Abstract

Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, with greater emphasis on promotive and preventive efforts, to achieve the highest level of public health in the working area. Puskesmas Accreditation is an acknowledgment given by an independent Accreditation provider established by the Minister after meeting Accreditation standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Puskesmas Accreditation Status and Service Quality in Simalungun District. This type of research is analytic to determine the relationship between Puskesmas Accreditation Status and Service Quality in Simalungun District. This study uses a case control study approach (case and control), where independent variables are determined first, then the dependent variable is searched through a questionnaire that has been tested. A sample of 92 people, 46 were sampled for cases (Puskesmas Tiga Dolok) and 46 for controls (puskesmas Huta Bayu) using consecutive sampling techniques. Based on the results of bivariate test studies, that the dimensions of service quality related to the health center accreditation status (p <0.05) are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance dimensions. Factors that are not related to the health center accreditation status (p> 0.05) are empathy dimensions. From the multivariate test results, it is known that the most dominant factor on the status of puskesmas accreditation is the quality of service based on the dimensions of responsiveness.

Abstract

This research is very important to do because the incidence of pulmonary TB is still the biggest problem in public health, especially in Deli Serdang Regency. So that with this research can be obtained the highest factor of the incidence of pulmonary TB on environmental health. This study is to predict the model and detect the highest factors of pulmonary TB incidence on health such as home conditions consisting of ventilation, air humidity levels, lighting, residential density, and sewerage, clean living behavior or personal higiene, and personal nutritional status of TB sufferers. lungs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research using observational analytic method with a case control study design. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely patients with pulmonary TB in adults with a total sample of 70 people or 70 BTA (+) and as a control, namely 70 people who do not suffer from pulmonary TB or 70 BTA (-). The instruments used in data collection are questionnaires and observational sheets. Data analysis using logistic regression analysis model with modeling results Ln (P / 1-P) = 0.2422 – 19.972 Ventilation + 21.896 Air Humidity + 37.548 Illumination – 21.312 SPAL – 0.297 Personal Higiene. With OR of ventilation is 3.875, OR of lighting is 2.976, OR of SPAL availability of 1.067, OR of personal higiene of 0.743, OR of humidity of 0.678 and ventilation with OR of 3.875 as the variable  that has the highest OR value is the biggest factor in the results of this research.

Abstract

Waste management is an effort to reduce and handle waste. Several factors cause the problem of waste to increase people's living standards which are not accompanied by harmony in knowledge about waste and also lack of participation or public attitude to maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste in its place. This is also influenced by the lack of Final Disposal Sites and the lack of government capacity in funding waste management locations. This study is aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, availability of trash bins, and the role of janitors with the behavior of housewives in managing household waste in Dusun V, Patumbak Kampung Village in 2021. This study used an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach, which is carried out for 5 months from February to June 2021. The sample in this study were the heads of families in PatumbakKampung Village as many as 77 families who were selected by accidental sampling technique. The research instruments used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate by using chi-square with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.002) and C = 0,292, attitude (p = 0.004) and C = 0,298, availability of trash bins (p = 0.001) and C = 0,348 and the role of janitor (p = 0.000) and C = 0,466. It is hoped that relevant agencies can be more active in supervising and providing strict sanctions against people who violate the applicable local regulations in order to create a deterrent effect, so that good waste management can be achieved.

Abstract

This counseling aims to identify and develop alternative solutions to health problems in the community, by increasing knowledge about 5 disease problems namely ARI, diarrhea, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and skin diseases by providing health education counseling. The problem priority method for counseling is using the CARL method (capability, accessibility, readiness, and leverage), so that the biggest disease problem is skin disease due to lack of public knowledge about skin hygiene, hand hygiene, nail and towel hygiene and with the aim of reducing sufferers. skin diseases and improve health status in Hamlet II, Namo Tualang Village, Bitu-Biru District.

Abstract

According to Article 1 of Law Number 14 of 2009, a hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Health service is an effort made by the government together with the community in order to improve, maintain, and restore the health of the population which includes preventive, promotional, quantitative and rehabilitative services. In a narrow sense, these efforts are carried out by institutions that provide treatment to someone who is sick, in this case a hospital. Hospital services begin with a therapeutic transaction between doctors and patients. Patient satisfaction is very subjective, difficult to measure, can change, and there are many factors that influence as many dimensions as in human life. Subjectivism can be reduced and can even become objective if enough people have the same opinion on something. Therefore, to assess patient satisfaction, it is necessary to disseminate the implementation of the quality policy to all health workers who are in the health service.

Abstract

Policy implementation is transferring policies into programs and actions so that it requires various conditions related to the form of the problem to be solved by implementing the policy itself, environmental conditions that influence implementation, implementation organization and implementation resources and allocated resources. In addition to providing community health guidance, puskesmas also have the main task of providing health services. Health services are first-level health services that have been carried out properly or not according to the community. The quality of health services must always be improved. One way to improve quality is to solicit feedback from the customer community or service users. To measure the level of customer satisfaction as service users and improve the quality of health services at the Deli Tua Health Center, a customer satisfaction survey is needed

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of family planning services during the Covid-19 pandemic to increase family planning acceptors and children's nutritional status at the Bandar Durian Health Center. This study uses quantitative research methods with the number of respondents 90 women of childbearing age who have toddlers. The results of the study concluded that the quality of family planning services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Bandar Durian Health Center was very good, the results of the analysis of the quality of family planning services had a significant effect on increasing family planning acceptors and children's nutritional status. It is hoped that the Bandar Durian Health Center will improve the quality of family planning services by always paying attention to the completeness of infrastructure, providing quality counseling to patients, always being responsive and thorough in providing family planning services, increasing the competence of health workers and officers to be polite and friendly in providing family planning services.

Abstract

Puskesmas sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam pengiriman laporan bulanan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) oleh petugas Puskesmas. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya peran faktor internal Puskesmas dalam hal ketersediaan data, SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) serta peralatan dalam upaya mencapai kelengkapan dokumen SP2TP di Puskesmas. Bahkan tidak jarang juga koordinator di Puskesmas ikut serta dalam menginput data, padahal tugasnya mengkoordinir anggotanya untuk dapat melakukan pelaporan dengan baik. Banyak puskesmas telah memiliki komputer tetapi tidak digunakan dalam pengerjaan untuk laporan SP2TP, karena sudah terbiasa dengan cara manual yaitu mencatat setiap laporan kedalam buku laporan bulanan. Padahal informasi atau laporan haruslah mempunyai kualitas yang relevan, tepat waktu dan efisien agar dapat bermanfaat bagi yang membutuhkan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, sehingga kemungkinan tidak terjadi kesalahan baik yang disengaja maupun yang tidak di sengaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) terhadap tata kelola administrasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Biru- biru Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang bersifat explanatory dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu penelitian yang akan menggali, menganalisa dan menjelaskan tentang kualitas sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan terpadu terhadap tata kelola administrasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Biru-biru Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2019. Dalam pengumpulan data, data diperoleh dari seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Biru-biru melalui wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan instrumen (kuesioner) dan observasi mendalam, maupun dari catatan Puskesmas Biru-biru. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas SDM, kehandalan dan daya tanggap dalam melaksanakan SP2TP berpengaruh terhadap tata kelola di Puskesmas Sibiru-biru. Sedangkan faktor pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap tata Kelola administrasi

Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi paru yang disebabkan oleh infeksi basil Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan nasional di Indonesia. Tingginya risiko penularan perlu diketahui anggota keluarga penderita TB aktif melalui pemberdayaan dan sosial budaya keluarga penderita TB agar dapat bersikap positif dan berperilaku aktif dalam upaya pencegahan penularan TB di tingkat keluarga dan masyarakat. Metode eksperimen semu dengan desain (one-group pre-post test design) melibatkan 96 responden yang merupakan anggota keluarga penderita TB aktif di Puskesmas Deli Tua Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Materi intervensi edukatif terdiri dari sub materi: medis, aspek sosial budaya, dan persepsi umum terkait penularan tuberkulosis.
