Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji kombinasi pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur desa di Desa Pontang, Kecamatan Ambulu, Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 128 responden. Hasil: Memanfaatkan SPSS untuk analisis data, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja  Aparatur, dan variabel pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur desa. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini menekankan pada aparatur desa yang memiliki tantangan unik, seperti keterbatasan anggaran, rendahnya akses terhadap pelatihan berkualitas, serta faktor motivasi yang berbeda dengan pekerja di sektor swasta atau pemerintahan pusat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, komitmen organisasi dan loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur desa di Desa Mulyorejo, Kecamatan Silo. Kepribadian dan komitmen organisasi menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan efektivitas kinerja aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Loyalitas kerja juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pemerintahan desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada aparatur desa sebagai responden penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup seluruh aparatur desa yang bekerja di Desa Mulyorejo. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur desa. Pada variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur desa. Dan pada variabel loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur desa..

Abstract

This research endeavors to analyze the impact of sensory marketing on the repurchase intentions of KFC patrons in Jember City, considering consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study is grounded in the competitively expanding fast-food industry in Indonesia, where KFC holds a prominent position. Sensory marketing strategies, encompassing the stimulation of senses through aromas, interior aesthetics, ambient music, and food textures, are posited to elevate consumer experience and engender loyalty. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were gathered via questionnaires administered to 150 respondents, selected through purposive sampling, who had previously patronized KFC Jember. Analytical results indicate that sensory marketing exerts a positive and significant influence on both repurchase intention (β=0.548; p<0.05) and consumer satisfaction (β=0.321; p<0.05). Furthermore, consumer satisfaction demonstrably impacts repurchase intention positively (β=0.296; p<0.05). Consumer satisfaction also functions as a significant partial mediator in the relationship between sensory marketing and repurchase intention (β=0.095; p<0.05). These findings underscore that sensory marketing elements, such as the distinctive aroma of the food and the inviting ambiance of the restaurant, augment consumer satisfaction, thereby cultivating a positive impression and fostering repurchase inclinations. Practically, this research advocates that KFC Jember should fortify sensory elements, diversify its menu offerings, and provide enhanced customer service training to its staff.

Abstract

Increasingly tight competition requires producers to be able to implement good management and requires the right strategy in order to maintain and develop their business such as analysis, planning and implementation to build profits. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of interior design, price, and taste on purchasing decisions at Erenka Coffee Shop, Banyuwangi. This type of research is causality research, using quantitative methods with a sample size of 100 respondents and using non-probability sampling techniques with the Accidental Sampling and Purposive Sampling approaches, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination R2. based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces positive findings, meaning that if interior design, price, and taste continue to be improved, it will have an impact on purchasing decisions at Erenka Coffee Shop. The results of the t-test analysis obtained showed that interior design, price, and taste had a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Erenka Coffee Shop, the results of the R2 determination coefficient test were that the level of influence contribution was 0.913 or 91%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Promotion Strategy through Social Media, Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth affect Customer Loyalty. The research objective was to determine and analyze Promotion Strategies through Social Media, Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth partially influence Customer Loyalty. The theory used in this research is marketing management theory, Promotion Strategy through Social Media, Service Quality, Word Of Mouth, and Customer Loyalty. The research was conducted on customers of Cak Kebo Jember Coffee Shop. This type of descriptive quantitative research using purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The nature of the research is explanatory. The test tool used is multiple linear regression, with SPSS software version 25.00. Results of Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth have positive values and significance values that meet the testing criteria. Meanwhile, the Promotion Strategy through Social Media has a negative value. This also shows that Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth affect Customer Loyalty and Promotion Strategies through Social Media do not affect Customer Loyalty which means better Service Quality, and Word Of Mouth will have an impact on better Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Kegiatan Praktik Kewirausahaan pada siswa SB Pelita Ilmu di Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, sebagai bagian dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada  masyarakat Internasional  ini memiliki tujuan adalah untuk membangun dan menguatkan nilai-nilai jiwa berwirausaha dan kemadirian  sejak dini, upaya ini dilakukan melalui praktik berwirausaha kepada peserta didik. Praktik Wirausaha dijalankan dengan membuka  kedai yang berbeda dari kedai/kedai sekolah pada umumnya, pada kedai kejujuran tidak ada pelayanan jual beli, peserta didik        saat melakukan  pembelian di kedai atau kantin mereka  melayani dirinya sendiri, hal ini dilakukan guna melatih kemadirian dari para siswa dan merupakan bagian upaya menanamkan nilai kejujuran di kalangan siswa sanggar bimbingan (SB) Pelita ilmu Malaysia,  ini akan   memberikan dampak pada sifat jujur peserta didik yakni kejujuran ketika berbicara, jujur ketika bermuamalah, jujur ketika berjanji dan juga menumbuhkan sifat kemandirian dalam mengelola keuangan yang dimiliki siswa. Melalui kegiatan praktik wirausaha melalui usaha “Kedai Kejujuran” pihak sanggar bimbingan sangat mendukung sepenuhnya dengan adanya kedai kejujuran ini. Menanamkan pendidikan akhlak dan kemandirian sejak dini, diperlukan sarana dan media yang tepat dalam rangka mentransformasikan pendidikan wirausaha tersebut kepada anak didik. Salah satu sarana yang dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan dan membiasakan kejujuran dan kemandirian  kepada anak didik adalah melalui penerapan praktik wirausaha melalui aktifitas kedai kejujuran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi pengelolaan modal kerja pada Unit Usaha Kopi Argopuro, yang dikelola oleh BUMDesma Delapan Pilar Tanggul. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan populasi laporan keuangan unit usaha Kopi Argopuro dan sampelnya yaitu laporan penjualan kopi argopuro selama periode tahun 2024. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode least square (ramalan penjualan), penyusunan anggaran biaya dan penyusunan rencana kebutuhan modal kerja. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kebutuhan modal kerja mencapai Rp 75.994.461. Jumlah tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya perencanaan modal kerja yang tepat dan pengelolaan arus kas yang konsisten. Efisiensi pengelolaan modal kerja berperan dalam menjaga kelangsungan usaha sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unit Usaha Kopi Argopuro telah menerapkan prinsip efisiensi finansial, yaitu melalui pengaturan persediaan, pengendalian piutang, dan penguatan likuiditas. Meski demikian, efisiensi belum maksimal karena masih ditemukan kendala pada sistem pencatatan keuangan dan pengelolaan stok. Oleh karena itu, digitalisasi sistem dan kerja sama dengan saluran distribusi modern menjadi solusi penting. Pengelolaan modal kerja yang efisien menjadi kunci bagi usaha desa seperti Kopi Argopuro untuk tetap adaptif, berdaya saing, dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan jangka panjang

Abstract

Emas menjadi salah satu pilihan investasi yang semakin diminati masyarakat, terutama melalui program cicilan yang ditawarkan oleh Pegadaian Cabang Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendapatan, dan preferensi risiko terhadap minat dalam berinvestasi emas secara cicilan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F, serta pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 27. Data diperoleh dari 120 responden yang merupakan nasabah aktif layanan cicilan emas, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi cicilan emas, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemahaman finansial, kestabilan kondisi ekonomi individu, serta kecenderungan dalam menghadapi risiko berperan penting dalam membentuk niat dan keputusan investasi. Ketiganya saling melengkapi dalam mendorong minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi emas secara lebih terencana, aman, dan berkelanjutan melalui skema cicilan di Pegadaian Cabang Jember

Abstract

In 2024 National Financial Literacy and Inclusion findings showed that Indonesia citizens' financial literacy index was at 65.43 %. Indonesia's financial literacy index has significantly improved from 49.68% in 2022. For novice investors, company information is very useful for decision-making. Signaling theory, which incorporates the concept of asymmetric information into models of decision-making. This research focus on the moderating efect of Risk Perception and Accounting Information to Financial Literacy on Investment Decision. The final analysis comprised 45 usable questionnaires from respondents across Indonesia. The results of testing the research hypothesis show that Risk Perception and Accounting Information moderate the effect of Financial Literacy on Investment Decision. The investors who have a rational understanding will limit the amount of funds to invest in several investment instruments that have high risk. Investors who have high financial literacy will be strengthened by the risk perception and accounting information of an investment instrument will influence their investment decision making.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, especially in the culinary sector, the management of an effective marketing strategy is the main key to maintaining and developing the business. Warung Lesehan AA Rembangan as one of the traditional culinary business actors faces the challenge of staying relevant and competitive amid many competitors and changing consumer preferences. This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors that affect the marketing strategy of Warung Lesehan AA Rembangan and formulate an effective business development strategy based on SWOT, IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) analysis. The research method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative and quantitative approach through the collection of primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis show that the main strength of Warung Lesehan AA lies in active promotion through discounts and banners as well as an easy-to-reach strategic location. However, there are weaknesses in the form of simple and less modern stall facilities that have the potential to reduce the comfort of visitors. The main threat faced is the stiff competition with the number of lesehan stalls in the Rembangan area. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it is recommended to implement growth strategies that maximize strengths and opportunities, as well as weakness improvement strategies to deal with existing threats. This research provides practical recommendations for the managers of Warung Lesehan AA to improve the quality of services, facilities, and promotional innovations to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of the business.
