Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze, and examine the effect of  work commitment, work discipline, and competence to teachers performance in Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. The research approach used is quantitative with the type of survey research. The total population in this study is 53 people and a sample of 53 people with census sampling techniques in which all members of the population were research samples. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, heterokedastisities test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation coefficient of determination. The results of descriptive analysis for work commitment variables and work discipline variables are in the very good category, while the competence and teacher performance variables are in the good category, at Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. Based on partial analysis, work commitment, work discipline, and competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. Simultaneously, work commitment, work discipline, and competence have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance at Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. The contribution of the work commitment, work discipline, and competence  variables to improve teacher performance variables is 0.812 or 81.2%, while the remaining 0.188 or 18.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors in this study, such as leadership, work motivation, organization culture and so on.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

Abstract

Pada umumnya manajemen diperlukan pada semua jenis organisasi baik organisasi sosial, politik, bisnis, maupun kelembagaan, maka perlu diketahui pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam organisasi tersebut. Perencanaan keuangan merupakan seni pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau keluarga untuk mencapai tujuan yang efektif, efisien dan berguna bagi keluarga. Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga adalah hal yang sangat penting dilakukan dengan baik, karena hal ini akan berdampak terhadap kesejahteraan dalam keluarga dalam mencapai tujuan finansial seperti biaya kebutuhan pokok, biaya Kesehatan, membeli alat-alat elektronik, membeli rumah dan lain-lain. Banyak keluarga yang mengalami masalah keuangan yaitu masalah kekurangan uang dan masalah kelebihan uang. Masalah kekurangan uang karena pendapatan lebih kecil dari pengeluaran, seperti boros, sulit menabung, adanya biaya tak terduga, hutang banyak. Masalah kelebihan dana , seperti membeli barang-barang yang tidak esensial bagi keluarga, melakukan investasi bodong, dan lain-lain. Melalui penyuluhan ini bertujuan agar keluarga dapat melakukan pengeloalaan keuangan keluarga dengan baik dan teratur. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melakukan ceramah kepada para keluarga agar lebih memahami dalam praktek pengelolaan keuangan dalam keluarga secara efisien, efektif dan bermanfaat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of human resource planning, quality of work life and compensation on employee performance at PT. Supermarkets Forward Together with Medan. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months, starting from March 2022 to May 2022. This study used the proportional random sampling method. The respondents of this study were all cashiers at PT. The Maju Bersama Supermarket in Medan with a total of 120 (one hundred and twenty) employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire to collect data from human resource planning variables, quality of work life variables, compensation variables and employee performance variables. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The results of descriptive analysis for human resource planning variables are in the good category, for the quality of work life and compensation variables are in the fairly good category, and for the employee performance variable in the good category, at PT. Supermarkets Forward Together with Medan. Based on the partial analysis, human resource planning, quality of work life and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Supermarkets Forward Together with Medan. Simultaneously human resource planning, quality of work life and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan theory of reasoned action dalam memprediksi perilaku konsumen untuk membeli mobil Toyota Avanza Veloz pada PT. Putera Auto Perkasa Medan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan yang membeli mobil Toyota Avanza Veloz pada PT. Putera Auto Perkasa Medan sebanyak 251 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 72 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Dari hasil pembahasan ditemukan bahwa perilaku konsumen untuk membeli mobil Toyota Avanza Veloz lebih besar dipengaruhi oleh sikap konsumen sebesar 54,98 persen dari pada norma subjektif 45,02 persen. Saran yang diberikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan kepada pimpinan perusahaan adalah sebaiknya perusahaan memperhatikan dan menambah atribut-atribut yang dipentingkan oleh konsumen untuk membeli mobil Toyota Avanza Veloz, menambah bonus kepada tenaga pemasar dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan lama, agar mereka dapat mempengaruhi anggota keluarganya untuk membeli mobil yang ditawarkan.

Abstract

One of the strategies to be used in order to defeat competitors in this globalization era is to implement total quality management.Companies that implement total quality management will product and market more qualified products.Total quality management intends to evaluate in all work fields with customer satisfaction orientation.total quality managementhas become important in several organization aspects, such as: Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Management Information System, Marketing, and Operation. This method is done by collecting product data produced.Organization implements total quality management by doing development individually and develop managerial employees professionalism, forming group work, measuring the managerial effectiveness, increasing work productivity, implement continuous correction, employees empowerment and just in time. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of theory of reasoned action in predicting consumer behavior to buy a Motorcycles Yamaha Vixion. Objective to investigate the influence of consumer confidence and the evaluation will result in a partial and simultaneous on consumer attitudes, to determine the effect of normative beliefs and motivations of consumers and simultaneously to partially subjective norms, to determine the effect of consumer attitudes and subjective norms, and simultaneous partial to behaveor interests . The benefits of research to provide inputs for the company in formulating and developing marketing strategies. to contribute to other researchers in the development of the theory of consumer behavior developed by Ajzen and M. Fishbein. Total sample of 142 respondents, the type of data used primary and secondary data and data collection tools and documentation koesioner. Data analysis tools used multiple regression. The results showed consumer confidence coefficient and evaluation will have value positive effect on consumer attitudes, normative beliefs and motivation variables consumers have a positive value on subjective norms, as well as variables in consumer attitudes and subjective norms have positive value to the interest behaveor. Based on t test and F test showed that consumer confidence and the evaluation will have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on consumer attitudes, normative belief and motivation of consumers having a significant effect on partial and simultaneous subjective norms, consumer attitudes and subjective norms have an influence significant and simultaneous partial to behave interest to buy a motorcycle Yamaha Vixion.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation and competence on the performance of employees in the production department at PT Growth Asia Medan. The study was conducted on employees of the production section of PT Growth Asia Medan with a population of 320 people. Samples were taken as many as 80 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire methods and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results (t test) prove that motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Growth Asia Medan. Simultaneous test (F test) shows that work motivation and competency simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.703 means that 70.3% of the performance of PT Growth Asia Medan's production department employees is influenced by work motivation and employee work competence, while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, for example leadership variables, commitment work, work culture, work environment, compensation, and so on. Leaders need to pay attention to work performance, giving bonuses, direction, and increasing work motivation for employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working environment, job promotion and compensation on the employee’s performance at CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan. This research is conducted at CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan for 8 (eight) months periode of time, starting from January 2019 until August 2019. This study is using stratified random sampling method. The population in this study is the employees in CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan as many as 106 people. The number of sample obtained is 84 people. Methods of data collection in this study is using questionnaires to collect the data for working environment, job promotion, compensation and employee’s performance variable. The technique of data analysis used is validation test, reliability test, description analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient testhypotesis test partially and simultaneously and coefficient determination. From the description analysis of working environment, job promotion, compensation and employee’s performance variable have been in good category. Partially, working environment, job promotion and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance in CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan in which tcount  ttable Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of working environment, job promotion and compensation on employee’s performance in CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan in which Fcount Ftable.. From the coefficient of determination, employee’s performance influenced by working environment, job promotion and compensation by 0,728 or 72,8%. While the remaining 0,272 or 27,2% of employee’s performance is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study, example leadership, working comitment, organizational culture, etc
