Abstract

Digital transformation requires companies to be able to meet consumer demands responsively. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if the company can provide appropriate products when there is demand. From this, it can be seen that inventory and distribution play an important role in the company, especially manufacturing companies. Therefore, the company must be able to ensure that the inventory and distribution carried out by the company is optimal, or in other words, the company must be able to ensure that there is no shortage or excess inventory and ensure that the product reaches the consumer at the right location, cost, and time. To get stock and distribution run optimally, companies need to manage product flow from upstream, namely the producers of raw materials to downstream, namely end users. Product management can be maximized by integrating supply chain management. By integrating supply chain management, companies will be able to view, calculate and monitor inventory in the warehouse. The benefits that will be obtained by the company through the integration of supply chain management include the company being able to optimize the amount of inventory, delivery, cut costs, and improve services so that customer satisfaction can be met. Through this article, the researcher seeks to see how the integration of supply chain management can improve the efficiency of inventory and product distribution of a company. In this article, the researcher will use a literature study approach to review the efficiency of supply chain management integration in a company.

Abstract

Bank Woori Saudara KC Diponegoro merupakan salah satu kantor cabang dari PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk. yang bergerak dalam bidang perbankan komersial. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas perbankannya, Bank Woori Saudara selalu melibatkan berkas-berkas penting yang akan digunakan sebagai tahapan identifikasi terhadap suatu nasabah. salah satu dari contoh berkas tersebut adalah Dokumen Aplikasi CIF yang memuat sejumlah informasi penting terkait nasabah. Kumpulan arsip tersebut disimpan serta dikelola oleh Departemen Front Office di Bank Woori Saudara. Dalam melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan arsip para staff frontliner memberlakukan sistem penyimpanan yang manual, dimana dokumen-dokumen tersebut disimpan berdasarkan urutan dan susunan nomor CIF yang terletak pada filling cabinet yang tersedia. Kurangnya tata kelola kearsipan serta sistem pencatatan yang memadai menyebabkan para staff frontliner seringkali mengalami kesulitan pada saat melakukan pencarian dokumen yang diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka memenuhi perkembangan teknologi yang serba cepat serta sistem tata kelola kearsipan yang memadai maka dibuatlah suatu aplikasi pengarsipan elektronik. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu para staff frontliner dalam menjalankan aktivitas operasional khususnya pada kebutuhan suatu informasi. Dalam melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan, aplikasi tersebut menggunakan sistem Macro VBA Excel agar memiliki tampilan dan pengerjaan yang mudah dipahami

Abstract

Inventory information systems are important for companies because they are used as records related to the availability of goods during sales. In Deu Magaza, the recording of goods is still done using the manual method which has many weaknesses, it is also less effective and efficient in seeing how many items are available. Therefore, a more complete and detailed information system regarding inventory is designed to assist employees in managing goods and finding available goods more easily so as to reduce errors made. The design is done using Microsoft Access to make it easier for users to learn it. Making this inventory information system helps check the availability of goods more easily and quickly, also makes work on the inventory section more effective and efficient. Evaluation of the results of the design that has been made using the usability testing method, and it is found that the design and manufacture of the information system that has been carried out is good and in accordance with the needs, can also handle the constraints that exist in the Deu Magaza inventory section.

Abstract

The pandemic has changed almost all of the ways people do their activities. One of the changes felt was a change in learning activities that were forced to be held online. For approximately 2 years the implementation of knowledge transfer is carried out remotely using certain applications with the support of existing technology and the internet. Transformed learning is not only formal learning in schools but also informal learning such as online courses or training. The pandemic has indirectly catalyzed the growth of 2 new business sectors, namely the health sector and the education sector / Education Technology. Indonesia is a country with a very large population and is very attractive to foreign business players, including those in the Education Technology sector. Therefore, research to analyze the adoption of online training is important to help local startups in the Education Technology sector develop products that are suitable for the Indonesian market. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the behavior of online course/training adoption. The proposed model is a development of the TAM model which is given several additional variables. This research used a set of questionnaire and valid data gathered from 161 samples. Data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square. The result shows that the model has a strong predictive power for measuring future use behavior.

Abstract

UMKM salah satu sektor yang dapat menopang perekonomian bangsa Indonesia dikarenakan menyerap banyak sekali tenaga kerja. Dimana pada saat itu perusahaan baik yang berskala internasional dan nasional banyak sekali yang gulung tikar. Tujuan pembentukan unit bisnis pelatihan dan konsultasi UMKM;   GoBisnis123 ini menjadi salah satu konsultan yang dapat menjadi mitra UMKM untuk memberikan solusi  yang terjadi yakni proses produksi, keuangan dan pemasaran. Konsultan ini telah berjalan selama 4 bulan serta metode  yang dilakukan adar konsultan ini dapat berkembang diantaranya dengan mengadakan kegiatan bechmarking ke Rumah BUMN Bandung BRI, brainstroming dan membaca litelatur yang sesuai dengan tujuan yang akan diperoleh. Hasil dari kegiatan GoBisnis123 yakni pembuatan struktur organisasi, jobdesk, dokumen SOP, website dan database UMKM berdasarkan segmentasi pasar wilayah Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Industrial development is an important factor in measuring a country's economic development. On the other hand, the development of several industries today has had a negative impact on other industries. This situation results in the unequal economic development of the people, where some parties get bigger profits and other parties are forced to pay dearly for the profits that other parties get. This study aims to analyze the Pigouvian Tax is one of the effective answers to reduce the impact of negative externalities. This study uses data on negative externalities and Pigouvian Tax from books, the Internet, and literature related to the research topic. The result indicates that the Pigouvian Tax can be a medium for correcting negative externalities as a result of industrial activities in order to bring equitable economic development for all citizens of Indonesia.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the adoption of mobile business applications by culinary SMEs in Indonesia using the extended TAM (technology acceptance model). The extended TAM used in this study uses additional variables such as subjective norms, self-efficacy, and facilitating conditions, which the previous study used these variables in the context of technology adoption. Research Design & Methods: The sample used was 424 respondents of culinary SMEs in Indonesia. Data collection was found using an online questionnaire, meanwhile, for data processing using the PLS-SEM method. Findings: The results show that culinary SMEs will use a mobile business application if the application is useful and easy to use. In addition, they also need to be encouraged by social environmental factors (subjective norms), self-confidence to use the application (self-efficacy), and supporting facilities conditions. Implications & Recommendations: Theoretically, this research uses extended TAM which has been used previously but in a different context, namely the adoption of mobile business applications. Practically, this research will provide insight for application development companies to create mobile business applications that can be well adopted by culinary SMEs. Contribution & Value Added: This study is the first to empirically employ the TAM, subjective norms, self-confidence, self-efficacy, and facilitating conditions in analyzing the adoption of mobile business applications by culinary SMEs.

Abstract

This study investigates gamers’ behavior in adopting mobile games by integrating game features and the theory of planned behavior (TPB).  This study used 408 samples of Indonesian gamers. A partial least square is applied to examine the influence among subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, attitude, game features, and intention to play mobile games. The results show that the integration between Game features and TPB gives a deeper explanation of gamers’ behavior in adopting mobile games. Considering the factors in gamers’ behavior, this study's results give the base to formulate an implementation strategy for the appropriate game features in attracting gamers’ interest to keep playing mobile games. It is also the first study that integrates Game features and TPB to assess mobile game adoption.

Abstract

Computerization has entered almost all fields of work, one of which is the office workstations. The interaction of workers with computers in daily work activities cannot be avoided from various problems, one of which is the problem of employee occupational safety and health. Ergonomic hazards and risks that arise from work that requires interacting with computers are caused by workers doing repetitive work with high intensity with awkward postures and without being supported by an appropriate work environment. PT XYZ is a type of finance or financing company. All activities in the completion of work in the operational department use a computer. From the observation results, it was found that there was the use of office equipment that did not meet the rules and awkward posture of workers, and improper arrangement of the workplace. This study aims to assess the ergonomic risks that exist in the operational department with the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. The ROSA method is used to measure the interaction of workers on area workstations. The assessment is divided into three sections. Section A, the interaction of workers with chairs; section B, the interaction of workers with monitors and telephones; and section C, the interaction of workers with the mouse and keyboard. The final results of the measurement will be classified in four levels: low risk, medium risk, high risk, and very high risk. The results showed that the workplace in the operational section of PT XYZ was included in the high category. The high risk of ergonomics is due to the condition of the chair that does not meet the rules of ergonomic. Keywords: Ergonomic; Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA); Office Work Stations

Abstract

Departemen HRBP Non Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola pemetaan kompetensi karyawan secara efektif dan efisien. Keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan informasi kompetensi karyawan menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan dan mengambil keputusan terkait sumber daya manusia. Pembuatan proyek ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan competency matrix berbasis website pada departemen HRBP Non Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Tujuan utama dari pembuatan proyek ini adalah meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan pemetaan kompetensi karyawan serta memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan pengembangan sumber daya manusia oleh departemen HRBP Non Produksi. Pembuatan proyek ini mengadopsi pendekatan pengembangan sistem berdasarkan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan website, dan pengujian dengan mengadopsi metode SDLC, pembuatan proyek ini memastikan bahwa pengembangan website competency matrix pada departemen HRBP Non Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia dilakukan secara terstruktur dan sistematis serta memberikan interface yang mudah digunakan. Hasil pembuatan proyek ini adalah sebuah website competency matrix yang efektif dan efisien dalam mengelola dan menyajikan informasi kompetensi karyawan. Pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berfungsi dengan baik. Kata Kunci: competency matrix, HRBP non produksi, pengelolaan kompetensi karyawan, SDLC, website
