Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan upaya untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dari yang tidak berdaya menjadi lebih berdaya. Salah satu pelaksana pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Kelurahan Baringin yaitu Forum Nagari. Adapun tujuan dari Forum Nagari adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat miskin dan usia produktif. Forum Nagari dibentuk oleh PT Semen Padang dan Kerapatan Adat Nagari Lubuk Kilangan Kota Padang sebagai wadah untuk mengelola dana CSR kepada masyarakat diwilayah Ring 1 perusahaan dalam bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat. Jumlah anggaran dana yang diberikan perusahaan kepada Forum nagari pertahunnya dapat berbeda berdasarkan laba bersih yang diterima oleh perusahaan setiap tahunnya. Forum nagari telah berupaya melakukan pemberdayaan seperti pembangunan infrastruktur di Kelurahan Baringin. Permasalahan terkait dengan kemiskinan dan pengangguran menjadi pertimbangan bagi Forum Nagari untuk merumuskan program pemberdayaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggunakan analisis teori peran masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan, ialah sebagai pelaku, partisipan dan peserta. Jika dilihat dari tujuan Forum Nagari dalam memberdayakan masyarakat miskin dapat dikategorikan cukup baik. Namun pemberdayaan usia produktif, belum tercapai dikarenakan tidak adanya program khusus pemberdayaannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program Uji Petik oleh Badan Pendapatan wilayah Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif. ada penelitian ini penarikan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang merupakan penentuan informan berdasarkan pertimbangan atau ciri tertentu yang dianggap bisa dijadikan sumber data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini. Informan yang dijadikan disini yaitu petugas Bapenda Kota Padang serta wajib Pajak Restoran yang artinya target program Uji Petik. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara reduksi atau pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. dalam menguji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber yaitu dengan mencocokkan dan membandingkan sumber informasi yg diperoleh penulis. berdasarkan hasil temuan bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi program Uji Petik oleh Badan Pendapatan wilayah Kota Padang belum optimal dikarenakan masih terdapat aspek-aspek yang belum berjalan dengan baik yaitu pada aspek komunikasi, asal daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi dan masih banyak wajib pajak yang belum melaksanakan kewajibannya menjadi wajib pajak.

Abstract

Mengidentifikasikan tingkat partisipasi dari masayrakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di pantai air tawar barat, masih banyaknya sampah yang ditemukan di pantai, kurangnya kesaaran masyarakat dalam berpartisipasi pengelolaan sampah di pantai air tawar barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan dari unuk mengetahui berapa tinggi Tingkat Partisipasi dari Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Sampah di Pantai Air Tawar Barat. Terdapat 99 responden untuk sampel pada penelitian ini yang ditarik menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 10%. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini Random Sampling. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan kusioner, intrumen penelitian menggunakan pengukurannya skala likert. Untuk menganalisisnya data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan memakai TCR. Hasil pada penelitian ini memiliki dengan rata-rata dari tingkat partisipasi dari masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah itu di kategorikan degan rata-rata 2,0 dengan TCR 40% (rendah), maka partisipasi dari masyarakat rendah dalam melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan sampah dan pengurangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Nagari Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach in which data collection was based on the factors that became the main supporters of the research object. In this study, the withdrawal of informants was based on a purposive sampling technique which was based on the main criteria, namely the people of Nagari Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok. This data collection is done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources which was then analyzed. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok can be said to be going well and the socialization carried out is still not effective because there are still people from the community who do not know the amount of assistance received, what It's just a requirement to become a KPM, and there are still people who abuse this assistance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) service at the General Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) Bukittinggi Branch Office. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach in which data collection was based on the factors that became the main supporters of the research object. In this study, the withdrawal of informants was based on a purposive sampling technique which was based on the main criteria, namely that they must be the people of the City of Bukittinggi. This data collection is done by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources which was then analyzed. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Rumah Pangan Kita program carried out by Perum BULOG at the Bukittinggi Branch Office has been effectively carried out through the RPK companion application. The obstacles experienced by partners are delays in payments exceeding the compensation provided by Perum Bulog

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of a strategy to increase the competence of Apparatus Resources at the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method, the withdrawal of informants using a purposive sampling technique. Thus, the data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis is done by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources and analyzed. In conclusion, the strategy implementation to increase the competence of Apparatus Resources at the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province, has not run optimally. The cause is that the overall implementation indicators have not been met because participants do not focus on understanding the material when the activity is running. In contrast, some of the obstacles that become obstacles are the limited number of personnel and improper time management in carrying out activities, as well as the lack of enthusiasm and desire of employees to participate in activities and budget constraints from the local government, which results in delays. In the distribution of activity funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the investigation by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic, to determine the Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of the Investigation by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative from West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to find out what efforts were carried out by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra in The Covid-19 Pandemic Period to Realize Maladministration-Free Public Services in the City of Padang. This type of research is a semi-qualitative research. The results of this study, namely: 1. The investigation of the Ombudsman RI Representative of West Sumatra has been running as regulated by Article 7 of Law no. 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. 2. When carrying out an investigation in Padang City, the Ombudsman encountered obstacles such as limited human resources for the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra, the lack of budget for the RI Ombudsman for the West Sumatra Representative, poor communication between the Ombudsman and the community, and poor communication with the reported agencies resulting in a lack of supervision over warnings. Ombudsman. 3. Abstract

The issue of environmental pollution due to waste is a complicated homework for stakeholders. Waste management efforts by transporting waste to the final disposal site (TPA) carried out by the Environmental Awareness Group (pokdarling) are currently unable to solve the problem. In fact, the two units of garbage hauling carts that operate are unable to transport waste to an integrated landfill, so that piles of garbage have sprung up along the nagari road and along the nagari coast. This research through the Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to overcome the waste problem through increasing literacy. waste management to environmental awareness groups (pokdarling) Kampung Padang Nagari Air Bangis. Literacy improvement is carried out through a workshop method in the form of training and assistance in technology transfer based on participatory principles by emphasizing the principle of partner participation to achieve the goals and objectives that have been determined. The results obtained in this activity are the increased literacy of the target group and the birth of a community-based waste management design with a waste management model through the Waste Bank, Composting and Maggot Cultivation.

Abstract

Public satisfaction with public organizations is very important because of the relationship of public trust. Community satisfaction is a basic factor to determine success in a public organization. The public's bad perception of public services causes their level of satisfaction to be low. This also happens to the people of Aceh Singkil today. The purpose of the study was to examine and determine the effect of work quality and work motivation of local government employees on the satisfaction of the people of Aceh Singkil Regency. The research was conducted in Aceh Singkil Regency using an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling (sampling based on subject availability), with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which is based on variable indicators. This study consists of three variables, namely two independent variables (quality of work and work motivation) and one dependent variable (satisfaction). The previous questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability. Data collection techniques also use documentation studies using primary data and secondary data. The data was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis after the classical assumption test was previously carried out. The results of the study concluded that there was a simultaneous positive effect of the quality of work and work motivation of local government employees on the satisfaction of the people of Aceh Singkil Regency by 39.6%, with a significant contribution. While partially each independent variable also has a significant influence on community satisfaction, namely 36.1% for the effect of the work quality variable and 26.2% for the influence of the work motivation variable.
