Abstract

Entrepreneur dalam Bahasa Indonesia disebut dengan Kewirausahaan, menurut ejaan Bahasa Indonesia, kewirausahaan terdiri dari beberapa suku kata, yaitu Ke-wirausaha-an, menurut Entrepreneurship, istilah wirausaha adalah : Seseorang yang mampu melihat adanya peluang kemudian menciptakan sebuah organisasi untuk memanfaatkan peluang tersebut untuk memulai suatu bisnis yang baru, atau kemampuan setiap orang untuk menangkap setiap peluang usaha, dan dimanfaatkannya sebagai lahan usaha, atau bisnis dan seluruh wakyunya dicurahkan untuk menemukan peluang-peluang bisnis. Usaha kecil mikro menengah (UMKM) adalah jenis usaha yang memiliki skala kecil dan menengah, dengan jumlah karyawan dan omzet yang relative kecil dibandingkan dengan usaha besar. UMKM memeiliki peran yang penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian Indonesia,  menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dan membantu meningkatkan ekonomi local. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM melalui program pelatihan manajemen dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau library Research. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage terhadap profitabilitas dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel moderating pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam periode 2020-2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan regresi moderasi. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan 55 perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat likuiditas perusahaan, semakin besar kemampuan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba. Sementara itu, leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, yang mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi penggunaan utang dalam struktur modal, semakin rendah tingkat profitabilitas yang dicapai perusahaan. Pengujian variabel moderasi menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance mampu memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas, yang artinya penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dapat memperkuat hubungan positif antara likuiditas dan profitabilitas. Namun demikian, good corporate governance tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh leverage terhadap profitabilitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun perusahaan telah menerapkan good corporate governance dengan baik, tingginya leverage tetap memberikan dampak negatif terhadap profitabilitas. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen perusahaan dan investor dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan keuangan.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup melalui penguatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) serta pengelolaan lingkungan yang lebih baik. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan penyuluhan PHBS pada anak sekolah dasar, kegiatan kerja bakti membersihkan lingkungan desa, dan pembangunan tempat pembuangan sampah sementara (TPS) sebagai upaya mendukung pertanian dan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi langsung, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pembangunan fasilitas dasar lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan perilaku sehat pada siswa SD, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan, serta tersedianya fasilitas TPS yang membantu pengelolaan sampah desa secara lebih terstruktur. Pembahasan mengaitkan temuan tersebut dengan literatur terbaru yang menegaskan pentingnya faktor kesehatan dan lingkungan dalam pembangunan desa berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kegiatan pemberdayaan ini terbukti mampu memperkuat kualitas lingkungan dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan pertanian serta pariwisata lokal.

Abstract

The security of assets in the form of land belonging to the Seruyan Regency Government has been implemented. Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Seruyan Regency is making efforts to ensure that land assets remain in the control of the Seruyan Regency Government and prevent land assets from being confiscated by other parties. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles and problems faced. This research aims to find out how the Seruyan Regency Government attempts to safeguard its land assets. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research is reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The technique for testing the validity of the data in this research is to use source triangulation techniques and data collection technique triangulation. From the research results, the security of assets in the form of land belonging to the Seruyan Regency Government which has been implemented is still not optimal, such as administrative security which is still less than optimal, such as differences between recording data and real conditions in the field, a lot of land has not yet installed fences, boundary markers or land ownership signs. , and there is still a lot of land that does not yet have legal proof of ownership documents or certificates. Based on these problems, researchers provide suggestions for the Seruyan Regency Government to maximize efforts to safeguard assets in the form of land, especially in terms of legal security, so that SKPD as property users play an active role in the land certification stage.

Abstract

Postoperative pain is a common problem experienced by patients after abdominal surgery and may negatively affect recovery, mobility, and overall quality of life, making effective pain management an essential component of nursing care. In addition to pharmacological therapy, non-pharmacological interventions such as guided imagery can be applied to reduce pain perception and improve patient comfort. This study aimed to determine the effect of guided imagery on changes in pain levels among post-abdominal surgery patients in the Plamboyan Ward of RSUD Praya, Central Lombok Regency. A pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest–posttest design was conducted involving 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after the guided imagery intervention, which was administered for approximately 10–15 minutes in a calm and comfortable setting. Data analysis was performed using a paired t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results demonstrated a decrease in the mean pain score after the intervention compared to before the intervention, and statistical analysis showed a significant difference in pain levels before and after guided imagery (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that guided imagery has a significant effect on reducing postoperative pain in patients undergoing abdominal surgery and can be considered an effective independent nursing intervention to support postoperative pain management and enhance patient comfort.

Abstract

This study examines education marketing management strategies based on hybrid 7P marketing mix to enhance administrative service satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga Bogor. The main problem is how public schools with regulatory and budget constraints achieve 93% satisfaction with zero complaints. Research objectives identify 7P implementation (Product-Place-Promotion-People-Process-Physical Evidence-Price) and analyze hybrid digital-humanistic model contribution. Qualitative case study method employed in-depth interviews (30 points) with Quality Control and Administration Heads, 15-hour participatory observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal Jibas-SPMB (Product) 98.3% accuracy, full WiFi coverage-strategic layout (Place) 97.1% IKM, IG/TikTok-Web (Promotion), 72-hour annual staff training (People), and WA HUMAS <2-hour Six Sigma 3.4 (Process). "7P Hybrid Public School" model (68% digital + 32% humanistic) excels 52% lower cost than private schools. Abstract

Literacy is a fundamental foundation for human resource development; however, the national reading interest remains low, even though several regions, including Cianjur Regency, have shown an increase in their reading interest index. Limitations in facilities and suboptimal management of literacy services call for strengthening the role of Duta Baca (Reading Ambassadors) as collaborative and digitally oriented drivers of regional literacy initiatives. This study aims to analyze the implementation of literacy administrative service management by Duta Baca Cianjur in improving children’s reading interest, as well as to identify institutional synergy, service models, and implementation challenges. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with an ethnographic method, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, supported by data triangulation to enhance the credibility of the findings. The results indicate that Duta Baca Cianjur plays a strategic role in strengthening and expanding literacy services through structured collaboration with the Cianjur Regency Office of Archives and Libraries (Disarpus).

Abstract

Efficient and effective administrative management is an important aspect in supporting educational activities in schools. One aspect that is often overlooked is library management and infrastructure, which play a major role in creating a conducive learning environment. Therefore, this community service aims to provide administrative assistance at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga, focusing on library management, administration, and infrastructure. The problems faced by SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga are challenges in administrative management, particularly in library management and infrastructure, which have not been optimized. This has resulted in a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in supporting learning activities at the school. The method used in this community service activity was assistance in the form of direct support in administrative and management services at the school to make them more effective, particularly in library management and infrastructure. This activity was carried out in collaboration with school staff, particularly administrative staff, librarians, and the infrastructure department. The results of this community service program have succeeded in improving administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga, particularly in library management and infrastructure. Librarians and school administrative staff are now able to implement more structured and efficient management. Additionally, evaluations show significant improvements in administrative management, which have a positive impact on learning activities at the school.
