Abstract

Every business entity really needs employee grit which is reflected in its persistence and enthusiasm to achieve long-term goals which are demonstrated through hard work in facing challenges, sustaining business and interests for years despite the failure, resilience, and difficulties in achieving it. But in reality the grit of the employees is still relatively limited. One reliable factor for developing grit is talent management. This research was conducted to analyze the employee grit development based talent management grit. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained through literature review and analyzed descriptive-qualitatively. The results showed that talent management is very necessary to develop employee grit, so companies need to schedule more intense talent management so that employee grit grows optimally.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2017 sampai Desember 2017 adalah “Penyuluhan Pengembangan Kreativitas Siswa Melalui Manajemen Pemecahan masalah secara Kreatif di SMK Kahuripan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan”, mulai dari pengajuan usulan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, sampai laporan akhir kegiatan. Sasaran abdimas adalah siswa kelas IX yang berjumlah 5 kelas. Tujuan abdimas adalah agar siswa dapat mengembangkan kreativitasnya sehingga dapat memecahkan masalah secara kreatif dalam belajar.  Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif yaitu menjelaskan sejelas-jelasnya dengan rinci tentang materi abdimas, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan pemecahan masalah (problem solving) dengan menggunakan alat bantu laptop dan proyektor. Hasil pelaksanaan abdimas adalah siswa dapat memahami teknik, tahapan/langkah pemecahan masalah dan dapat memecahkan masalah secara kreatif. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah laporan akhir abdimas dan artikel untuk jurnal.

Abstract

Abstract: Quality of education is an important requirement in preparing superior human resources. But in reality the implementation of education has not been able to produce qualified graduates. These conditions, among others, caused by the empowerment of teachers. This research was conducted to analyze teacher empowerment strategy in improving education quality. The research used qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data obtained through literature review and analyzed descriptively-qualitative. The results showed that the improvement of the quality of education requires appropriate teacher empowerment strategies. Key words: education quality, empowerment, teacher.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi, Pengaruh kreativitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi, Perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sampel berukuran 86 siswa, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan pemberian angket perhatian orang tua dan kreativitas belajar. Analisis data terdiri dari pengujian instrument, uji prasyarat analisis data dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik regresi linier. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2017. Hasil penelitian menujukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua dan kreativitas belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig sebesar  0,0 00 < 0,05 dan Fh = 16,824. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan dibuktikan dengan nilai sig 0,027< 0,05 dan th = 2,254. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kreativitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan dibuktikan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000< 0,05 dan th = 4,018. Upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dapat dilakukan melalui peningatan perhatian orang tua dan kreativitas belajar siswa. Keywords: Kreativitas Belajar, Perhatian Orang tua, Prestasi Belajar, Regresi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine 1) The influence of learning motivation and perceptions of teacher pedagogic ability together to achievement learn. 2) The influence of learning motivation on student achievement 3) The influence of perception on teacher pedagogic ability to student achievement. The survey method with the technique of inferential statistical analysis of simple correlation and double correlation, and simple regression and multiple regression. Population in this research is the students of class X Private Nurussaadah, MA Private Al-Khairiyah, and MA Private Nurul Amanah 80 South Jakarta. The sample was graduated 80 students of class XI taken by random sampling technique. The results concluded (1) There is a significant influence of learning motivation and perceptions on teacher pedagogic ability together on learning achievement of Pancasila Education and Citizenship of Private Madrasah Aliyah students in South Jakarta; (2) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on learning achievement of Pancasila Education and Citizenship of Private Madrasah Aliyah students in South Jakarta. (3) There is a significant influence of perceptions on teacher pedagogic ability and learning achievement of Pancasila and Citizenship Education, Private Madrasah Aliyah students in South JakartaKeywords: learning motivation, Pedagogic ability, learning achievement ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh motivasi belajar dan persepsi atas kemampuan pedagogik guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar. 2) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa 3) Pengaruh persepsi atas kemampuan pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode survei dengan teknik analisis data statistik inferensial korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda, serta regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Swasta Nurussaadah, MA Swasta Al-Khairiyah, dan MA Swasta Nurul Amanah 80 Jakarta Selatan. Sampel berjuamlah 80 siswa kelas XI diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar dan  persepsi atas kemampuan pedagogik guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Jakarta Selatan; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Jakarta Selatan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The general objectives of this research are 1) to know whether or not the influence of students' perceptions on the environment and learning habits on student learning achievement of Social Sciences. 2) Knowing whether or not the influence of students' perceptions of the environment on the learning achievement of Social Sciences students. 3) Knowing whether or not the influence of learning habits on learning achievement Social Science students. The research method used is descriptive survey method. The number of samples taken as many as 3 classes from 3 schools is SMPN 4, SMPN 7 and SMPN 13. The results show that: 1) There is a significant influence of students' perceptions of the environment and learning habits together on learning achievement Social Science junior high school students Country in the City of Bekasi. 2) There is a significant influence of students' perceptions on the environment on the learning achievement of Social Sciences students of SMP Negeri in Kota Bekasi. 3) There is a significant influence of learning habits on learning achievement Social Science students in SMP Negeri BekasiKeywords: Learning Environment, Learning Achievement, Learning HabitABSTRAKTujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) Mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh persepsi siswa atas lingkungan dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa. 2) Mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh persepsi siswa atas lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa. 3) Mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey deskriptif. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 3 kelas dari 3 sekolah yaitu: SMPN 4, SMPN 7 dan SMPN 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh  signifikan persepsi siswa atas lingkungan dan kebiasaan belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa SMP Negeri di Kota Bekasi. 2) Terdapat pengaruh  signifikan persepsi siswa atas lingkungnan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa SMP Negeri di Kota Bekasi. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa SMP Negeri di Kota Bekasi Kata kunci : Lingkungan Belajar, Prestasi Belajar, Kebiasaan Belajar

Abstract

The process of teaching and learning in the school aims to enable students to achieve maximum learning outcomes, so that future students can become independent and responsible individuals. In Junior High School (SMP) Orphanage Village Putera Jakarta found students who are less independent in their learning, they prefer to reflect, does not have a study plan, not pay attention when teachers teach, not do homework (PR), and often forget about the task - a task schools that can result in low student learning outcomes. With tutoring programs are well-structured, is expected to increase independence and improve student learning conditions in schools. Tutoring program designed in the form of a fun learning atmosphere for students, so as to stimulate independent student learning. The results are obtained illustrate that the junior high school students learn independence profile Desa Putera Jakarta independent attitude of the school year 2010/2011 57.65% student learning, abilities and needs in student learning needs and goals 45.97% - 54.88% of future goals , independence and learning ability of students 58.18%, fun activities while learning 57.18%. Abstract

This present research aims at designing the tutoring program that could develop student's independent learning at SMP Desa Putera Jakarta, as well as could create a better circumstance of learning at school. This research is carried out at SMP Desa Putera Jakarta. Findings have shown that student's independent learning profile of SMP Desa Putera Jakarta in the year of 2010/2011, the attitude of student's independent learning reached at 57.65%, the readiness and the needs of student's learning reached at 45.97%, the eagerness and future goal reached at 54.88%, student's ability and independent learning reached at 58.18%, an enjoyable learning activity reached at 57.18%. Proposed recommendation is that the school should create a pleased learning environment for the students as their independent of learning could also be well formed.  Key words: Tutoring program, Independent learning

Abstract

This study discusses the difference between thesis and dissertation according to various sources. Then how to determine a good title, especially for a thesis title. Furthermore, based on a sample of 1052 titles in a graduate program in Jakarta XYZ studied with methods of descriptive findings indicate that the initial tendency to use the word, then the dependent variable and the independent variables are in use. Besides, there is a tendency that is less varied methodologies, and new allegations of an error derived sequentially. There are still relatively thin presence of plagiarism that marked the memorable quote rewrite its source in the bibliography. However, they all meet the weight requirements assessed as scientific papers thesis. Based on the interim findings made several suggestions for improvement in order to improve the quality of the content of the research on the above thesis.

Abstract

Early childhood education requires good and regular management and knowledge that is adapted to the millennial era. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies and triangulation techniques are used. The respondents were 8 people (teachers, school principals and parents). The study was conducted from January to June 2022. The results of the study stated that basic education that must be mastered includes moral/religious abilities, physical motor skills, arts/languages, emotional and cognitive abilities. These abilities are implemented based on good education management, and are supported by millennial century skills such as computer introduction to simple coding for students. Learning in the millennial era demands changes in educational management that are adapted to technology. Application of wireless communication technology and virtual reality for preschool education information will be realized. A complete change in the way of preschool education is needed and ultimately cultivating children who are morally, intellectually, physically and artistically qualified.
