Abstract

Industrial development is an important factor in measuring a country's economic development. On the other hand, the development of several industries today has had a negative impact on other industries. This situation results in the unequal economic development of the people, where some parties get bigger profits and other parties are forced to pay dearly for the profits that other parties get. This study aims to analyze the Pigouvian Tax is one of the effective answers to reduce the impact of negative externalities. This study uses data on negative externalities and Pigouvian Tax from books, the Internet, and literature related to the research topic. The result indicates that the Pigouvian Tax can be a medium for correcting negative externalities as a result of industrial activities in order to bring equitable economic development for all citizens of Indonesia.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the adoption of mobile business applications by culinary SMEs in Indonesia using the extended TAM (technology acceptance model). The extended TAM used in this study uses additional variables such as subjective norms, self-efficacy, and facilitating conditions, which the previous study used these variables in the context of technology adoption. Research Design & Methods: The sample used was 424 respondents of culinary SMEs in Indonesia. Data collection was found using an online questionnaire, meanwhile, for data processing using the PLS-SEM method. Findings: The results show that culinary SMEs will use a mobile business application if the application is useful and easy to use. In addition, they also need to be encouraged by social environmental factors (subjective norms), self-confidence to use the application (self-efficacy), and supporting facilities conditions. Implications & Recommendations: Theoretically, this research uses extended TAM which has been used previously but in a different context, namely the adoption of mobile business applications. Practically, this research will provide insight for application development companies to create mobile business applications that can be well adopted by culinary SMEs. Contribution & Value Added: This study is the first to empirically employ the TAM, subjective norms, self-confidence, self-efficacy, and facilitating conditions in analyzing the adoption of mobile business applications by culinary SMEs.

Abstract

This study investigates gamers’ behavior in adopting mobile games by integrating game features and the theory of planned behavior (TPB).  This study used 408 samples of Indonesian gamers. A partial least square is applied to examine the influence among subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, attitude, game features, and intention to play mobile games. The results show that the integration between Game features and TPB gives a deeper explanation of gamers’ behavior in adopting mobile games. Considering the factors in gamers’ behavior, this study's results give the base to formulate an implementation strategy for the appropriate game features in attracting gamers’ interest to keep playing mobile games. It is also the first study that integrates Game features and TPB to assess mobile game adoption.

Abstract

Computerization has entered almost all fields of work, one of which is the office workstations. The interaction of workers with computers in daily work activities cannot be avoided from various problems, one of which is the problem of employee occupational safety and health. Ergonomic hazards and risks that arise from work that requires interacting with computers are caused by workers doing repetitive work with high intensity with awkward postures and without being supported by an appropriate work environment. PT XYZ is a type of finance or financing company. All activities in the completion of work in the operational department use a computer. From the observation results, it was found that there was the use of office equipment that did not meet the rules and awkward posture of workers, and improper arrangement of the workplace. This study aims to assess the ergonomic risks that exist in the operational department with the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. The ROSA method is used to measure the interaction of workers on area workstations. The assessment is divided into three sections. Section A, the interaction of workers with chairs; section B, the interaction of workers with monitors and telephones; and section C, the interaction of workers with the mouse and keyboard. The final results of the measurement will be classified in four levels: low risk, medium risk, high risk, and very high risk. The results showed that the workplace in the operational section of PT XYZ was included in the high category. The high risk of ergonomics is due to the condition of the chair that does not meet the rules of ergonomic. Keywords: Ergonomic; Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA); Office Work Stations

Abstract

Departemen HRBP Non Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola pemetaan kompetensi karyawan secara efektif dan efisien. Keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan informasi kompetensi karyawan menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan dan mengambil keputusan terkait sumber daya manusia. Pembuatan proyek ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan competency matrix berbasis website pada departemen HRBP Non Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Tujuan utama dari pembuatan proyek ini adalah meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan pemetaan kompetensi karyawan serta memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan pengembangan sumber daya manusia oleh departemen HRBP Non Produksi. Pembuatan proyek ini mengadopsi pendekatan pengembangan sistem berdasarkan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan website, dan pengujian dengan mengadopsi metode SDLC, pembuatan proyek ini memastikan bahwa pengembangan website competency matrix pada departemen HRBP Non Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia dilakukan secara terstruktur dan sistematis serta memberikan interface yang mudah digunakan. Hasil pembuatan proyek ini adalah sebuah website competency matrix yang efektif dan efisien dalam mengelola dan menyajikan informasi kompetensi karyawan. Abstract

Information regarding incoming and outgoing mail is very important for companies to make decisions on the work being carried out, mistakes often occur when searching for archival data because the filing system is not detailed and irregular, therefore changes need to be made to the filing system so that it can manage data and information according to company needs. PT Felixindo Jaya Perkasa has an electronic filing system in the form of a sheet in Microsoft Excel, but the electronic archive does not include complete information so that the process of searching for archival data is not effective and efficient. Changes to the filing system are made with consideration of the effectiveness and efficiency of using the system, Visual Basic Application/VBA in Microsoft Excel can be used as a basis for making new filing system applications. VBA works with the Microsoft Excel program language which is then compiled into a company filing system application, the application is used to input incoming and outgoing mail data, and search for and delete data on company system applications so that the use of the filing system can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The document unit of PT KAI (Persero) Daop 2 Bandung has tasks and functions in managing company documents. One of the document management activities is storage. The file storage is inefficient because it is not stored centrally, and searching in the file explorer can only be done based on the document file name, resulting in a lengthy search process. To help overcome this issue, a Microsoft Access-based official document storage application has been developed. In addition to serving as a centralized storage location, this application also facilitates quick searches, generates reports based on document types, and includes applicant data forms. The application was developed using the waterfall method, which involved requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation stages. The Microsoft Access-based official document storage application has an attractive interface, is user-friendly, has fast response times, includes a security system, and most importantly, can store document data centrally within a single application. Further development may involve adding additional features.

Abstract

Pos Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that takes part in courier services, logistics, and financial transactions that make PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). The output of the Electronic Service Note (NDE) digital application used today has not met the needs of weekly and monthly reporting, the digital application used has not been grouped based on the needs of weekly and monthly reports at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). There are still ambiguous names of senders and recipients of letters because the old position account and the new position account are not directly grouped according to the position but still use the name of the old and new account owner due to the transfer of the account owner to the new position. This makes this project a follow-up application of that output to manage Reports. The design and creation of this Microsoft Access-based information system is intended to assist the Administrative Governance Section in managing Incoming Outgoing Mail Reports. The result of this project is the creation of an incoming and outgoing mail database tool that is more effective and efficient in making weekly or monthly reporting that has been tested to users. From the results of the trial, it shows that this tool is considered very good and as needed in making weekly or monthly reporting because it is enough to import existing mail data in the NDE without the need to classify letters one by one because this tool created a database whose job is to classify letters automatically and the use of incoming and outgoing mail queries, Union queries, and crosstab queries whose job is to generate weekly or monthly reports. The results of the trial also showed that there were no obstacles in using these tools. Keywords: Microsoft Access, Database, NDE, Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Abstract

Makanan merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang harus dipenuhi oleh manusia. Selain kecukupan gizi yang ada dalam makanan yang dikonsumsi, hygiene dan sanitasi dalam pengolahan makanan juga harus menjadi perhatian khusus. Adanya mikroba yang bersifat parasit dapat muncul akibat pengolahan makanan tidak meperhatikan factor hygiene dan sanitasi. Kupat tahu khas padalarang pak usep dan bu imas meupakan jenis usaha kuliner. Jenis usaha tersebut tidak bisa lepas dari risiko yang disebabkan oleh factor hygiene dan sanitasi makanan. Dari hasil observasi, mereka belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang hygiene dan sanitasi makanan. Tim Pengabidan kepada Masyarakat (PkM) mulai mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra. Dari hasil identifikasi, tim mencoba untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mitra dalam rangka menerapkan hygiene dan sanitasi pada usaha mereka. Setelah dilakukan penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi pada usaha mitra, ada peningkatan persepsi yang positif dari konsumen kupat tahu khas padalarang tentang penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi. Pada pra survey dengan 65 responden persepsi konsumen terhadap penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi rata-rata 2,31 dari skala 4, setelah adanya penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi pada usaha mitra Kembali dilakukan survey. Ada peningkatan persepsi konsumen terhadap usaha kupat tahu khas padalarang pak usep n bu imas dengan rata- rata 3,42 dari skala 4. Persepsi yang baik dari konsumen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan loyatitas mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis presepsi konsumen terhadap pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) pada platform e-commerce Shopee dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan Customer Experience (CX). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan pengguna aktif Shopee dan satu staf digital marketing Shopee, serta observasi dan data sekunder melalui studi dokumentasi terkait. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan triangulasi sumber untuk menjaga validitas temuan. AI yang  diterapkan oleh Shopee dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk personalisasi rekomendasi produk, chatbot layanan pelanggan, prediksi pengiriman, kampanye gamifikasi, dan analisis ulasan otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi AI pada Shopee berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan hingga 15%, chatbot yang meningkatkan kepuasan layanan sebesar 48,2%, serta prediksi pengiriman yang dianggap akurat dengan selisih waktu maksimal satu hari. Selain itu, gamifikasi meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna secara temporer dan analisis ulasan otomatis mempermudah pengambilan keputusan pelanggan meningkatkan customer experience. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan chatbot dalam menangani masalah yang kompleks, variasi preferensi pengguna terhadap fitur gamifikasi, serta kebutuhan akan transparansi dan keseimbangan dalam penyajian ulasan produk. Shopee perlu memperkaya sistem rekomendasi dengan menampilkan produk unik di luar pola pencarian rutin agar pengguna lebih tertarik mengeksplorasi. Kemampuan chatbot harus ditingkatkan agar dapat menangani masalah kompleks dan memberikan solusi lebih memuaskan. Kampanye gamifikasi sebaiknya didesain ulang dengan lebih menarik agar keterlibatan pengguna lebih konsisten. Dan fitur analisis ulasan perlu menampilkan ulasan positif dan negatif secara seimbang agar pelanggan mendapat gambaran produk yang lebih jujur dan lengkap.
