Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the antecedent factors influencing digital financial utilization among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of technological transformation. The study examines the influence of system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on the actual use of the Financial Information Recording Application System (SIAPIK). A quantitative research approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS software. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners utilizing SIAPIK applications. The findings indicate that system quality and information quality positively and significantly influence perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Furthermore, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness positively affect the actual use of SIAPIK applications. These results demonstrate that reliable systems, accurate information, and user-friendly digital financial applications encourage MSMEs to adopt digital financial technology more effectively. The implementation of SIAPIK contributes to improving financial management efficiency, operational effectiveness, and MSME sustainability in the digital transformation era.

Abstract

Despite extensive research on revisit intention, limited studies have integrated accessibility, destination image, and memorable tourism experiences within a unified predictive framework that explicitly examines tourist satisfaction as a mediating mechanism, particularly in cultural tourism destinations. Addressing this gap, this study investigates the direct and indirect effects of Accessibility, Destination Image, and Memorable Tourism Experiences on Revisit Intention, with Satisfaction positioned as a mediating variable, in the context of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 195 domestic tourists who had visited Yogyakarta within the last six months. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed relationships and mediation effects. The results indicate that Memorable Tourism Experiences exert the strongest effect on Satisfaction (β = highest among predictors) and have a significant direct impact on Revisit Intention. Accessibility and Destination Image also significantly enhance Satisfaction, which in turn demonstrates a strong positive influence on Revisit Intention. Mediation analysis confirms that Satisfaction significantly mediates the effects of Accessibility, Destination Image, and Memorable Tourism Experiences on Revisit Intention, highlighting its central role in shaping repeat-visit behavior. This study contributes theoretically by extending the revisit intention literature through an integrated mediation-based model that clarifies the psychological mechanism linking destination attributes to behavioral intention in cultural tourism contexts. From a managerial perspective, the findings underscore the importance of prioritizing experience design, improving destination accessibility, and maintaining a consistent destination image as strategic levers to enhance tourist loyalty and sustainable destination competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the main reasons behind the preferences of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kersana District for the use of physical money and their resistance to the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) digital payment system. This study was motivated by the slow adoption of digital payment technology among MSMEs despite the government's massive push for digital transformation. The research method used is a qualitative approach utilizing in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and direct simulations of QRIS use in daily transactions. The results show that resistance to the use of QRIS is largely due to limited understanding of digital technology, low levels of trust in the security of electronic payment systems, and constraints on internet access and stability in the study area. In addition, factors such as habit, the age of business owners, and the perception of greater control when using cash also reinforce the preference for conventional transactions. However, around 60% of respondents showed an increase in understanding, confidence, and a more open attitude after receiving education on the benefits, security, and efficiency of using QRIS. These findings confirm that contextual digital financial literacy education strategies are effective. Keywords : Digital Financial Literacy, Digital Payments, Digital Transformation, MSMEs, QRIS
