Abstract

Exploring the implementation of an early childhood friendly school environment at the al-Husan KB is the main priority in this research. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation as data collection techniques. The results are: 1) Al-Husna's child-friendly environment is able to provide facilities and infrastructure that can meet the needs of children to grow and develop without any obstacles, feeling safe and comfortable. A child-friendly environment is a place that can support children's rights being fulfilled without any obstacles or threats. The inhibiting factor for its implementation is that parental intervention, which is allowed to wait in the school environment, means that children often have difficulty moving around to play at the yard.

Abstract

The background of this research is learning problems, low teacher performance, character, work programs are not implemented properly due to the less than optimal leadership of the principal. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the leadership of the islamic schools head integrated with religious values? The purpose of this research is to describe and find the leadership of principals who are integrated with religious values. This study uses a qualitative method of multiple case study types. The research locations were Madrasah Aliyah Madania and Salaffiyah Islamic Boarding School Fadlun Minalloh D.I. Yogyakarta. Data sources include: Headmaster, Madrasah, Deputy Headmaster, and Teachers. Data collection techniques include: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results: the application of integrated leadership to religious values includes: Deliberation, effective communication, collaboration, cooperation, honesty, responsibility, trustworthiness, strategic thinking. Headmaster need to implement planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring.

Abstract

Banyak guru PAI mungkin tidak memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini dapat menghambat kemampuan mereka dalam merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan pendekatan inklusif dalam pengajaran PAI. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pelatihan Pendidikan inklusi ini adalah untuk membantu Guru PAI dalam mengatasi kesulitan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang mendukung dan ramah bagi semua siswa dengan melakukan pelatihan yang diperlukan untuk mendukung siswa dengan kemampuan yang beragam. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pelatihan dan workshop bagi guru PAI. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan Guru PAI dalam memetakan siswa sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan masing-masing, sehingga guru PAI bisa mudah menentukan metode dan melakukan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran di kelas sesuai dengan kebutuhan maasing-masing.

Abstract

This research examines Islamic waqf in Tunisia, a topic that is rarely discussed in contemporary studies, especially from a historical and sociological perspective. Most of the existing studies focus more on normative aspects such as the laws, conditions, and pillars of waqf. In contrast, empirical research looking at the historical and sociological aspects of Islamic waqf is limited to local cases. Tunisia, which is known to be liberal in Islamic law reform, especially in the field of family law, rarely has in-depth studies on waqf. The purpose of this study is to analyse the organisation and administration of waqf in Tunisia and its impact on society. The research uses the literature method with a normative juridical approach which is descriptive analytical in nature. The results show that the organisation and administration of waqf in Tunisia are influenced by internal Muslim factors as well as government policies. The government, in particular, has a very dominant influence in the process. There are two main motivations from the ruling party: first, economic motivation that emerged since the French protectorate, which encouraged economic capitalisation; second, political motivation that initially supported certain political processes, but later developed for other political interests, as happened during the time of President Habib Bourguiba. The practice of waqf administration in Tunisia mostly involves administrative reform efforts in the broader context of Islamic law. Although there is no clear form of productive waqf, waqf in Tunisia has evolved in terms of its form and implementation mechanism in a more professional manner.

Abstract

One of the problems that exist in the people of Kedon Hamlet, Congkrang Village, Muntilan District, Central Java Province is the lack of awareness of the potential around them that they might be able to use as additional resources to be useful for the community. One of the programs implemented in Kedon Hamlet is Tutoring. The aims of the Tutoring Program are: 1) To create public awareness of the importance of science; 2) To realize quality, character, creative and innovative Human Resources; 3) To encourage and motivate children to be enthusiastic in learning and achieving achievements. The result of this Tutoring program is that the children are enthusiastic in participating in these activities. In addition, this Tutoring program can also help students who have difficulty in working on the practice questions given during learning activities at school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) Implementation of the development of creative thinking through the introduction of jumputan batik in group A PAUD Roudlatul Bunayya in Toyomerto village, Serang Regency (PAUDRB). (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of creative thinking through the introduction of jumputan batik in group A PAUDRB. This research is a descriptive qualitative type of research. Data collection was obtained using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show: (1) The implementation of the introduction of jumputan batik was carried out in accordance with the RRPH that was created which contained planning and implementation. The introduction to jumputan batik that was introduced to group A was stamped and jumputan batik. The introduction of Jumputan batik has had a positive impact on children's learning processes and children are given the opportunity and freedom to express themselves so that children can express their thoughts and ideas. (2) supporting factors include: students are enthusiastic about the introduction of jumputan batik, the media is easy to obtain and environmentally friendly, and creative teachers. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are children's lack of concentration and lack of self-confidence, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, parents demanding of children. These findings can provide guidance for educational institutions and educators in designing more inclusive and effective learning strategies to facilitate the development of children's creative thinking.
