This research aims at testing and analyzing the influence of organizational culture and work stress on employees’ performance at PT. SerdangJaya Perdana. The researcher took the object of research from PT. Serdang Jaya Perdana. Employees’ performance can be interpreted as the ability of employees to do their jobs. The performance of an employee is what distinguishes each employee who has different levels of importance in carrying out their duties. Management can measure the company's performance on each employee. Improving employee performance cannot just happen, but there are factors affected such as organizational culture and work stress. The population used is 97 people by taking samples using the Slovin formula and 30 employees to test the validity taken entirely from the rest of the population in the company. The research method used is quantitative, quantitative descriptive research type. Methods of collecting data was done by having interviews, questionnaires and studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination coefficient and simultaneous testing (F-Test) with Fcount> Ftable (52,684> 3,11) and partially (t-Test) with values for organizational culture variable t count>ttable number (5,216> 1,99045) and work stress(2.694> 1,99045). The results of the study prove that organizational culture and simultaneous work stress and partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Serdang Jaya Perdana

Local content is one of the most important elements for education in Indonesia. Lokalcontent is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objekctives, content, and learningmaterials compiled by education units according to the diversity of the potential of eachregion. This study is aimed to know: (1) Analisis of local content education policies in thecurriculum. (2) Teacher involvement in the application of local cantent and skills assubjects. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptiveapproach to the study of documents/texts. Result of this study shows that:(1) Educationpolicy analysis becomes very important in the application of local content because itis supported by the curriculum. (2) The role of the teacher in the education systemholds full responsibility in the implementation of education for the success of theirstudents so that teacher involvement is important in the application of local contentand subject skills.

Demam Berdarah merupakan jenis penyakit menular yang sering menimbulkan kejadian luar biasa di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi merupakan salah satu wilayah yang pada setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan penyebaran penyakit Demam Berdarah yang cukup pesat. pengolahan data penyakit demam berdarah di dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dimana pada pengolahan datanya masih bersifat manual. Hasil dari data laporan dari masing-masing puskesmas di rekap sehingga dapat diketahui daerah-daerah mana saja yang terjangkit penyakit demam berdarah yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebuah hasil laporan penyebaran penyakit demam berdarah yang terjadi di Kabupaten kuantan singingi yang akan ditujukan oleh kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Survei dilakukan pada 1 (satu) tahun terakhir pada setiap Kecamatan di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Dengan sistem yang baru ini dapat mempermudah para pegawai Puskesmas dan Dinas kesehatan untuk mengolah data kasus penyakit demam berdarah yang ada pada Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dan dapat mempermudah memberikan informasi untuk masing-masing wilayah yang terjangkit penyakit demam berdarah melalui sistem yang dibangun.

Tanaman fooder jagung merupakan sangat membantu dalan peternakan ruminansia dalam kondisi lahan terbatas. Kualitas fooder itu sendiri sangat bergantung pada unsur hara media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji produksi fodder jagung dengan penggunaan pupuk organik cair pada level yang berbeda dan mengamati potensi kandungan nutrien pada fodder jagung untuk dijadikan pakan ruminansisa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAK) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Dengan perlakuan sebagai berikut A: Media tanaman hidroponik dengan penambahan pupuk cair (POC) komersial 0.5%, B: Media tanaman hidroponik dengan penambahan pupuk cair (POC) komersial 1%, C: Media tanaman hidroponik dengan penambahan pupuk cair (POC) komersial 1.5%, D: Media tanaman hidroponik dengan penambahan pupuk cair (POC) komersial 2 %. Variabel yang diamati yaitu produksi(berat panen), tinggi tanaman, berat basah(gram) dan berat kering (gram) fodder jagung dengan penggunaan pupuk organic cair pada level yang berbeda. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu berpengaruh nyata ( P<0.05) terhadap produksi fodder jagung dan tinggi fodder jagung, tidak berpengaruh nyata (p>0,05) terhadap berat basah fodder jagung dan berat kering fodder jagung.

Improving farmer organizational governance and crop production management are important aspects in achieving sustainable agriculture. This study aims to evaluate the impact of training on liquid organic fertiliser production on improving farmer organisation governance and crop production management in Mekar Agung Village. The training was attended by 30 purposively selected farmer organisation members. The research methodology used a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest design. The pretest results showed that participants' initial knowledge of liquid organic fertiliser production and farmer organisation governance was at a low level. However, the posttest results showed a significant improvement after the training, with the average score increasing from 55% to 85%. The study concluded that the training on liquid organic fertiliser production was effective in improving farmers' organisational capacity and crop production management in Mekar Agung Village, and has positive implications for the sustainability of agriculture in the area.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of brand image on purchase interest at the Shopee marketplace in the coastal communities of the Bajo tribe in Kab. Bombana. (2) The Influence of Trust on Purchase Interest in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. (3) The Influence of Brand Image on Trust in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. And (4) The Effect of Trust Mediation on Brand Image and Purchase Interest at the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana This research is an explanatory research model with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is the entire Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 140 respondents using the sampling technique used in this research using purposive sampling technique, which is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Analysis of Moments of Structures (AMOS) with Normality testing, outliers and testing the Goodness of fit index (GFI) structural model with AMOS 24.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Brand Image variable on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.041. The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.014. The Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on Trust, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.000. And the Trust variable mediates brand image on positive buying interest but is not significant as shown by the P-Value value of 0.138.

Tree planting as a reforestation strategy is an important solution to overcome environmental and social problems in villages. This journal discusses the effectiveness of the tree planting program implemented in Mekar Agung Village, using an environmental and social approach. The program aims to improve environmental quality, reduce the impact of climate change, and strengthen social solidarity in village communities. The methodology used includes the implementation of planting activities, impact evaluation through measurement of environmental parameters such as reducing soil erosion and improving air quality, as well as analyzing changes in attitudes and community involvement. The results show that the program is effective in improving environmental quality, with significant improvements in soil and air quality. In addition, this program has also succeeded in strengthening social relations between residents through active participation in reforestation activities. These findings underscore the importance of an integrated approach that combines environmental and social aspects in greening programs to achieve sustainable and significant results.

The use of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) as a form of approach in stunting prevention has become the main focus of the community service program in Curug Village, Mekar Agung Village. This program intends to increase public knowledge and skills in utilizing TOGA in preventing and reducing the prevalence of stunting in toddlers. The approach used is educational, through socialization and training to mothers at posyandu. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing public awareness and understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and the role of TOGA in supporting children's health. In addition, this program has also succeeded in building a community that cares more about health issues, especially in efforts to prevent stunting. The implementation of this program involves cooperation between midwives, posyandu cadres, and students, who directly assist the community in implementing TOGA as part of a healthy lifestyle. Thus, this activity is expected to be a model and applied in other regions to reduce stunting rates and improve the quality of public health.

The research explains the relationship between employee recruitment and work placement on employee performance at CV Trans Berjaya, the research sample used is a saturated sample because population under 100. The research instrument used a questionnaire, tested data through partial and simultaneous tests, multiple regression test using SPSS 25 software. Partial test results revealed that variabel X1 recruitment affected employee performance by 0,722 or 72,2% and variable X2 work placement influenced performance employees by 0,631 0r 63,1%. And the simultaneous test of recruitment and work placement variables on employee performance has an impact of 0,731 or 73,1%. Thus, the performance of Trans Berjaya employees is influenced by recruitment and job placement. Variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect variable Y.

The leadership of the Citatah Village Head plays an important role in developing the community of Citatah Village, Cipatat District West Bandung, the village head is the main key in driving human resource developmentin the village environment. Through data collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis involving village heads, village officials and village communities. The author can provide an overview of the Citatah Village Head, namely that the village head is able to play an active role in human resource development programs, building awareness and the spirit of community participation through effective communication and collaboration with the local community. The transformational leadership used by the village head makes working relationship and relations with the community more harmonious. The discipline applied by the village head can be accepted by every village official. However village officials have hopes of providing rewards from the village head for optimal performance carried out by village officials both in terms of service performance and development in the field. It is hoped that the provision of these rewards con further motivate the performance of existing village officials.
