Abstract

This research was grounded by the variety of juvenile delinquency data at SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama and the weaknesses of Guidance and Counseling teacher in providing information services for students. The purposes of this research were 1) to describe the degree of juvenile delinquency of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama before they were given information services, 2) to describe the degree of juvenile delinquency of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama after they were given information services, 3) to test the effectiveness of information services to cope with juvenile delinquency of eighth students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama. This research was a pre-experimental research and conducted by using the one-group pretest-posttest design. The population and sample were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama. The instrument of this research was questionnaire, and the data were analysed by using Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Based on the data of this research, it was found that 1) the average percentage of juvenile delinquency of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama before they were given information services was in high level (68.04%) with average score 85.05, 2) the average percentage of juvenile delinquency of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama after they were given information services was in low level (50.98%) with average score 63.73, 3) there was a significant difference between the degree of delinquency of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama before and after they were given information services. The H0 hypothesis was rejected, and Ha was accepted, which means information services were effective to cope with juvenile delinquency. Based on the research finding and data obtained, it is suggested to the head master of the school to provide time for the teacher of Guidance and Counseling to teach in the classroom in order to make the teacher gets deep information related to the student characters, so that he/she is able to prevent the juvenile delinquency of students at SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama. It is also suggested to the students of SMP Negeri 1 Fanayama to be more enthusiastic to receive Guidance and Counseling services in the school and to be more honest to the Guidance and Counseling when the face some problems.

Abstract

This research was conducted based vary data of students’ learning motivation. Interest is predicted to have dominant contribution towards students’ learning motivation. This research was aimed at 1) describing students’ interest of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam, 2) describing students’ learning motivation of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam, and 3) testing the contribution of interest towards students’ learning motivation of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam. This research was conducted by using quantitative approach and descriptive correlational method. The population of this research was the eighth grade of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam in Academic Year 2019/2020. The sample of this research was determined by using Slovin formula and simple random sampling technique. The number of sample in this research was 59 students. The data of this were analyzed through descriptive statistic and simple linear regression assisted by Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application. The research results showed that 1) the description of students’ interest of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam in general was in the level of high category, 2) the description of students’ learning motivation of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam was in the level of very high category, and 3) the interest had significant contribution towards students’ learning motivation of the eighth grade of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam, which was 34% (R= 0.583, R2= 0.340, dan sig. 0.000). It means that the higher students’ interest is, the higher students’ learning motivation will be.

Abstract

This research is designed by the variation of students’ learning motivation at school and at home. Interest and reward are presumed to have the most dominant influence on students’ learning motivation. This research aimed at examining the influence both of interest and reward on the learning motivation of students of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam in 2019/2020. The sample size determination of this research used Slovin formula and simple random sampling technique about 59 persons. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire. The data of the research was analyzed by multiple regression statistics using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The result of the research showed that the interest and reward gave significant influence on learning motivation of students of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam with 39.6 %. Suggestion: (1) Students are expected to maintain and to increase more the feeling of convenience, interest, attention, and activeness in every learning at school in order the learning interest is more maintained well and the learning motivation is also increased. Moreover, the students are also expected to make educational and positive reward that has been received as stimulus or reinforcement of their learning motivation both at school and outside of school, (2) Counseling teachers, subject teachers, and parents are expected to synergize to establish good communication and cooperation to increase students’ learning interest and to give educational and positive reward (such as praise, gift, applause, prayer, and publish) to the students when doing something good and positive, and achieving their learning successfully in order to increase their motivation to learn both at school and at home.

Abstract

This research was based on the aggressive assorted behaviours of the students, and the lack of the teacher role of guidance and counseling in giving information services using audiovisual media to the students of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam. The objectives of this research were 1) to describe the level of students’ aggression before using the audiovisual media in giving the information services; 2) to describe the level of students’ aggression after using the audiovisual media; and 3) to test the effectiveness of the audiovisual media in giving the information services to avoid the aggression of the students. This study was a quantitative research which was designed by using Pre-Experimental design that is the one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research was the eighth grade students of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam. The purposive sampling technique was used to have the sample of this study that is 27 students as the result of documentation analysis (students’ case book) and the result of interview. The result of this research showed that 1) the aggression of the students before they were given information services using audiovisual media was in medium level with average score is 95,6 or 63,8 %; 2) the aggression of the students after they were given information services using audiovisual media was in low level with average score 68,3 or 45,5%; 3) the result of the analysis showed that T-test (378) ≥ T-table (107) and Z-test (4,542) ≥ α (0,05). It can be concluded that Ho is refused and Ha is accepted. In other words, information services using audiovisual media have positive effect to avoid the aggression of students of SMPS Kristen BNKP Telukdalam.

Abstract

Academic resilience, the ability of students to achieve success despite facing various challenges, is becoming an increasingly critical aspect of education. Factors such as socio-economic disparities, mental health issues, and academic obstacles can complicate the learning process. Therefore, students' ability to cope with pressure, meet academic demands, overcome difficulties, and adapt to challenges is essential for supporting optimal academic achievement. This systematic review investigates the role of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in enhancing academic resilience by strengthening self-efficacy, addressing socio-economic stressors, and mitigating mental health challenges. Following PRISMA guidelines, the review analyzes 20 peer-reviewed articles published between 2022 and 2024. Data were sourced from PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science using relevant search terms such as “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,” “academic resilience,” and “mental health.” CBT has been proven effective in enhancing academic resilience by strengthening coping strategies, improving self-efficacy, and addressing socio-economic and mental health challenges. Its adaptability across diverse cultural contexts and high- pressure fields further reinforces its relevance. By equipping students with psychological skills to manage stress and recover from setbacks, CBT contributes to long-term academic success. Future study should focus on developing culturally responsive CBT programs and conducting longitudinal studies to assess its long-term impact on student success. In the context of guidance and counseling, school counselors can integrate CBT techniques into their services to help students overcome feelings of inadequacy, develop a growth mindset, and manage negative emotions that may affect their academic performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the collection of Land and Building Tax (PBB) has been effective in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. This research is a caulitative approach research with data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies as well as the research object of the Regional Finance Agency Office of Nagekeo Regency. The results of the research on the effectiveness of land and building tax (PBB) collection in Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency, it is still found that the effectiveness of land and building tax revenues from 2014 to 2016 is categorized as ineffective with an average percentage for each year, from 2014 the percentage of the effectiveness ratio is 2%. In 2015 the percentage of the effectiveness ratio was 6% and in 2016 the effectiveness ratio was 54%. With regard to land and building tax revenues, this is in the ineffective category.

Abstract

BPHTB tax has officially become a regional tax with effect starting January 1, 2011. Thus, as of January 1, 2011 the Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama) is no longer serving BPHTB service management, so taxpayers who will report BPHTB payments in connection with the property transaction process which is carried out will be directly hansled by the local Regency/City Government. In implementing the imposition, payment, collection and reporting procedures for the payment of Taxes for Acquisition of Rights on Land and Buildings (BPHTB) has not yet been implemented in accordance with applicable regulations both in the procedure and use of the system in the implementation of tax collection on Land and Building Acquisition Fees (BPHTB) so that the achievement in tax revenue for the acquisition of land and building rights (BPHTB) has not been maximal. The location of this research is the Regional Revenue Agency of Ende Regency. The data in this study were collected through documentation techniques regarding Ende Regency Regulation Number 2 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes, Regent Regulation Number 20 of 2011 concerning Systems and Procedures for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fees. Based on the results of the above research, there are obstacles that occur in implementing BPHTP procedures, among others, there are taxpayers who report their taxation activities dishonestly. For example, there is counterfeiting of receipts that allows BPHTB to be paid to be smaller than it should be and the Taxpayer Awareness Level is that there are still many tacpayers who are not honets or do not know the new rules that have been in effect since BPTHB has been transferred to become regional taxes. Like paying taxes. Taxpayers pay taxed based on NJOP (Sales Value of Tax Objects) which should be based on the agreed transaction price or based on the Tax Object Acquisition Value (NPOP). So that the efforts that must be made by the Ende Regency Regional Revenue Agency are to improve the performance of employees at the Ende Regency Regional Revenue Service so that the implementation of tax revenue and tax data can be directed according to applicable regulations.

Abstract

Syuradikara Credit Cooperative (KKS) is one of the cooperatives that is experiencing bad credit. Bad credit that occurs is due to the inability of customers to pay loan installments, as a result, it can reduce the income of the cooperative. One of the steps taken by the KKS to resolve this bad credit is by restructuring. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1). factors that lead to bad credit on KKS and (2), steps in the implementation of restructuring in settling bad debts on KKS. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1). The factors that cause bad credit on KKS, namely from internal factors, include the KKS not being observant in deciding the size of loan services to members, lack of education for members and prospective borrowers, and less competent credit staff. Meanwhile, external factors include members who are not used properly, lazy attitude, wastefulness, lack of diligence in doing business and the backbone of the family who dies or is looking for a place to work overseas. (2). The steps for implementing restructuring in settling bad debts include giving a warning or warning letter, conducting routine billing, working with the police to pick up members to sign a statement of ability to pay arrears, and making renewals, namely by rescheduling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of contribution and effectiveness of market retribution on the local revenue of Ende Regency in the Regional Revenue Agency of Ende Regency from 2015-2017. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis, by calculating and explaining the level of contribution and effectiveness of market fees to the local revenue of Ende district. As for the population in this study is the target data and the realization of Market Levies and Local Revenue in Ende Regency. This study uses a sample, namely the target data and the realization of Market Levies and Local Revenue in Ende Regency 2015-2017. The results of this study are for the contribution of market retribution to the local revenue of Ende Regency in 2015-2017, it can be concluded that the results are still below 2% or still very less in accordance with the contribution criteria table. This criterion refers to the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 690,900-327 of 1996 which stipulates that if the percentage yield is 0.00% - 10%, the category is very poor. Whereas for the level of effectiveness of the market levies of Ende Regency in 20152016 it is categorized as very effective, while in 2017 it is categorized as less effective, this refers to the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs No.690,900-327 of 1996 which regulates that if the percentage is> 100% it is categorized as very effective. , meanwhile, if the percentage is> 60% - 80% it is categorized as less effective.
