That assumption appears based on the fact that society continues to develop and process, therefore there should be a dynamic Community Development Model that can assist the community development process. This study aims to describe tangible and intangible factors for the community empowerment model. Through tangible factor variables (physical capital, human capital, social capital, financial capital, environmental capital and intangible factor variables (motivation, trust, mentoring) can increase empowerment which has implications for the level of community welfare. The method used is descriptive method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). To find out which tangible and intangible factors can improve empowerment which has implications for the level of understanding of the community, the method used to solve problems. Tangible and intangible factors that are significant are good or strategic factors to empower the community. while the most dominant factor is the variable of physical capital with a total effect of 0.312 on empowerment compared to the others. this is because its influence on empowerment is very dominant. and variables that have the greatest total effect on welfare are assistance variables with a total effect of 0.416. this is due to its dominant influence on welfare. Keywords: Tangible, Intangible Factor , Empowerment, Community Welfare.

Abstract

This study is aimed at examining the relationshipbetween corporate governance mechanisms andearnings management with voluntary disclosure(voluntary disclosure) as a moderating variable.Corporate governance is proxied and measured byManagerial Ownership (MGR) Institutional Ownership(INST), board size (BSIZE), and the independentCommissioner (KI). Voluntary Disclosure of EarningsManagement proxied in this study uses the value ofdiscretionary accruals, and Voluntary Disclosure isproxied by the disclosure index. The population of thisstudy is all listed manufacturing companies in IndonesiaStock Exchange from 2006 to 2011.The results of this study are first, there is an empiricalevidence to suggest that there are negative effects ofdiscretionary accruals managerial ownership, institutional ownership and a positive influence on thesize of the board of directors. Overall, these results areconsistent with research conducted by Pranata (2003)and Rajgopal (1998) that managerial ownership andinstitutional ownership become a constraint on earningsmanagement practice. Second, testing the relationshipbetween voluntary disclosure mechanism betweencorporate governance and discretionary accruals indicatethat the earnings management practices will be carriedout if the company is getting a lot of information. Theseresults are consistent with the research conducted byAryati (2003). Third, the composition of theindependent commissioner was not statisticallysignificant to the earnings management measures, andvoluntary testing of these revelations on the relationshipbetween the practice of earnings management andcorporate governance mechanisms remains to show thatthe composition of an independent commissioner is notsignificant. This gives evidence that the ineffectivenessof the company's independent commissioner.KEYWORDS: Earnings management, VoluntaryDisclosure, Corporate Governance

Abstract

Private higher education in Indonesia faces challenges in improving educational quality to meet global demands. The policy of Academic Revitalization based on Information Technology (IT) emerges as a crucial strategy in addressing quality management changes. This research explores the implementation of this policy to enhance educational quality in private higher education institutions in Indonesia using seven variables. The research methodology involves a literature review and policy documentation analysis using Smart PLS. The research findings indicate that two variables were rejected due to being below the acceptance threshold. Five variables were accepted: Technology Alignment (3.258), Higher Education Quality Management (3.278), Moderating Effect 1 and 2 (both above 2.00), and the last variable, Revitalization of Academic Policies (2.614). However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, training needs, and appropriate policies remain significant issues to be addressed. In conclusion, the policy of Academic Revitalization based on IT provides a strong foundation for quality management changes in private higher education institutions in Indonesia. However, sustained commitment and significant investment are required to achieve optimal results.

The method of this study used associative method. The data analysis techniques used Smart Partial Least Square (PLS, 3.0). This research used Snowball Sampling Technique. The total of sample respondent was 100 respondents. The results of this study showed that financial literacy had a significant effect on the online loan users’ behavior, financial attitudes significantly influenced the online loan users’ behavior Danabijak. Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of work climate, infrastructure and motivation on employee performance with the role of job satisfaction as an intervening factor at the Sekincau District Office, West Lampung. The research method used is a quantitative and explanatory approach. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews and observations. This research also uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research results show that work climate and infrastructure have a significant effect on employee performance, while motivation has no significant effect. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between motivation and employee performance, but does not mediate the relationship between work climate and employee performance, nor does job satisfaction mediate the relationship between infrastructure and employee performance. A work environment and adequate infrastructure directly improve employee performance, while motivation does not have a significant influence. Employee job satisfaction improves performance and acts as a mediator between motivation and performance. Optimizing the work climate, infrastructure and job satisfaction is very important to improve employee performance at the Sekincau District Office.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and analyze a strategy model for implementing MBKM learning, namely university mission, academic leadership, collaboration, commitment, and sustainability, as well as the impact of the use of information technology. The research results show that leadership and information technology variables are strategic variablesfor improving learning strategies. This is because the research results of these variables have a significant influence. Meanwhile, information technology variables are not effective as moderatorvariablesontherelationshipbetweencommitmentandlearningstrategiesbecause the research results have a weak and negative influence. Collaboration and commitment variables are appropriate variables for learning strategies. This collaboration variable has a positive and significant influence on learning strategies in the context of this research, meaning that collaboration plays an important role in influencing learning strategies. Commitment is a very important factor in influencing learning strategies. Learning strategy variableshaveasignificantpositiveinfluenceonsustainabilityinthiscasethroughlearning strategies, which have been proven to have a significant positive impact on sustainability however, itisimportanttocontinuetocarryoutfurtherresearchanddevelopmenttosupport sustainability efforts on an ongoing basis. The information technology variable has a significant influence as a moderator on the relationship between learning strategies and sustainability, meaning that the interaction between learning strategies and information technologyappearstohaveastrongandnegativeinfluenceonsustainability.Thekeyfactors are mission, academic leadership, collaboration, commitment, and sustainability, and it can help universities to more effectively adapt and implement MBKM policies to increase autonomy and flexibility in highereducation
