Abstract

Ruang Publik Terbuka Ramah Anak (RPTRA) telah menjadi bagian integral dari lingkungan ekologis masyarakat yang tinggal di DKI Jakarta. Tujuan Melalui program revitalisasi ruang kreatifitas anak dalam bentuk penataan dan penambahan sarana pustaka buku/literasi kreatifitas anak pada Perpustakaan RPTRA Mahkota, adalah menumbuhkan budaya gemar membaca pada anak dan terbentuknya komunitas anak kreatif berbasis perpustakaan RPTRA Namun, pendemi Covid-19 menyebabkan infrastruktur di dalam RPTRA dalam keadaan tidak terawatt dengan baik seiring dengan alokasi pendanaan dari Pemprov DKI Jakarta yang kurang memadai. Hal ini yang mendorong Tim PKM Fakultas Hukum Universitas Trisakti melaksanakan program revitalisasi RPTRA Mahkota Meruya Selatan Jakarta Barat dengan implementasi program fisik dalam bentuk pembenahan infrastruktur dan program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Representasi ideologi sosial dalam karya sastra adalah aspirasi pengarang yang tidak terlepas dari pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan selanjutnya dapat digunakan oleh pembaca untuk mengontrol gerak dan arah kegiatan dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui representasi ideologi sosial dalam cerita pendek majalah Horison tahun 1998 melalui tindakan rasional instrumental, tindakan rasionalitas nilai, tindakan afektif, dan tindakan tradisional. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa unit teks yang berwujud kalimat dan paragraf cerita dalam cerita pendek. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah cerita pendek majalah Horisontahun 1998. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyusun panduan dokumentasi studi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, serta menarik kesimpulan. Representasi ideologi sosial yang ditemukan dalam cerita pendek majalah Horison tahun 1998 terbagi menjadi empat yaitu (1) representasi ideologi sosial dalam cerita pendek majalah Horison tahun 1998 melalui tindakan rasional instrumental. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tindakan rasional instrumental yang ditampilkan dalam (a) kehidupan bermasyarakat (b) kehidupan keluarga (c) kehidupan beragama. (2) Representasi ideologi sosial dalam cerita pendek majalah Horisontahun 1998 melalui tindakan nilai rasional yang ditunjukkan dalam (a) bekerja (b) mengambil keputusan dan (c) pendidikan. (3) Representasi ideologi sosial dalam cerita pendek majalah Horison tahun 1998 melalui tindakan afektif yang ditunjukkan dalam (a) rumah tangga dan (b) lingkungan masyarakat. (4) Representasi ideologi sosial dalam cerita pendek majalah Horison tahun 1998 melalui tindakan tradisional yang ditunjukkan terhadap (a) anak (b) orang tua dan (c) masyarakat.

Abstract

When literary works are important to study, the creative process of creating works also deserves to be studied in more depth. This study discusses the creative process of undergraduate students from the Department of Indonesian Language, Literature and Regional Education in writing poetry. The purpose of the study is to find out how the creative process is in writing poetry. This study produced findings in the form of a creative process in searching for ideas in the form of activities. It is hoped that the benefits of this study can contribute to how students look for ideas for poetry essays.

Abstract

Indonesia as a state of law, it is not surprising that the issuance of new laws is often carried out, either through laws, regulations, regional regulations or other things. One of the hotly discussed regulations is the Job Creation Act. The existence of the job creation law certainly provides changes to the previously applicable regulations so that the government must be able to adapt quickly. For this reason, this research was conducted to determine the implications of the implementation of the Job Creation Act on the implementation of government administration. The research approach used is qualitative with a normative juridical type, namely through a literature review. In addition, data collection techniques are also through interviews, observation and distributing questionnaires to selected respondents through purpose sampling techniques. The result of this research is that the implementation of the Job Creation Act has implications for the implementation of government administration, specifically in the areas of authority, discretion, electronic decisions, and positive fictitious.

Abstract

Omnibus Law is a method of legislation that combines various types of laws into one specific law to resolve statutory problems. One of the products of the Omnibus Law is the birth of the work copyright law which has caused a lot of polemics because it is considered a new legal policy in the formation of law in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the omnibus law, especially the Job Creation Act from the perspective of the sociology of law. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using a literature study. The results showed that the drafting of the Omnibus Law on the Job Creation Act did not heed sociological principles so it received resistance or rejection from the community component. One of the objectives of the establishment of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation is to support the economy and make it easier for investors to invest. This is very vulnerable to corrupt practices, therefore the government is urged to pay attention to the problem of eradicating corruption and related to human rights.

Abstract

Labor or labor issues are a typical problem we hear about in developing countries, including Indonesia. Related to this, termination of employment (PHK) is one of them. As happened with the unilateral termination of employment carried out by companies in Indonesia. In this writing the author uses normative legal research methods. Primary legal materials were obtained from Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning employment and secondary legal materials obtained from a review of legal literature, especially employment, papers, the internet and others. The implementation of termination of employment relations carried out by the company must be in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment which states that termination of employment relations is carried out in several processes, namely holding a deliberation between the employee and the company, if an agreement cannot be obtained then the last resort is through the court to decide. case. Likewise, employees who resign are regulated in accordance with company regulations and laws. As a company's responsibility towards workers who have been laid off, the law requires or obliges the company to provide severance pay, reward money and compensation money. And the regulations regarding severance pay, reward money and compensation money are regulated in article 156, article 160 to article 169 of Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment

Abstract

This study investigates the moral teachings of Serat Papali and their implications for strengthening character education in Indonesian senior high schools. The research is motivated by the need to integrate local wisdom into modern educational frameworks to address challenges in developing students’ moral, social, and cognitive competencies. The study employs a qualitative content analysis method, examining the text of Serat Papali to identify ethical values and their relevance to the eight dimensions of the Senior High School Graduate Profile. The findings reveal that the text provides a coherent moral framework through three main pillars: self-ethics, including reflection, humility, and inner discipline; social ethics, emphasizing harmony and mutual respect; and ethics toward God, representing spiritual maturity. These values contribute to enhancing critical thinking, autonomy, collaboration, citizenship, creativity, productivity, well-being, and ethical communication among students. The study concludes that integrating Serat Papali into formal curricula can strengthen students’ character development while preserving cultural identity, offering a sustainable and contextually relevant approach to character education. The research also suggests future studies to explore practical strategies for curriculum integration and to assess the impact of these ethical teachings on student behavior and learning outcomes in diverse educational settings.
