Abstract

This Systematic Literature Review examines the development of research on technology adoption and continuance intention in the context of digital financial services by reviewing 48 articles obtained from the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) screening process, using the Theory-Context-Method (TCM) framework, citation analysis, and keyword mapping with VOSviewer. The findings indicate that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT/ECM) are the most frequently applied theoretical foundations, followed by UTAUT/UTAUT2, the Information Systems (IS) Success Model, and the Theory of Consumption Values (TCV). Geographically, previous studies are predominantly located in Asia, with research contexts focused on digital financial applications. To obtain research results, PLS-SEM has been widely used as an analytical technique in previous studies. In addition to interpreting the results using PRISMA, an analysis using VOSviewer was also conducted, identifying continuance intention, trust, technology adoption, TAM, mobile banking, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, fintech, and digital payments as interrelated bases. This review explains that continuance intention is a post-adoption behavior shaped by technological, psychological, social, and contextual factors.

Abstract

Trust is a crucial factor in online business because it facilitates the transaction process by making buyers willing to accept and not doubt the actions of online sellers. Therefore, this systematic literature review aims to comprehensively examine how consumer trust influences purchasing behavior on marketplaces. A literature review from databases ScienceDirect, focusing on peer-reviewed articles and empirical studies from 2020 to 2026 was conducted from Q1 and Q2 indexed journals. The PRISMA flow diagram guided the process to ensure that the research process includes structured data, from identification to the presentation of results and supported bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. A defined search criteria after thorough analysis, only 15 were suitable for synthesis and reporting. The Mendeley referencing tool and Microsoft Excel were instrumental in facilitating the analysis. The findings from the literature review indicate that customer trust is a multidimensional construct at the core of digital market sustainability, linking technological innovation, ethical considerations, regulatory frameworks, and business strategies. This literature review also indicates that trust has strong associations with blockchain, transparency, privacy, risk, and sustainability, reflecting its role as both a psychological and structural factor in legitimizing online transactions and fostering long-term relationships with consumers. Furthermore, this literature highlights trust as a mediator in repurchase intent and consumer engagement. This study affirms trust as a strategic foundation for the success of online markets and calls for interdisciplinary research to strengthen consumer trust in increasingly modern digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of digital technology literacy among Generation Z pre-service teachers and to examine its relationship with gender and age. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. A total of 722 students from four majors, namely science, social sciences, languages, and arts, aged 18 to 23 years, participated in this study. The instrument used was a digital technology literacy questionnaire consisting of 33 items on a four-point scale. The questionnaire covered five main indicators: personal computer, smartphone, social media, online safety, and e-learning. The instrument passed validity and reliability testing with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.684, indicating acceptable internal consistency. The findings show that the digital literacy level of Generation Z pre-service teachers is in the high category, with an average score of 79 percent. The smartphone, online safety, and personal computer indicators achieved the highest scores, while the social media and e-learning indicators were in the moderate category. Analysis by major also revealed consistently high levels of digital literacy, with scores between 79 and 80 percent. The chi-square test indicated a significant relationship between gender and digital literacy, while no significant relationship was found between age and digital literacy. These results indicate that Generation Z pre-service teachers have strong readiness in using digital technologies but still require strengthening in social media and e-learning literacy. The study provides important implications for educational institutions in designing curricula and learning strategies that support the development of digital competence in future teachers.

Abstract

To provide high-quality research data, research tools' validity and dependability are essential. A measurement model of digital literacy, student engagement, and learning motivation among high school students was validated in this study using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The students took part in this quantitative investigation's instrument piloting phase. Data was gathered using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and analysis was done using SmartPLS 4. The model was assessed using convergent validity, discriminant validity, and construct reliablity. The study's findings show that every construct satisfies the suggested standards for validity and reliability. The outer loading values were within acceptable bounds, the Composite Reliability and Cronbach's Alpha values were greater than 0.60, and the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) was greater than 0.50. These results imply that the assessment methods for learning motivation, student engagement, and digital literacy are appropriate for use in educational research. In the context of high school pupils, this study offers empirical support for the viability of a measurement model that incorporates these three constructs.
