Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the results of Islamic education research using a physics approach, analyze the learning of Islamic values through physics modules, and analyze students' Islamic character through a physics approach based on the integration of Islamic science. This research uses library research. Referring to the research objectives, findings, and results of the discussion in this research, it is concluded that the results of the analysis of Islamic education using a physics approach show that, first, the relationship between physics lessons and Islam, and second, the integration between Islam and physics contained in the verses of the Koran in textbooks. containing Islamic nuances with verses from the Koran and local wisdom can train students' religious character; third, students' understanding of the relationship between physics and Islamic education; fourth, learning Islamic values through physics modules can make students interested in studying physics, which is related to science. Islam, and fifth, the application of physics learning based on science-Islamic integration can improve students' learning outcomes and Islamic character. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to more effective Islamic education in the realm of science integration as a foundation for the development of Islamic education in a multidisciplinary context.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, internal communication, and organizational commitment on the quality of internal services at the Class III Airport Operating Unit of South Papua Province. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires from airport employees which are then analyzed using regression analysis. The research results show that these four variables have a positive and significant influence on internal service quality. Effective transformational leadership, a conducive work environment, good internal communication and strong organizational commitment contribute significantly to improving the quality of internal services at the airport. These findings provide practical implications for airport management to focus on improving these factors to improve the quality of services provided.

Abstract

Abuse of office leading to criminal acts of corruption is one of the greatest threats to governance and public welfare in Indonesia and other Muslim countries. From the perspective of Islamic constitutional law —which is a branch of fiqh siyasah (especially siyasah dusturiyah)—public office is understood not merely as administrative power, but as a mandate that must be carried out with the principles of justice (al-‘adl), responsibility (al-mas’uliyyah), and orientation towards the public interest (maslahah ‘ammah). Any form of abuse of power and authority in public office is seen as a betrayal of the trust given by Allah SWT and society. This article aims to analyse the relationship between abuse of office leading to corruption and violations of the principles of Islamic constitutional law, particularly within the framework of fiqh siyasah. This study uses a qualitative-normative approach with a literature review method of classical Islamic sources such as the works of Al-Mawardi and Ibn Taymiyyah, as well as contemporary literature discussing governance reform based on Islamic values. The data was analysed using a descriptive-analytical approach by comparing the concept of official responsibility in Islamic law and the provisions of positive Indonesian law, particularly Law No. 31 of 1999 and Law No. 20 of 2001 on the Eradication of Corruption. The results of the study show that abuse of office not only violates positive legal norms but also contradicts Islamic moral and spiritual principles that emphasise integrity, trustworthiness, and social justice. Fiqh siyasah offers a paradigm of governance oriented towards the welfare of the people with moral and institutional oversight through the concepts of hisbah and shura. Therefore, strengthening internal and external control mechanisms and internalising the values of fiqh siyasah into the national legal system are very important as efforts to prevent systemic corruption. Thus, the integration of Islamic constitutional law values and Indonesian positive law is expected to build clean, fair, and God-based governance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) as a professional development strategy for teachers across various areas of educational services at SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research involved teachers as the primary subjects, with school principals and students as supporting data sources. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model. The findings indicate that CAR enhances teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. Furthermore, it strengthens educational services such as academic instruction, counseling, and classroom management. The study also reveals several structural and cultural challenges, which can be addressed through school management support and a collaborative culture. CAR is proven to be an effective reflective strategy for improving the quality of learning while empowering teachers as facilitators of change in the classroom.

Abstract

The futsal pitch rental process at Golden Goal is still done manually through direct communication or text messages, which often results in various problems such as unstructured booking queues, schedule conflicts due to the lack of a clear queuing system, and late payments. These problems result in low operational efficiency and an increased potential for scheduling errors. This research aims to develop a mobile-based futsal pitch rental application equipped with the implementation of the First Come First Serve (FCFS) algorithm to ensure the booking process is carried out based on the user's arrival time in a fair and orderly manner. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using the Flutter framework because it has the ability to produce Android and iOS applications with only a single codebase, faster development time, and stable and responsive interface performance. These advantages make Flutter suitable for building a real-time booking system that requires fast interaction and a consistent user experience. Furthermore, the application is integrated with Midtrans services as a payment gateway to facilitate automatic digital payment transactions. Testing results using the black-box method indicate that all key features, including schedule selection, FCFS-based queuing mechanism, payment processing, and rental data management, have run well as needed. The implementation of this system has proven to be able to reduce schedule conflicts, improve the accuracy of the booking process, and increase the efficiency of rental management at Golden Goal. Thus, this application can be an effective and modern solution to address the problem of futsal field rentals that have been handled manually.

Abstract

Abstract:  This community service activity aims to improve the understanding of using arithmetic abacus media in elementary students' mathematics calculations. The implementation method of the activity consists of preparation, socialization, activity execution, and evaluation. The results of the activity show that the use of arithmetic abacus media is proven to be effective in enhancing elementary students' calculation abilities. This activity successfully had a positive impact on students' cognitive abilities and learning motivation. Students have an increased understanding, and the abacus media is effectively used in mathematics learning, which can enrich students' learning experiences.Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman penggunaan media sempoa aritmatika dalam berhitung matematika siswa SD. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan bahwa penggunaan media sempoa aritmatika terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa SD. kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan kognitif dan motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa memiliki pemahaman yang meningkat dan media sempoa efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa.
