Abstract

The Equivalence Education Program is non-formal education that applies learning with the e-learning system to substitute conventional learning in formal education school. This study aims to identify and analyze (1) e-learning conducted by students, (2) students #39;interest in learning, and (3) the effect of e-learning on students#39; learning interest in the Package C Equivalence Program at PKBM Pioneer Karanganyar. The method used is a quantitative approach focusing on the ex post facto approach. The research sample was 45 students of Package C at PKBM Pioneer Karanganyar, out of a total population of 141 Package C students. The data were collected using questionnaire and documentation. The analysis technique used is statistical and inferential analysis techniques focusing on simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) Package C students at PKBM Pioneer Karanganyar appreciated that the e-learning was equivalent to online learning (2) Package C students at PKBM Pioneer Karanganyar had high learning interest, (3) there was a positive influence and e-learning was significant for students#39; interest in learning in the Package C Program at PKBM Pioneer Karanganyar. The benefit of this research is to provide an overview of online learning that is fun to students.

Abstract

Learning in the Semarang Nonformal Education Unit Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) equality education especially the package C program focuses more on students or learning citizens, namely the occurrence of the learning process. The diversity of the backgrounds of the learning community makes participation in the learning process and the learning outcomes of each learning citizen more varied. In the learning process the learning climate created by tutors is more centered on learning centers. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze Package C learning. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Check the validity of the data using source triangulation and methods. The results of the study show that the learning plan of the Package C Program includes: formulating learning objectives, teaching materials, methods, learning resources and establishing assessment of learning outcomes. Implementation involves three steps, namely introduction, core and closing. The learning evaluation that is apllied is summative and formative evaluation.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training activities in the literacy village program are one of the national literacy movement programs. Learning citizens with limited characteristics need effective learning skills to achieve the goals of literacy skills in the industrial era 4.0. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the Production Based Training learning model with the ICARE approach on entrepreneurial literacy skills of women participating in entrepreneurship training in literacy villages. The research method used is a quantitative approach pretest-posttest one group design with data analysis using SPSS t-test. The research population is the community of women as learning citizens in the literacy village program. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and performance ability tests. The results showed that the ICARE-based Production-Based Training learning model was effective in improving entrepreneurial literacy skills significantly as indicated by the high insight into entrepreneurial knowledge and attitudes as well as pioneering entrepreneurial skills with critical thinking skills, communicating, collaborating, and developing creativity in problem-solving to pioneer entrepreneurship. The impact of this research is to provide increased literacy skills, especially for marginalized women in pioneering and developing entrepreneurship.
