Abstract

Most of the Sindar Raya community is a lower middle class society, although there are still a small number of upper middle class people. The type of research used in this study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with sources of information so that it is clear and more in-depth about the implementation of the JKN program at the Sindar Raya Health Center in May-July 2017. The human resources of the Sindar Raya Health Center are still lacking in quantity and quality. However, in health services, there is no fundamental difference between the services before JKN and the current JKN era. Resource administration capabilities are still not ready to apply the JKN reporting format. Facilities and infrastructure are still lacking, but the puskesmas can still maximize health services to the community. Medical facilities that are still incomplete are dental health services and laboratories. Administrative support facilities such as computers and the internet are still incomplete and must be fulfilled immediately. Financial resources to support the Sindar Raya Health Center are available. In terms of fragmentation, the bureaucratic structure has been running in accordance with the duties and roles of each. Meanwhile, the operational standards for implementing JKN are also clear. Health services in JKN in the field can be carried out because there are no fundamental differences in providing health services. Sindar Raya Health Center in an effort to improve health services to be more active in order to be able to implement the JKN program optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of husbands towards participation in male contraceptive methods (MOP) at the Ujung Padang District Health Center, Simalungun Regency in 2016. The type of this study was analytic. The population of this study were husbands of fertile couples. The sample in this study were all husbands who visited the Ujung Padang Health Center. The results of the study based on the results of the Chi-Sguare statistical test obtained a p value of -0.03 alpha 0.05. So that it is known that there is a relationship between husband's knowledge of male contraceptive participation. Based on the results of the Chi-Sguare statistical test, a p value of 0.05 X alpha 0.05 was obtained. So that it is known that there is a relationship between the husband's attitude towards the participation of male contraceptive methods (MOP). It is hoped that the results of the research can become input and suggestions for health workers at the Ujung Padang Health Center in maintaining and improving MOP family planning services in the community. Clinical conditions that require dialysis treatment have a tendency to kidney failure. This effort is related to the field of clinical pharmacokinetics. Objective: The study was conducted to analyze the dose of drug administration in conditions complicated by kidney failure in hypertensive patients. Methods: The study went through a sampling stage of data from hypertensive patients complicated by kidney failure, data according to inclusion criteria, calculation of creatinine clearance, analysis of dose adjustments and creatinine clearance. Results: The study obtained 170 data, which met the inclusion criteria of 30 data. Drugs with a narrow therapeutic index and worsening kidney function that patients received included: digoxin, captopril, ranitidine, furosemide, ciprofloxacin, and cefriaxone in 2, 13, 9, 12, 3, and 8 cases respectively. Conclusion: According to dose adjustment calculations for patient creatinine clearance, it was found that the drug exceeded the individual dose in 6 out of 9; 8 of 13; and 2 cases each using ranitidine, captopril, digoxin

The background in this study is that Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a public health problem in Indonesia, since 1968 the number of cases has tended to increase and its spread has become wider. The incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the working area of the Pematang Raya Health Center in 2008 was recorded as many as 91 cases with 2 fatalities. From the data obtained, it is known that there was a significant increase in the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) from year to year between 2004-2008. The purpose of this study was to determine what health behaviors were associated with the occurrence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the working area of the Pematang Raya Public Health Center. This type of research was an analytic survey study using a case-control approach. The population in this study were Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever sufferers (cases) and not Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever sufferers (controls). A sample of 40 cases and 40 controls were obtained using simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were 1) questionnaires, 2) data on DHF patients at the Pematang Raya Health Center and DKK Kendal. The data for this study were obtained from primary data, in the form of interview results, and secondary data in the form of DHF patients at the Pematang Raya Health Center and DKK Kendal. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using the Chi-square statistical test formula and the determination of the Odds Ratio (OR). From the research results it was found that the significant factors were: cleaning the water reservoir (p value-0.044, OR=2.513), closing the water reservoir (p value 0.002, OR=4.333), draining water reservoirs (p value 0.004, OR=3.857), burying used goods (p value 0.014, OR-3.095), throwing garbage in its place and burning it (p value-0.043, OR=2.538), hanging clothes (p value=0.001, OR=4.896), and use mosquito repellent lotion (p value=0.002, OR=6.000). From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that health behaviors related to the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the 2018 Pematang Raya Health Center work area, namely cleaning water reservoirs, closing water reservoirs, draining water reservoirs, burying used goods , throwing trash in its place and burning it, hanging clothes, and wearing mosquito repellent.

Abstract

The cat's whiskers plant is empirically used by the community for the treatment of gout and rheumatism. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the anti-inflammatory power of cat's kumis (Orthosihon stamineus Benth) leaf extract. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a one-way completely randomized design. Kumis Kucing leaf extract was extracted using 70% ethanol. A total of 25 male wistar rats aged 2-3 months, weighing 150-200g were divided into 5 groups. Each group was treated orally with distilled water (negative control), diclofenac sodium 2.25 mg/kg BW (positive control). Kumis leaf ethanol extract tested at doses of 123, 245 and 490 mg/kgBB. Treatment 1 hour before the feet of rats were inflamed with 1% sublantar carrageenin. Measurements of the rat's foot volume were carried out every 0.5 hours for 6.5 hours. The obtained average edema volume curve is used to calculate AUC (Area Under The Curve) and the obtained AUC is used to calculate DAI (Anti-Inflammatory Power). The AUC and DAI data were tested statistically with one way Anava and followed by LSD with a 95% confidence level. The results showed that the ethanol extract of Kumis Kucing leaves had an anti-inflammatory effect on male white rats of the Wistar strain. Kumis Kucing ethanol extract at doses of 123, 245 and 490 mg/kg BW yielded 33.11%; 52.64% and 64.12% respectively.
