Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of variablesThe Influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation on the Performance of Itwasda Polda Papua Province Employees with Compensation Variable Moderation. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model. Results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H1 is accepted), Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H2 is accepted), Compensation is positive but not significant as a moderating variable of the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance (H3 is rejected). and Compensation is positive but not significant as a moderating variable of the influence of Motivation on Performance (H4 is rejected).

Abstract

The company is an organizational body that has an important role in the economic development of a country, especially for investors. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of EPS, DER on stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that EPS has a significant effect on dividend policy, DER has a significant effect on dividend policy, EPS has a significant effect on stock returns, DER has a significant effect on stock returns, dividend policy has a significant effect on stock returns. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the EPS variable on stock returns through dividend policy has a significant positive effect, DER on stock returns through dividend policy has a significant negative effect.

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat olahan ikan D’JATIM berlokasi di Desa Demung, Kecamatan Besuki, Kabupaten Situbondo. Permasalahan mitra pada produksi dan manajemen adalah pengemasan, pencatatan keuangan, serta pemasaran secara offline. Pendampingan yang dilakukan kepada usaha D’Jatim sebagai hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian membantu dalam pengembangan usaha dengan mencantumkan informasi kadaluarsa produk dan pengusulan no ijin membuka usaha rumah tangga berupa produk olahan ikan. Dari sisi pengelolaan Keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Buku kas untuk memudahkan proses pencatatan transaksi dan memaksimalkan pemasaran melalui kemudahan media online yang banyak ditawarkan oleh platform transaksi jual beli.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are currently experiencing rapid development because they are one of the needs of society in general. The increasing expansion is expected to provide contributions to society and companies. The aim of this research is Profitability, Sales Growth and Company Size on Company Value with Capital Structure in food and beverage companies as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are companies listed on the indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a sample of 9 companies. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method. The results of hypothesis testing regarding the direct impact of using Smart PLS 3.0, show that Profitability is significantly negative on Capital Structure, Sales Growth is negative but not significant on Capital Structure, Company Size is signicantly positive on Capital Structure, Profitability is positive not significant on Company Value, Sales Growth is positive but not significant to Company Value, Company Size is negative but not significant to Company Value, Capital Structure is Positive but not significant to Company Value. The results of the indirect influences hypothesis test show that the Profitablity variable is negative but not significant on Capital Structure through Company Value, Sales Growth is negative but not significant on Campital Structure through Company Value, Company Size is positive but not significant on Capital Structure through Company Value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of situational leadership style, compensation and work environment with work motivation as an intervening variable on teacher performance at MAN 2 Situbondo. The population of this research is ASN teachers at MAN 2 Situbondo. The analysis and testing method in this research is using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that situational leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation, Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation, Situational leadership style has a positive but not significant effect significant effect on teacher performance, Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance, Work environment has a negative but not significant effect on teacher performance, Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, Situational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance through work motivation, Compensation has a positive effect but not significant on performance through job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Company value is significant for investors in determining stock investment because information on company value will help investors know which stocks have good value and are developing well. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Firm size and Debt to Equity Ratio oni Firm value with Return on Asset as an intervening variable. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2021. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Firm size has a negative but insignificant effect on Return on Asset, and Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return on Asset. Firm size has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value, Debt to Equity has a positive but insignificant effect on firm value, and Return on Asset has a significant positive effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Firm size and Debt to Equity Ratio variables on firm value through Return on Assets together have a negative but insignificant effect.

Abstract

The study aimsto determine the influence of Work Discipline and Compensation on Performance at PT PNM Mekaar in the Situbondo Regency with the Mediationof Job Satisfaction Variables. The sampling technique in this research is a Saturated Sample. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing utilize Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction,compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, compensation has a negative yet significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive but not significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical companies are companies whose production focuses on medicines and health The value of a company can basically be measured in several ways, one of which is the company's stock price. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of Liquidity and Profitability on Firm Value of Dividend Policy. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research The population in this study are 12 pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a negative but significant effect on Dividend Policy, Profitability has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Company Value, Profitability has a significant positive effect on Company Value, Profitability has an effect positive but not significant to company value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Liquidity on Dividend Policy through Company Value has a positive but not significant effect, Profitability on Dividend Policy through Company Value has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

Investment decisions and appropriate funding decisions can effect company profits and the distribution of dividends to shareholders and firm value. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine factors Influencing firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with dividend policy as an intervening variable (2019-2021). The population in this study are all food and beverage companies that have listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2021 period, totaling 72 companies. The sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis test of this study use Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that investment decisions have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, funding decisions have an insignificant negative effect on dividend policy, investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, funding decisions have an significant negative effect on firm value, dividend policy has an insignificant positive effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the investment decisions variable has a significant positive effect on firm value through dividend policy, funding decisions have an insignificant negative effect on firm value through dividend policy.
