Abstract

In recent years, e-commerce has emerged as one of the most rapidly expanding commercial trends. This trend is propelled by the growing prevalence of internet access and the widespread adoption of smartphones in society. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in the Indonesian economy. The transformation of SMEs must continue to be strengthened through optimizing the use of digital technology so that it can attract benefits for marketing activities and product sales. digital marketing is the most chosen area to start. The challenge is that as many as 30.9% of SMEs still experience difficulties in digital adoption. The objective of this study is to examine the determinants that impact the implementation of electronic commerce by small and medium-sized enterprises in Bogor Regency. This study used an online survey methodology, with a sample size of 170 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in Bogor Regency. Data processing was conducted utilizing spreadsheet apps and SmartPLS. The findings indicated that perceived utility, external influences, and attitude towards adopting e-commerce are influential and statistically significant factors in promoting e-commerce adoption. Regarding the perceived ease of use, the attitude towards adopting e-commerce is not influenced by technical readiness and organizational readiness. This research has several implications for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), government entities, and e-commerce administrators. This research demonstrates the imperative for SMEs to enhance their knowledge and skills in utilizing e-commerce, while also enhancing their organizational governance and receptiveness to change, particularly at the top management level. The government requires consistency in offering support to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in their use of e-commerce, including training, financial aid, and innovation.

Abstract

This study examines the extent to which leadership and allowances affect civil servant performance. Adopting a quantitative research approach, data were collected through Google Forms using a Likert Scale (1-5), covering the entire population of 93 employees through saturated sampling technique. The analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression with Statistical Production Service Solustion (SPSS). The findings indicate that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Conversely, allowances do not show a significant effect. Moreover, leadership shows a more substantial effect on performance compared to allowances, as indicated by the standard coefficients, where leadership has a beta value of 0.439 compared to 0.310 for allowances. Based on these results, it is recommended that institutions prioritize employee feedback and provide tailored guidance and motivation, especially for those experiencing performance issues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kembali penerapan manajemen zakat produktif melalui program ZMART dalam meningkatkan ekonomi umat di Kota Kupang. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif terhadap studi kasus pada sejumlah penerima manfaat Program Zmart di Kota Kupang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisis dampak program terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi penerima program ZMART. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pihak BAZNAS Provinsi NTT berupaya menjalankan program ZMART dengan menerapkan fungsi manajemen yang terdiri dari; tahap pertama perencanaan program serta mengumpulkan data dan informasi agar selanjutnya dapat diasesmen sesuai dengan kebutuhan mustahik. Tahap kedua pada penyaluran dilakukan dengan pemberian modal usaha dengan sistem dana hibah yakni mustahik tidak berkewajiban untuk membayar angsuran dari modal yang diterima. Modal usaha tersebut berupa pengadaan dan branding pada produk yang dijual. Pengawasan kepada mustahik penerima program ZMART dilakukan seminggu sekali secara berkelompok ataupun individu dengan mengadakan kunjungan bergilir oleh pendamping diakhiri dengan tahap evaluasi. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa dengan penerapan manajemen zakat produktif yang tepat, zakat dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat, mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada bantuan sosial

Abstract

Al-Attas menyadari bahwa kehadiran ilmu pengetahuan Barat modern-sekular merupakan tantangan yang paling besar bagi kaum Muslimin. Dalam pandangannya, peradaban Barat modern telah membuat ilmu menjadi problematis. Selain telah salah memahami makna ilmu, peradaban Barat juga telah menghilangkan maksud dan tujuan ilmu. Sekalipun peradaban Barat modern juga menghasilakan ilmu yang bermanfaat, namun peradaban tersebut juga telah menyebabkan kerusakan dalam kehidupan manusia. Upaya yang dilakukan al-Attas merupakan kelanjutan dari upaya yang telah dilakukan al-Ghazali dalam konsep “ihya ulum ad-diin” yang memulihkan kembali nilai adab, dan al-Attas mengemukakannya kembali konsep tersebut pada zaman yang sudah modern ini. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah upaya penanaman nilai-nilai Islam dengan ta‟dib. Indikasi sederhananya berusaha bertindak dan bertingkah laku secara Islami.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform aims to accelerating better governance, improve institutional performance to individual state civil apparatus (ASN) including by simplifying the organizational structure, one of which is at the West Java Climatology Station, This study aims to analyze and compile a priority scale of employee performance improvement strategies at the West Java Climatology Station using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method based on the opinions of climatology, organization management and HR experts, resulting in findings that indicators of variable factors set priorities 1. Employee discipline, 2. teamwork, 3. ease of public service, 4. use of information technology, 5.competence and expertise, 6.simple SOPs, 7.simplification of organizational structure, 8.work system adjustments and 9. work culture, The results of the study are expected to guide strategies to achieve performance targets in each BMKG UPT, further research is needed regarding performance improvement due to simplification of the new organizational structure which has been running since the beginning of 2023.

Abstract

Three aspects of intelligence are intellectual intelligence by optimizing their intellect, emotional intelligence by building feelings and desires in order to encourage individuals to always be better, and spiritual intelligence by building strong faith so that they have high productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, personality, competence, and spirituality on the performance of Bogor Islamic Hospital employees. This study used quantitative methods using questionnaires as a data collection tool from 80 respondents with various employee characteristics. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the significance value for the influence of X1, X2, X3, and X4 on Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and the F value is calculated at 84.149 > F table 2.490 so that it can be concluded that H5 is accepted which means that the influence of leadership, personality, competence, and spirituality simultaneously affects the performance of Bogor Islamic Hospital employees. The managerial implications of this study are that it can prove empirically the influence of leadership, personality, competence and spirituality on employee performance and as a reference in designing strategies and decision-making processes in hospital development.

Abstract

In Islam, the income of a region is based on the principles that must be followed to achieve falah, which improves the welfare of the community. The fulfillment of maqasid al-shariah in a region can be measured by how well regional revenues are used to achieve the basic objectives of Islamic law. This study examines the influence of Intergovernmental Transfers (TKD) and Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) on the reduction of poverty rates in Pidie district. This study aims to look at the analysis of using TKD and PAD in Pidie Regency on the reduction of poverty rates in the perspective of Islamic economics. The data used are data on the number of realization of TKD revenues, the number of realization PAD revenues, and the percentage of poverty in Pidie Regency with a span of time from 2014 to 2023. The results of the study showed that TKD had a negative and significant effect on poverty, while PAD had a negative but not significant effect. Simultaneous tests showed that the TKD and PAD variables had a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in Pidie Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of job placement and job training on the work productivity of employees in the Central Preparation Production section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 78 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, job placement and training significantly affect the work productivity of employees in the Central Preparation Production section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This finding indicates the importance of job placement and training in the company, because it will greatly determine whether or not the employee is suitable for the work given by the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work competence and work discipline have on the performance of employees in the Sewing NCVS 1.13 division at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees in the Sewing NCVS 1.13 division at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. The research sample consisted of 63 respondents. The results of this study indicate that work competence and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This means that the better the level of competence and work discipline of employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, the better the employee performance will be. The results of the discussion show that there is a good influence, both partially and simultaneously, between work competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT Adis Dimension Footwear. This explains that both variables have succeeded in improving employee performance with an Adjusted R Square of 75.8%.

Abstract

- The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of work stress and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely research that describes variables as they are supported by data in the form of numbers generated from actual conditions. The population in this study were all employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. The research sample consisted of 76 respondents. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was the simple random sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work stress significantly affects the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.323> 1.993) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work discipline significantly affects the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.585 > 1.993) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work stress and work discipline significantly affect the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by Fcount > Ftable (108.524 > 3.12) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of work stress and work discipline, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.
