Abstract

Usaha pemanfaatan limbah kulit sapi untuk produk makanan olahan yang ada di kelurahan Bangkala di kecematan Maiwa kabupaten Enrekang, berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah kami lakukan bersama TIM, maka masalah yang paling urgen dihadapi oleh mitra kami adalah kurang produktivitasnya dan inovasi sehingga pemenuhan permintaan pasar masih belum bisa dimaximalkan. Luaran dari kegitan pengabdian ini sangat diharapakan usaha dari pemanfaatan limbah kulit sapi untuk produk makanan olahan bisa tetap berjalan, bisa menjaga kepercyaan pasar dan bisa menciptakan wirausahawan baru. Tanggunjawab besar dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai inovasi produk dan pengembagan usaha, dengan metode pelaksanaan yang ada serta kami dan tim. Muara dari kegitan ini kami secara TIM akan melakukan evaluasi terkait efektifitas dari bantuan alat penujang produksi dan proses produksi serta volume produksi yang dihasilkan nantinya.

Abstract

The study's goal is to look into the effects of transformational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the West Java Preservation Hall. The participants in this study were employees of the West Java Conservation Center. With 73 respondents, we used the Slovin formula and a stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques based on traditional assumption testing include the normality and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing with the T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2, and beta coefficient of standardization. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive significant effect on employee performance, and the presence of organizational commitment had a positive significant effect on employee performance at the West Java Conservation Center. Concurrently, transformational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment all had a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyses how employee performance is impacted by workplace rules, rewards, and job characteristics. PT. Pharma HealthCare was the site of this study. In this study, there were 501 employees in the population and 92 participants in the sample. The method of sampling employs a non-probability sampling strategy. Utilizing a questionnaire gathering method to gather data from primary sources. The IBM SPSS 25 programmer was the analytical instrument employed. The findings demonstrated that, in contrast to incentives, which had no influence on employee performance, work discipline and job features had a considerable beneficial impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a major factor in increasing labor efficiency and productivity, including in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on labor productivity in the MSME sector in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through a survey of MSME actors who have adopted digital technology, such as the use of e-commerce, social media, digital financial applications, and business management software. The results of the study show that digitalization has a positive and significant impact on labor productivity, especially in terms of operational efficiency, increasing market access, and financial management. However, challenges such as limited access to technology, lack of digital skills, and implementation costs are still obstacles for some MSMEs. Therefore, support is needed from the government and related parties in the form of training, access to financing, and better technology infrastructure so that digital transformation can be optimized in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Makassar City.
