Abstract

Air quality in DKI Jakarta Province refers to the state and cleanliness of the air in the area at a given time. The type and concentration of air pollutants are among the indicators used to assess air quality. DKI Jakarta's air pollution is severe, causing respiratory irritation, respiratory illnesses, and long-term health issues such as cardiovascular disease and lung cancer. Air pollution can also harm the environment by limiting visibility and harming ecosystems. The problem with the research is that no appropriate and relevant features for predicting air quality were used. The goal of this study is to identify and compare algorithms with the highest accuracy between decision trees. In determining air quality, naive Bayes and k-nearest neighbor are used. According to the findings of the K-5fold evaluation process performed with the RapidMiner tool, the accuracy of the Decision Tree algorithm was 95.89%, the accuracy of the Nave Bayes algorithm was 93.15%, and the accuracy of the K-NN algorithm was 91.78%. Based on these findings, the decision tree method has the greatest or best accuracy when compared to the Nave Bayes and K-NN algorithms.

Abstract

Because the number of devices is very large, more than 9000 devices, a tiered process is needed in the distribution of these devices to provide accurate data and smooth distribution. Currently, the device distribution process used by employees is still not good, due to the lack of proper integration and coordination between employees, asset admins, and IT regarding the use and maintenance of these devices. Every year, there is always a system for replacing (updating) employee devices, which causes asset admins and IT to have difficulty in carrying out their tasks, often hindering the device distribution data process and making manual recording an alternative. In this case, manual data recording often gets lost or misplaced and is not recorded in the system. The business process of asset inventory data management is not up-to-date. To improve the existing Asset Inventory Management system, the development of a new web-based asset inventory system is needed, which is expected to assist in the management activities of the company's asset inventory until its implementation. The measurement or testing of the Delone and McLean (2003) success model displays the contribution of the Information System renewal based on the quality dimensions of the updated model. Based on the analysis results, the data is classified into five main categories: Very Good (84.01% - 100%), Good (68.01% - 84.00%), Fair (52.01% - 68.00%), Poor (36.01% - 52.00%), and Very Poor (20.00% - 36.00%). This classification provides a clear picture of the distribution of values or performance, making it possible to evaluate and identify the level of success or the need for improvement in various analyzed aspects.

Abstract

Software-Defined Networking (SDN) offers revolutionary flexibility and centralized management, yet ensuring reliable Quality of Service (QoS) for various applications remains a primary challenge. Although extensive research on QoS in SDN has been published, the proposed architectures, methods, and evaluation metrics are often disparate and complex. Consequently, A discernible gap exists in the current literature regarding a comprehensive survey of the research landscape for QoS in SDN. This literature review aims to identify and analyze the research trends, architectures, methods, and metrics related to QoS in SDN published between 2020 and 2025. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 80 studies on QoS in SDN were identified. The analysis reveals four main research topics: Resource Management (45%), QoS-aware Routing (30%), Traffic Classification (20%), and QoS Security (5%). The majority of studies (70%) utilize simulation environments such as Mininet, while 30% employ physical testbeds In terms of methodology, it was found that mathematical optimization approaches such as Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) are still the most frequently implemented. However, there is a very clear trend of increasing proposals for Machine Learning (ML)-based methods, particularly Reinforcement Learning, as a solution for dynamic QoS management. This review provides a holistic view for researchers and practitioners to understand the current state and future direction of QoS research in SDN environments.
