrate that the first thing that is the main consideration is the father's education, and the second is which school he comes from, and the third is the mother's education and then how much transport money is given, and the last is what department he is from.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and artificial intelligence (AI) literacy on job performance with AI anxiety and managing workplace FOMO as mediating variables in millennial generation employees in start-up companies. Millennial employees, who dominate the workforce in this sector, have unique characteristics such as flexible work preferences, dependence on technology, and the need for a collaborative work environment. However, they also face psychological challenges due to high work dynamics, such as anxiety about AI and the pressure to always be connected. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving millennial employees from various start-up companies in Indonesia. Data was collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between variables in the research model developed based on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model. The results showed that transformational leadership and AI literacy have a positive and significant effect on job performance. In addition, AI anxiety and managing workplace FOMO proved to be significant mediators, where transformational leadership and high levels of AI literacy were able to reduce anxiety about technology and stress due to digital pressure. Thus, this study provides theoretical and practical contributions in the development of leadership strategies and human resource policies, especially in improving the welfare and productivity of millennial employees in a digital technology-based work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of outpatient service quality and patient characteristics on patient satisfaction through the mediation of the doctor-patient relationship. Respondents in this study were 294 outpatients using BPJS at Hospital X. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative and was conducted at one point in time (cross sectional). The sampling technique used purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. The questionnaire was distributed online via a Google Form link that was distributed to outpatients participating in BPJS who were treated at Hospital X. This study used a multivariate analysis method with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. This study concludes that service quality has a positive and significant effect on the doctor-patient relationship. Patient characteristics do not significantly affect the doctor-patient relationship. The doctor-patient relationship has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction mediated by the doctor-patient relationship. Patient characteristics do not significantly affect patient satisfaction through the mediation of the doctor-patient relationship. Hospitals that focus on improving the quality of their services, especially in outpatient services, will provide a positive experience for BPJS patients during treatment, as well as improve the medical and non-medical abilities of doctors. The relationship between doctors and patients is an important factor in shaping a positive patient experience during the process of providing outpatient health services in hospitals.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency adoption in Indonesia is rising, yet trust barriers persist, particularly among Millennials and Gen Z. Despite growing transaction volumes (IDR 475.13 trillion by 2024), gaps remain in understanding trust drivers specific to this demographic. This study investigates factors influencing trust in crypto-based payments, testing hypotheses on privacy, anonymity, traceability, expectations, and satisfaction. A quantitative cross-sectional design surveyed 195 Indonesian respondents (purposive sampling) using PLS-SEM analysis in SmartPLS 4.0, assessing measurement and structural models, predictive relevance, and IPMA. Trust significantly boosts adoption intention (t = 20.279, p = 0.000), driven by expectations (t = 5.898) and satisfaction (t = 2.096), while privacy, anonymity, and traceability showed no significant impact. IPMA revealed trust as high-importance but low-performance, urging strategic improvements. Results guide policymakers and businesses to prioritize transparency, user experience, and education over privacy-centric features. Future research should expand demographics, integrate qualitative methods, and compare crypto with other payment systems (e.g., CBDCs).
