Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Flash This research aims to determine the influence of Flash Sale and Free Shipping Tagline on Impulsive Purchases through the Intervening Variable of Positive Emotions on Marketplace in Palembang. The sample was drawn using the Hair formula, with a sample size of 150 Marketplace consumers in Palembang City. The required data is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to Marketplace consumers in Palembang. The analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique. The results of the SEM analysis technique show that firstly, there is a positive and significant influence between the Flash Sale variable and the Impulsive Purchase variable. Secondly, there is a positive and significant influence between the Free Shipping Tagline variable and the Impulsive Purchase variable. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant influence between the Flash Sale variable and the Positive Emotions variable. Fourthly, there is a positive and significant influence between the Free Shipping Tagline variable and the Positive Emotions variable. Fifthly, there is a positive and significant influence between the Positive Emotions variable and the Impulsive Purchase variable. Sixthly, there is a positive and significant influence between the Flash Sale variable and the Impulsive Purchase variable through the intervening variable of Positive Emotions. And seventh, there is a positive and significant influence between the Free Shipping Tagline variable and the Impulsive Purchase variable through the intervening variable of Positive Emotions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine leadership, work motivation, and Competency in employee performance at the Ogan Ilir Regency Transportation Office. The object of this study is an employee of the Ogan Ilir Regency Transportation Office. The research method used is associative research using primary and secondary data. The population in this study was 179 employees at the Ogan Ilir Regency Transportation Office; the sample was taken using the Slovin formula, so the number of samples used was 128 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that 1) simultaneously, Leadership, Work Motivation, and Competency have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ogan Ilir District Transportation Office. 2) Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ogan Ilir District Transportation Office.  3) Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ogan Ilir Regency Transportation Office. 4) Competency has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ogan Ilir Regency Transportation Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang. This type of research is associative. The variables used by the researcher are motivation, work environment, work discipline, and employee performance. The sample in this study was 100 employees of Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang who were selected using Cluster Random Sampling. The primary data used in this study was collected through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that (1) Motivation, work environment, and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation, and workload on the work spirit of PT employees. Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekaar Palembang Branch Office. This type of research is Quantitative. The variables used by researchers are Work Motivation, Compensation, Workload, and Work Spirit. The sample in this study consisted of employees at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani at the Palembang Branch Office selected a total of 82 employees using simple random sampling. Survey Method: Through Distributing Questionnaires to Respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation, Compensation, and Workload together have a positive and significant effect on Work Spirit.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) office in Palembang. This type of research is associative. The variables used by the researcher are leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on performance. The sample in this study is 86 employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) office in the city of Palembang, which was selected using Cluster Random Sampling. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The results of this study show that (1) Leadership, motivation, and organizational culture, collectively, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the company's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) The Influence of Product, Price, Place and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction at PT Palembang Agro Sejahterah in South Sumatra, 2) The Influence of Product on customer satisfaction at PT Palembang Agro Sejahterah in South Sumatra, 3) The Influence of Price on Customer Satisfaction at PT Palembang Agro Sejahterah in South Sumatra, 4) The Influence of Place on Customer Satisfaction at PT Palembang Agro Sejahterah in South Sumatra, 5) The Influence of Promotion on Customer Satisfaction at PT Palembang Agro Sejahterah in South Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The variables used by researchers include product, price, place, promotion, and customer satisfaction. The sample in this study consisted of farmers who had shopped for PT Palembang Agro Sejahterah products, totaling 90 people selected by cluster random sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, as implemented in the SPSS Program Application. The results of this study indicate that (1) product, price, place, and promotion have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (4) place has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (5) promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). The influence of leadership, motivation, and discipline on the performance of village officials in the Muara Telang sub-district, Banyuasin district. (2) The influence of leadership on the performance of village officials in the Muara Telang sub-district, Banyuasin district. (3) The effect of work motivation on the performance of village officials in Muara Telang sub-district, Banyuasin district. (4) The effect of work discipline on the performance of village officials in Muara Telang sub-district, Banyuasin district. This research is a quantitative study of data analysis used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees in 16 villages in the Muara Telang District, totaling 280 employees. The sample used the simple random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique for the population. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 165 employees is obtained. The results reveal that leadership, motivation, and work discipline significantly positively affect the employees' performance of village officials in the Muara Telang sub-district, Banyuasin district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity, Quality, and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of Ades Brand Bottled Drinking Water in the Community of Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. To find out the Effect of Brand Equity on Consumer Satisfaction with Ades Brand Bottled Drinking Water in the Community of Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. To find out the Effect of Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of Ades Bottled Drinking Water in the Community of Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. To find out the Effect of Price on Consumer Satisfaction of Ades Brand Bottled Drinking Water in the Community of Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The samples used were 97. The sampling technique was by using a simple random sampling technique. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data and is supported by other methods to refine the information obtained. The data used are Primary Data and Secondary Data. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence between brand equity, quality, and price on consumer satisfaction of packaged drinking water with the Ades brand in the people of Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between brand equity and Ades brand bottled water consumer satisfaction in the people of Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the quality and consumer satisfaction of Ades bottled water in the Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency community. (3) There is no significant effect between price and consumer satisfaction in packaged drinking water with the Ades brand in the people of Kota Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of school principal leadership, discipline and motivation on the performance of private MTs teachers in Banyuasin Regency in detail. The data testing method for measuring the variables in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Associative research type. The total respondents were 154 teachers from 20 private MTs in Banyuasin Regency. The research results show that: (1) Leadership, discipline and motivation simultaneously influence the performance of private MTs teachers in Banyuasin Regency. (2) In particular, leadership, discipline and motivation have a positive effect on the performance of private MTs teachers in Banyuasin Regency.

This type of research is Associative. The variables used by researchers include Work Motivation, Leadership, Work Discipline, and Performance. The population of this study consisted of all Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City, and the sample size in the study was 101 employees. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work Motivation, Leadership, and Work Discipline have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. 2) Work Motivation has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. 3) Leadership has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service. 4) Work discipline has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service.
