Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the Pariaman City Culture and Tourism Service strategy on visitor satisfaction at Gandoriah Beach. The background of this research is due to the finding of problems on the effectiveness of service strategies that are not good for visitor satisfaction at Gandoriah Beach. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study were visitors who traveled to Gandoriah Beach. Sampling is by using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The sample in this study totaled 255 people. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement scale. Furthermore, the classical assumption test consists of normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicoloniality test and autocorrelation test. After that, a simple linear regression test, a research hypothesis test. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the effectiveness of the Pariaman City Tourism and Tourism Office strategy on visitor satisfaction at Gandoriah Beach. Strategic effectiveness variables contribute to visitor satisfaction by 14% while the remaining 86% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

his study aims to describe how the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program in Kuranji Sub-District, Padang City. The background of the problem in this study is that based on preliminary observations, BPNT is assistance provided by the government to alleviate poverty and prosper the families of beneficiaries of the assistance. The large number of people who do not understand and appreciate the government's commitment has made this program not running well. The type and data analysis uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources consist of primary data in the form of a direct interview process and secondary data is data collected from the institutional literature related to this research. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using the data source triangulation technique. And data collection techniques with data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the BPN program has not gone well because there are obstacles in the lower level government that have not optimized the BPN implementation smoothly. Many people do not know the process and there are still many underprivileged people who are not registered to receive the assistance.

Abstract

In the implementation of the Bidikmisi program there are various problems that are not in accordance with the 3T principles, namely Timely, Right Amount and Right Target so that supervision is needed, supervision is carried out to monitor, foster and resolve problems that may arise from the policy. This study discusses Supervision of Bidikmisi students in the form of preventive and repressive at Padang State University. The purpose of this study is to describe the supervision of Bidikmisi students, obstacles and efforts to minimize the obstacles in supervising Bidikmisi students at Padang State University. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods. The research location is at Padang State University. Primary data is data obtained from interviews and observations, while secondary data is data obtained from documentation studies. The informants in this study were the Head of BAK UNP, UNP Student Affairs Department, Deputy Dean III FIS, FT and FBS, and several Bidikmisi recipient students. Based on the results of the research carried out it can be concluded as follows: First, the supervision carried out by UNP in supervising the Bidikmisi students at UNP is good but not optimal, this is proven by the fact that UNP is conducting monitoring, both preventive and repressive, but there are still students Bidikmisi who do not participate. Preventive in the form of socialization, training and repressive in the form of guidance and even the termination of the tuition assistance for Bidikmisi. Second, the obstacle faced by Padang State University is an internal obstacle, namely the lack of a survey team that creates opportunities for Bidikmisi target inaccuracies and other obstacles, namely from Bidikmisi students themselves, about the commitment and seriousness of Bidikmisi students in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as Bidikmisi students. Third, efforts made to overcome these obstacles are by optimizing coaching through socialization, training and guidance for Bidikmisi candidates and students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dhasrmasraya.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah berobat di Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dhasrmasraya dilihat dari aspek bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap(responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy) yaitu: (1) Indikator Bukti fisik (Tangibles) dalam kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) dinilai sudah berkualitas. (2) Indikator Kehandalan (Reliability) juga berada pada kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Keandalan (Reliability) dinilai sudah berkualitas. (3) Indikator Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) dalam kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) dinilai sudah berkualitas. karena tenaga medis sudah menerima dan melayani denga baik serta melakukan tindakan sesuai prosedur. (4) Indikator Jaminan (Ansurance) berada pada kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Jaminan (Ansurance) dinilai sudah berkualitas. (5) Indikator Empati (Emphaty) dalam kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari dimensi Empati (Emphaty) sudah berkualitas.

Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Employment Service Unit (UKL) of the Population and Civil Registry Service in population administration services in the South Coastal District. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The informant of this research was determined by the purpose sampling technique, accompanied by Kassubag. General and Civil Service Office of Population and Civil Registration, Kasi. Collaboration and Service Innovation in the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pesisir Selatan Regency, Head of Service Work Unit (UKL) of Bayang sub-district, IV Jurai sub-district and Koto XI Tarusan sub-district, as well as the people who take care of population administration. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observations, interviews and documentation studies. To test the validity of the data used source triangulation techniques. The results showed that the performance of the Service Work Unit (UKL) employees in population administration services in the South Coastal District in practice was still poor, namely in aspects of ability and expertise, knowledge, work design, personality, and work environment. There are factors that affect the performance of the Service Work Unit (UKL) employees, as well as the efforts made to improve the performance of the Service Work Unit (UKL) employees. Abstract

This study describes the implementation strategy of the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Padang in improving the quality of labor. For conduct Competency Based Training (PBK) in order to improve the quality of the workforce, the strategies that have been set must be realized with good implementation. This research was conducted using the method qualitative descriptive. The selection of informants was carried out using a purposive technique sampling, test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data collection conducted by interview and documentation study. Data analysis technique done by data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Results research shows that the implementation of strategy Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Padang in improving the quality of labor can be said to have already pretty well implemented. Implementation of this strategy when viewed from theory Amir has been carried out starting from who carried out, how managing the program, the budget needed, making procedures for ensure implementation and how to implement the strategy the. Although in its implementation there are still shortcomings and obstacles encountered.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate or assess the implementation of policy whether the policy has been running optimally and whether the policy is feasible to proceed. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The selection of speakers is done by purposive sampling. Data collection is done by interview and documentation studies, to analyze the data is done by presenting data, data reduction, and data verification. The instrument used in this study was the researcher himself, for guiding interviews using several questions that had been prepared, while to support documentation related to the research, the data collection tool used was Mobile, which serves to record which makes it easy to compile data and the validity of the data is done by source triangulation method. So, it can be concluded that the results of this study are that the policy for the management of Lake Maninjau sustainability has not been running optimally and the objectives of the policy have not yet been reached.

Abstract

This articles describes the effectiveness of procedure control of ilegal gold mining activities in Dharmasraya distric. Researcher uses the theory according to Tangkilisan about an indicator of the effectiveness. The research method used qualitative descriptive. Informan in this research using purposive sampling technique. In the data collection uses by interview, observation, and documentation technique. The result research explain that the effectiveness the ilegal gold mining control in the Dharmasraya distric has not been implemented opportune and optimally. It shows there are still many problems. Such as there are not clarity of the purpose and strategy, special program, planning, policy are not written and supervision system has been not optimally. This causes the control does not go as expexcted. The causative factors of ilegal gold mining control can include by internal and external factors. Internal factors are lack of human resources, budget, and facilities. While eksternal factors are low of community participation, location far away, and leakage information. That is the reason why the effectiveness of the ilegal gold mining control in the Dharmasraya distric has not gone well.

Abstract

Management of Sustainable Tourism Destination Development at Carocok Painan Beach Tourism Object. This research describes the management of sustainable tourism development on the coast of Carocok Painan. Sustainable tourism focuses on aspects of sustainable tourism, namely from an economic, social and cultural perspective. Which in that local communities must be involved in tourism activities, as well as fair share of the benefits that are obtained specifically in the creation of direct and indirect employment. This research qualitative methods. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. The data validity test used triangulation technology. Collecting data through interviews and library research. Data analysis technology is carried out through data reduction, data representation, and data verification. The results showed that it could be said that the development of sustainable tourism on the coast of Carocok Painan was very smooth. Even in the development of sustainable tourism, there are still shortcomings and obstacles.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems regarding the management of cemeteries in ethnic Chinese communities in the city of Padang. The amount of funeral levy fees and cremation problems that are not approved by Minang residents. The research aims to determine: (1) The role of the government in the management of cemeteries in the Chinese community in the city of Padang. (2) Government efforts in overcoming the problems that occur due to the management of Chinese community cemeteries in the city of Padang. (3) Obstacles or obstacles in the management of cemeteries in the Tinghoa community in the city of Padang. This type of qualitative research using descriptive methods ,. The selection of informants is carried out using purposive sampling technique. The type of data is primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews with informants and documents related to research. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and study documentation. The research data were analyzed with source triangulation techniques. The findings in the field show that: (1) The role of the government in funeral management in the Chinese community in the city of Padang, namely as a regulator, is a policy maker in improving or optimizing funeral management. As a dynamicator that is able to get the community to participate in overcoming and efficiency and service improvement. As a facilitator, as a provider of burial grounds and facilitating burial grounds. (2) Obstacles or obstacles in the management of cemeteries in the Chinese community in the city of Padang include the lack of available land. The role of the government is still not maximized in managing Chinese ethics public cemeteries. The lack of socialization to the public about the administration and levies of funeral services and the many forms of graves that are not in accordance with applicable regulations. (3) Government efforts in overcoming the problems that occur as a result of the management of Chinese community cemeteries in the city of Padang, among others, determine policies in the field of funeral services in the form of Regional Regulations. Planning spatial planning, development policy is directed at the realization of a synergistic, harmonious and sustainable city spatial plan supported by realistic and implementative spatial planning documents, strict law enforcement, and the availability of responsible implementing agencies. Expansion of land for the tomb area. Openness of data and information presentation by the Funeral UPTD. Matching the size of the meal with the culture of the people of Padang City who have been accommodated in the Regional Regulation become a standard size.
