Abstract

Physical education is something that cannot be separated from education in general because physical education fulfills all the goals and functions of education through the development of three aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor of the students. Based on observations by the researcher, particularly in the 11th grade, many students still lack understanding and ability in demonstrating the basic movement of kicking a ball with the back of the foot in soccer. The hypothesis in this research is "The Self Check Style teaching method has an influence on improving the basic movement learning outcomes of kicking a ball with the back of the foot in soccer among the 11th-grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon.". The operational objective of this research is to compare whether the average score of basic movement learning in kicking with the back of the foot among students who are given treatment with the Self Check Style teaching method is higher than the average score of basic movement learning in kicking with the back of the foot in football among students who are not given the Self Check Style teaching method. This research uses the experimental method. The population consists of 194 students from the XI grade of SMK NEGERI 1 TOMOHON. And the sample consists of 40 students. The instrument of this research is a basic movement ability test for kicking with the back of the foot in soccer. The result of the hypothesis testing obtained a t-value of 9.2857. Based on the t-distribution table at ∝0.05 with degrees of freedom n1+n2-2 = 20+20-2= 38, the t-table value is obtained as 2.024. so the calculated t is greater than the table t (calculated t > table t). Based on the testing criteria, if the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value, then the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (HA) is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that the Self Check style of teaching has a significant impact on the improvement of basic movement learning in kicking a ball with the back of the foot in soccer among the 11th-grade students of SMK NEGERI 1 TOMOHON.

Abstract

The problem in this research is whether the teaching style of training has an influence on the learning outcomes of bottom serve skills in the volleyball game of students at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. This study aims to determine the average score of learning outcomes for lower serve skills in the experimental group's volleyball game which was taught using a high practice teaching style compared to the average score of learning outcomes of lower serve skills in the control group's volleyball game which was not taught using this teaching style. exercise. The research method used is an experimental research method. The population in this study was all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Tondano, totaling 46 people. The sample in this study consisted of 20 people taken randomly. The results of this analysis proved that there were significant differences between the two groups. Where the average learning outcomes for lower serve skills in the volleyball game of students at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano in the group taught with the Practice teaching style were better than the control group who did not receive treatment.

Abstract

Moving on from the reality found in the field, based on the results of preliminary observations in the SMP Negeri 2 Airmadidi school environment, some students do not master and have good physical condition components. The level of physical fitness of the students is not yet known. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an internal survey through the implementation of tests and measurements carried out correctly and thoroughly. Lack of attention and coaching to the physical fitness level of students. Students have not shown a good level of physical fitness, these symptoms are shown when teaching and learning activities take place students quickly experience fatigue, lack of concentration, lack of passion and enthusiasm and motivation in participating in the teaching and learning process. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The final results in the form of physical fitness categories are obtained based on a combination of 5 (five) test items as listed in Table 4.13, where it can be seen that most of the physical fitness of male students is in the Moderate category or around 87.50% while the physical fitness of female students is in the less category or around 95%.

Abstract

Sepak bola adalah jenis olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua tim. Olahraga ini memiliki istilah yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa semua anggota tubuh digunakan dalam bermain sepak bola. Metode pengajaran komando adalah cara mengajar di mana semua keputusan diambil oleh guru. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik, diketahui bahwa nilai thitung = 16,819 lebih besar dibanding ttabel = 2,048. Dengan begitu, hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Hₐ) diterima. Ini berarti bahwa latihan shooting menggunakan punggung kaki dengan metode gaya mengajar komando selama satu bulan dengan frekuensi tiga kali seminggu secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 4 Tondano dalam menendang bola. Sebelum latihan dimulai, dilakukan tes awal (pre-test), dan setelah latihan dilakukan kembali tes akhir (post-test). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain acak kelompok, di mana guru memberikan contoh terlebih dahulu yang kemudian ditiru dan dipraktikkan oleh siswa. Jumlah siswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa laki-laki SMP Negeri 4 Tondano, yaitu 120 orang, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui uji keterampilan shooting.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of learning media on the learning outcomes of floor gymnastics, specifically the forward roll, among students at SMP Negeri 2 Tondano. The research aimed to determine whether audiovisual learning media could improve students’ performance in performing the forward roll. The study employed an experimental design with a randomized control group pre-test and post-test. The sample consisted of 26 students, divided into an experimental group that received media-based learning and a control group. Data were collected using a pre-test and post-test measuring students' gymnastics skills. The results indicate that the experimental group showed a significant improvement in their skills compared to the control group. This suggests that audiovisual media enhances students' understanding and performance of complex movements in gymnastics. The implications of this study are significant for physical education teachers, emphasizing the importance of using innovative learning media to increase student engagement and skill acquisition. Further research is recommended with larger sample sizes and considering additional learning tools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the reciprocal teaching style on students’ learning outcomes in the basic overhead passing technique in volleyball at SMK Negeri 1 Tombulu. The research was motivated by the students’ low ability to perform effective overhead passing in physical education lessons. An experimental method with a randomized control group pre-test and post-test design was used. The sample consisted of two groups: an experimental group taught using the reciprocal style and a control group that received no treatment. Data were collected through a skill test and analyzed using the t-test. The results revealed a significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group. This finding indicates that the reciprocal teaching style is effective in enhancing students’ mastery of basic volleyball skills. The study highlights important implications for physical education teachers in selecting effective teaching methods to improve students' motor skills.

Abstract

This study concludes that the use of training teaching style has a significant effect on improving the basic ability to kick the ball with the inside of the foot in the soccer game of students at SMP Negeri 1 Modayag Barat. This is proven through the results of statistical analysis, where the t-count value of 8.77 exceeds the t-table of 2.074. This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Before the hypothesis testing is carried out, the data is first tested to see normality using the Lilliefors method and homogeneity by comparing group variances. The results show that the data has a normal distribution and homogeneous variance, so it meets the requirements for a t-test. To measure students' abilities, an instrument is used in the form of a kicking ball skill test with the inside of the foot, with the support of facilities such as a soccer field, ball, whistle, and stationery. The study involved 24 students who were randomly divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, each consisting of 12 people. This study uses an experimental method with a Randomized Pre-Test and Post-Test Control Group Design. The formulation of the problem to be answered in this study is whether the teaching style of training can affect the improvement of basic skills in kicking the ball with the inside of the foot. The main objective of this study is to determine how far the application of the teaching style of training can help improve these basic skills in students of SMP Negeri 1 Modayag Barat

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pertanyaan utama: apakah strategi pengajaran latihan berdampak pada peningkatan keterampilan servis pendek dalam bulu tangkis? Untuk menjawabnya, digunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan Randomized Pre-Test and Post-Test Control Group Design. Sebanyak 20 siswa dari SMP Negeri 1 Amurang Timur dijadikan peserta, yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu eksperimen dan kontrol, masing-masing 10 orang. Instrumen pengukuran berupa tes servis pendek, dan perlengkapan yang dipakai mencakup shuttlecock, net, peluit, dan lapangan. Analisis data diawali dengan pengujian normalitas (menggunakan Lilliefors) dan homogenitas (melalui perbandingan varians), yang menunjukkan hasil data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji t (t-test), dan diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,94, jauh lebih tinggi dari ttabel sebesar 2,101. Ini berarti hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Hasil akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pengajaran latihan secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan servis pendek siswa dalam permainan bulu tangkis.

Abstract

Penguasaan gerak dasar shooting pada sepak bola meningkat secara signifikan melalui penerapan gaya mengajar Latihan, memungkinkan siswa untuk berlatih, mengamati, dan memperbaiki gerakan secara mandiri. Kelompok eksperimen memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,3 (SD = 0,9787) lebih tinggi dibanding kelompok kontrol 0,5 (SD = 0,6882). Uji hipotesis menunjukkan thitung = 10,4712 > ttabel = 2,0243, sehingga H0 ditolak dan HA diterima. Instrumen berupa tes gerak dasar shooting dengan alat pendukung bola, sempritan, cone, dan kartu tugas. Dari populasi 189 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Touluaan, diambil 40 sampel secara acak menggunakan simple random sampling dan dikelompokkan melalui ordinal pairing. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen dan desain pre-test serta post-test randomized control group design.

Abstract

The main concern addressed in this research is whether implementing a directive teaching approach influences the enhancement of fundamental dribbling skills using the back foot in soccer among students at Senduk Christian Junior High School. The study employed an experimental design, dividing 20 participants into two groups of 10 each, and utilized a randomized controlled pre-test and post-test design. The assessment tool employed evaluated the proficiency in basic dribbling techniques using the top of the foot during soccer matches. The hypothesis posited that employing a directive teaching style would impact the learning of fundamental dribbling techniques using the sole of the foot in soccer among students at Senduk Christian Junior High School. Data analysis involved the use of the t-test, preceded by tests for data variance homogeneity and normality. The hypothesis suggested that employing a directive teaching style influences the acquisition of basic dribbling skills among Senduk Christian Junior High School students. The study concluded that utilizing a directive teaching style indeed contributes to the improvement of basic dribbling skills using the sole of the foot in soccer matches among students at Senduk Christian Junior High School. This was supported by a calculated t-value exceeding the critical t-value, where t-value = 4.891 > critical t-value = 2.101.
