Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of training, job satisfaction, and work stress on the performance of frontliner employees at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Asia Medan Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consists of 74 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a total of 74 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, employing a quantitative approach and analyzed using SPSS. Validity testing was conducted with Pearson Correlation > 0,30, and reliability testing used Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60. The results indicate that all research instruments are valid and reliable. The findings reveal that both partially and simultaneously, training, job satisfaction, and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training was proven to enhance employees’ abilities, skills, and understanding in carrying out their tasks, thereby contributing positively to performance improvement. Job satisfaction also plays an essential role in maintaining employees’ motivation, enthusiasm, and loyalty to the company, which ultimately impacts the quality of frontliner services. Meanwhile, work stress in this study was found to have a positive effect on performance, indicating that a certain level of pressure can encourage employees to work more focused, responsive, and driven to achieve established targets. Overall, the contribution of the three variables to employee performance is 60,10%, while the remaining 39,90% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, the company is advised to continuously improve the quality of training programs, pay attention to factors that foster job satisfaction, and manage work stress at an appropriate level so that it can serve as a positive driver in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of visionary leadership, career development, and intellectual intelligence on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, KCP Asia Medan from June 2025 to August 2025. The research employs a descriptive and quantitative method. The research subjects are the employees of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, KCP Asia Medan, with a population of 91 employees. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data on the variables of visionary leadership, career development, intellectual intelligence, and employee performance. The data analysis method included are: validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous coefficient test (F-test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of visionary leadership and intellectual intelligence fall into the very good category, while the variables of career development and employee performance fall into the good category at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, KCP Asia Medan. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test or t-test, the variables of visionary leadership, career development, and intellectual intelligence have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, KCP Asia Medan. Simultaneously, visionary leadership, career development, and intellectual intelligence also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, KCP Asia Medan. The contribution of the variables of visionary leadership, career development, and intellectual intelligence to employee performance is 0.611 or 61.10%, while the remaining 38.90% is influenced by other factors outside this study, such as job stress, work discipline, and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi, dan stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Nasional Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana sampelnya adalah seluruh populasi. Penelitian ini disebut penelitian populasi dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Hasil angket telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya serta dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yaitu asumsi normalitas, multikolinearitas dan heterokedastisitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan diterima karena menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis yang signifikan secara parsial dan signifikan secara simultan. Artinya Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Nasional Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan, Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Nasional Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Nasional Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Nasional Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 80,8% artinya Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja. pegawai pada Yayasan Pendidikan Nasional Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan, sedangkan 19,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This study aims to describe effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty on employee performance at PT.Hotel Citi Inn Medan which lasted for 3 (three) months starting from February 2022 till April 2022.Simple random sampling used as sampling method on this research. All 64 employees of PT Hotel Citi Inn were respondents to this research. The Instrument used is questionnaire to collect data of transformational leadership variable, organizational culture variable, employee loyalty variable and employee variable. Data analysis technique on this research are valiity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicolinearity test, normalty test, heterocedacity test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hyphotesis test or t test, silmutananeous test or F test, and calculation of coefficient determination.The result of descriptive analysis for all transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty and employee performance are in good category at PT Hotel Citi Inn Medan. Based on partial analysis conducted, transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Hotel Citi Inn Medan. Silmutaneously, transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty have positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Hotel Citi Inn Medan. Contribution of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee loyalty to improve empoyee performance are 0,833 or 83,3%., while the rest of 0.167 or 16,7% influenced by other variable not conducted on this research such as motivation, dicipline, communication, training, etc.
