Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) The Effect of Competence, Discipline, and Compensation on the Performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service Office. 2) The Effect of Competence on the Performance of Digital Population Identity Service Officers (IKD) of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City. 3) The Effect of Discipline on the Performance of Digital Population Identity Service Officers (IKD) of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City. 4) The Effect of Compensation on the Performance of Digital Population Identity Service Officers (IKD) of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by researchers include Competence, Discipline, Compensation, and Performance. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office in Palembang City, and the sample size in the study was 101 employees. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, as implemented in the SPSS Program Application. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Competence, Discipline, and Compensation significantly influence the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office. 2) Competence significantly influences the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office. 3) Discipline significantly influences the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office. 4) Compensation significantly influences the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) Service Officers at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Price, and Promotion on Umrah Pilgrim Satisfaction at the Hajj and Umrah Travel Bureau PT. Pandi Kencana Murni (Pakem Tours). The sampling technique in this research used the Cluster Sampling technique by taking samples from representatives of the Pakem Tours Palembang, Jakarta, and Makassar branch offices as many as 198 people. The research method used is associative research using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. This research shows that simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of Service Quality, Price, and Promotion on the Satisfaction of Umrah Pilgrims at the Hajj and Umrah Travel Bureau PT. Pandi Kencana Murni (Pakem Tours). Partial testing shows a positive and significant influence of Service Quality and Price on Congregation Satisfaction at the Hajj and Umrah Travel Bureau PT. Pandi Kencana Murni (Pakem Tours). Partially there is a positive and insignificant effect and no effect of Promotion on Umrah Pilgrim Satisfaction at the Hajj and Umrah Travel Bureau PT. Pandi Kencana Murni (Pakem Tours).

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of competence on the motivation of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency. 2) The influence of the work environment on the motivation of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency. 3) The influence of competence on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency. 4) The influence of the work environment on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency. 5) The influence of motivation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by researchers include Competence, Work Environment, Motivation, and Performance. The population of this study consisted of all ASN employees of the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency, totaling 193 employees. The sample in the study comprised 120 employees, and the sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL Program Application. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Competence has a significant effect on the motivation of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Regional Secretariat. 2) The work environment has no effect on the motivation of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Regional Secretariat. 3) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Regional Secretariat. 4) The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Regional Secretariat. 5) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Regional Secretariat. Motivation strengthens the influence of competence and work environment on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The sampling technique in this research uses the Cluster Sampling technique by taking samples from 217 employees of the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The research method used is associative research using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers. This research shows that simultaneously and partially, there is a positive and significant influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The three variables, leadership, work motivation, and work discipline, were able to contribute to explaining changes that occurred in employee performance by 83.3%, providing practical implications for hospital administrators and professionals in the field of human resources

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and leadership on employee performance of PT Pertamina Drilling Services Project South Sumatra with motivation as an intervening variable. The type of research conducted is associative with the variables used competence, leadership, motivation and performance which are overall developed into 14 indicators. The population is employees of PT Pertamina Drilling Services Project South Sumatra with 145 respondents taken with probability sampling technique with cluster sampling system. The data used are primary data with questionnaire data collection methods and secondary data taken through the literature. The analysis technique used by researchers is structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The results of the study prove that: 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation; 2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation; 3) Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on performance; 4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance; 5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of the discussion, it also proves that motivation succeeds in strengthening the influence of competence and leadership on performance.
