Abstract

The Ferry Port is located in the Village Kariangau with geographical location 116˚ 49 '2.852 "E - 116˚ 49' 15.2800" E and 1˚ 12 '1.188 "LS - 1˚ 12' 12.046" LS. This port serves 3 commercial track, one track Kariangau - Penajam served by 17 vessels from 6 shipping company. In operating facilities and infrastructure to organize the crossing transport, Shipping Company issued vessel operating expenses adjusted for operational trip the ship every day. Operational costs can influence the changes in the condition of transport fares. Transport Tariff at the Kariangau Ferry Port set by East Kalimantan Governor Decree number 45 of 2017. The trip vessel operating expenses amounted to 4,293,355 with a profit based on applicable tariff amounted 2,505,908.29. Based on the analysis, the tariff for passengers by 9567 / trip and profit at the rate of 3,723,823 results analysis / trip accordance Load Factor analysis today is 49.23%, then, there should be a review of implementation in the Port Kariangau Tariff that could affect the operators' revenue and the condition of the Port Load Factor.

Abstract

The Kayangan Ferry Port is located in Labuhan Lombok Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Kayangan Ferry Port is a ferry port organized by the Transportation Service of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The Kayangan Ferry Port serves only one route, namely the Kayangan – Poto Tano route. The Kayangan Ferry Port has a very important role in improving the economy in East Lombok Regency, especially West Nusa Tenggara Province. Based on the results of the survey in the field, it was found that several services for passengers had not been carried out properly, such as health facilities with inadequate equipment, no gangway facilities, no information service facilities such as information and visual service desks, baggage/porter officers did not use uniforms and there are no facilities for disabled/handicapped passengers and room for breastfeeding mothers. In this study, the method used to analyze existing problems is the Customer Statisfaction Index, and Importance Performance Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the passenger satisfaction index of 64.9% of the service attributes were in quadrant I which had to be improved and improved in quality.

Abstract

The Padangbai Ferry Port is located in Padangbai Village, Karangasem Regency. This port serves crossings between districts/cities, namely the Padangbai-Nusa Penida cross and between provinces, namely the Padangbai-Lembar cross. As a port that operates 24 hours with 13 trips/day, the current schedule arrangement is very important. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the author, there is a mismatch of the schedule compiled by the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) with its implementation, namely the ship's departure time with the existing schedule is not appropriate because the ship is waiting for a full load to depart. To be able to maximize the ship's load, it needs to be supported by a ship schedule that is in accordance with the implementation of the current health protocol in order to create a balance between the number of ships and the existing shipload. Data collection was carried out using the observation method. The data that must be collected are passenger and vehicle productivity, ship characteristics and ship operational time. Institutional methods and library data are taken from the Regional BPTD. XII Province of Bali & NTB. The analysis is carried out by evaluating schedules that are not in accordance with field conditions, and making an appropriate schedule so that no ships still have to wait for passenger and vehicle loads.

Abstract

The Sape Ferry Port is managed by PT ASDP FERRY (PERSERO) as a port operator that provides facilities to support operational activities at the Sape Ferry Port. Apart from the port of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is also a ship operator providing ferry boats serving the Sape - Labuan Bajo commercial route and the Sape - Waingapu Commercial route with 2 (two) ro-ro types of ferry units. However, the Sape Crossing Port still does there are basic landland facilities that are still lacking to non-existent, which can hinder port operations. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the Sape Crossing Port has not provided a deafroom that has an adequate area and seats for the waiting room so that many passengers sit on the floor while waiting for a ship whose trip is only once a day, there is no weigh bridge, and has a gangway that has not yet connected. to the deck of the ship so that the passengers and the vehicle still enter the same lane, namely the ship ramp door. Therefore, it is necessary to have a review and additions to some of the facilities that are lacking or even non-existent at the Port of Sape. This is done to improve the existing services at the Sape Ferry Port. Improvements to main land facilities, such as repairing the waiting room, adding weigh bridges, and adding a gangway that connects from the previous gangway to the ship's deck, were carried out to smoothen port operations so that passengers can experience the excellent service provided by the port.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Pelayaran Panggali Nusantara Palembang; (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Pelayaran Panggali Nusantara Palembang; (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Pelayaran Panggali Nusantara Palembang. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah guru di SMK Pelayaran Panggali Nusantara Palembang yang berjumlah 11 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data: (1) angket, (2) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan program aplikasi software SPSS For Windows Versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Pelayaran Panggali Nusantara Palembang; (2) ada pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Pelayaran Panggali Nusantara Palembang; (3) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Pelayaran Panggali Nusantara Palembang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas III pada tema Perkembangan Teknologi Transportasi dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Tambakrejo Kabupaten Magetan pada semester Genap Tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Siklus penelitian terdiri dari 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian yang dipilih pada siswa kelas III dengan jumlah 13 siswa. Pada setiap siklusnya memiliki tahapan seperti melakukan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) melalui penerapan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran; (2) dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif prestasi belajar siswa meningkat pada Tema Perkembangan Teknologi. Hasil tes peningkatan hasil belajar tematik yang diperoleh berupa nilai rata-rata sebelum dilakukan tindakan adalah 65, pada siklus I rata-rata meningkat menjadi 76 dan pada siklus II menjadi 86, demikian juga dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Perbankan sebagai lembaga keuangan mempunyai kedudukan dan peran yang strategis dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan utama bank adalah sebagai badan usaha yang dapat menghimpun dana masyarakat dan kemudian menyalurkan kembali dana tersebut kepada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang bersifat normatif. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah suatu proses untuk menemukan suatu aturan hukum, prinsip-prinsip hukum maupun doktrin-doktrin hukum, untuk menjawab permasalahan hukum yang dihadapi. Penyaluran kredit berbasis aplikasi produk digital lending yang dijalankan perbankan konvensional telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Peraturan OJK No. 12 Tahun 2018. Layanan produk keuangan tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Pasal 10 ayat (1) butir d PJOK Nomor 12 Tahun 2018. Berkaitan dengan syarat dan ketentuan dalam produk digital lending perbankan konvensional dimana proses penyaluran kredit dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa harus melakukan tatap muka antara bank dengan nasabah, juga sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Pasal 11 ayat (2) PJOK Nomor 12 Tahun 2018 yang menetapkan ketentuan bank melakukan verifikasi atas informasi dan dokumen pendukung nasabah atau calon nasabah dengan melalui tatap muka secara langsung (face to face); atau tanpa melalui tatap muka namun menggunakan perangkat lunak milik Bank dengan perangkat keras milik Bank atau perangkat keras milik nasabah atau calon nasabah. Perbankan konvensional mengimplementasikan prinsip kehati-hatian yang termuat dalam PJOK Nomor 12 Tahun 2018 pada tahap persiapan kredit, tahap analisis kredit, dan tahap keputusan kredit, diantaranya pemberian kredit baru membatasi kepada kantor/perusahaan tertentu yang telah menjalin kerjasama pembayaran gaji karyawan/pegawai melalui sistem payroll

Abstract

Efisiensi operasional pelabuhan sangat bergantung pada proses bongkar muat barang yang cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Proses manual yang masih digunakan berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan, dan sulitnya monitoring real-time. Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Informasi Monitoring Bongkar Muat Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT), dengan memanfaatkan sensor berat, sensor posisi, dan perangkat RFID untuk tracking barang secara otomatis. Sistem menggunakan arsitektur client-server, mengirim data melalui gateway IoT ke server yang terhubung dengan database terpusat. Dashboard berbasis web menampilkan status barang secara real-time. Perancangan sistem dilengkapi dengan ERD, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram, sehingga mendukung pengembangan dan implementasi sistem. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, efisiensi proses, dan memberikan visibilitas operasional secara menyeluruh.
