The Department of Agriculture, Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province is a government agency whose task is to collect data on horticultural commodities in the Bengkulu Province. In the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province, there is no specific system used to group data on horticultural commodity production results, so it is difficult to obtain information on horticultural commodities that fall into high, medium, and low production levels in Bengkulu Province. The application of the k-means method in grouping horticultural commodity production results at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province can help the department obtain information on the results of grouping horticultural commodity data in Bengkulu Province, and can help determine planning programs and provide counseling to farmers in horticultural commodities, especially those in the low production group to increase their production results. Based on the data used in 2023 with 3 categories of horticultural commodities, the results of the grouping in the vegetable category cluster C1 were 3 commodities, cluster C2 was 9 commodities, cluster C3 was 13 commodities, in the fruit category cluster C1 was 4 commodities, cluster C2 was 7 commodities, cluster C3 was 20 commodities, in the medicinal plants and spices category cluster C1 was 2 commodities, cluster C2 was 1 commodity, cluster C3 was 13 commodities. In the vegetable horticultural commodity category that includes high production results are Large Chili (Group), Cabbage, Eggplant, the fruit horticultural commodity category that includes high production results is Durian, Orange (Group), Siamese Orange/Tangerine, Banana, and the vegetable horticultural commodity category that includes low production results is Ginger, Rhizome (Group).

Sawah Lebar Health Center Bengkulu faces challenges in selecting health cadres who have the right qualifications and abilities to support health programs in the community. Selecting the right cadres is an important factor in improving the quality of health services at the basic level. One method that can be used to assist in this selection process is the Weighted Product (WP) method. This method is used to perform objective calculations and assessments based on predetermined criteria, such as education level, work experience, communication skills, and commitment to health programs.The purpose of this study was to implement the Weighted Product method in selecting cadres at Sawah Lebar Health Center Bengkulu and to evaluate the most relevant criteria in selecting the right cadres. In addition, this study aims to test the effectiveness of the system built using the WP method in providing optimal cadre recommendations.The method used in this study is to collect data on cadre candidates, then assess each candidate based on the weight and criteria that have been determined. The results of the system test show that the use of the WP method can produce objective cadre selection, reduce subjectivity in decision making, and increase transparency in the selection process. In the system testing, this system successfully provided results that were in accordance with the expectations and priorities of the Health Center in selecting cadres.In conclusion, the application of the Weighted Product method can improve the accuracy and objectivity in selecting cadres at the Sawah Lebar Bengkulu Health Center. The system that was built has also proven effective in providing recommendations for cadres that are in accordance with the established criteria, so that it can support the success of health programs in the region.

This Community Service Activity is entitled "Digital Entrepreneurship Training on the Tiktok Platform to Cultivate the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Students of SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City" which involves students of SMA Negeri 9. This activity is carried out with the aim of providing knowledge and training about Digital Entrepreneurship where development Digital technology opens up new opportunities for entrepreneurs, including students of SMA Negeri 9 Bengkulu City. However, the lack of skills and even education means that there are still many obstacles when you want to start a business. This activity contains material as well as discussions and even a question and answer system between SMA Negeri 9 students and the presenters so that they can have an understanding of digital entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Dempster-Shafer yang merupakan metode penalaran non-monotonik yang digunakan untuk menemukan ketidakkonsistenan akibat penambahan atau pengurangan fakta baru yang akan mengubah aturan yang ada, sehingga metode Dempster-Shafer memungkinkan seseorang aman dalam melakukan pekerjaan. seorang ahli. So far, employee performance appraisals at the Central Bengkulu Transportation Service have used a predetermined form. Seeing the way in conducting employee performance appraisals that are still manual, a decision support system is needed so that employee performance appraisals get an accurate assessment. The method that can be applied in conducting the assessment is the SAW method and the TOPSIS method as well as conducting a sensitivity test for evaluating employee performance, sensitivity testing is the process of knowing and getting results from the comparison of the two methods. The results of the assessment are 10 employees with the SAW method ranking 1, namely Zainal Arifin with a total score of 35, ranking 2 Yosi Eskamarina with a total value of 31 and ranking 3 Donny Irawan with a total value of 29. While the assessment uses the TOPSIS method, namely ranking 1 Zainal Arifin with a total value of 1.00, ranking 2 Donny Irawan with a total score of 0.68, and rank 3 Yosi Eskamarina with a total score of 0.29. With the sensitivity test based on the employee's performance assessment, it is expected to be able to determine the right method between the saw method and the topsis method.

One system to be able to access the network can use an authentication system by utilizing the PHP API. In running the authentication system by utilizing the PHP API it is supported by several other tools or applications such as Apache2, PHP and MySQL. So using an authentication system using the PHP API can make settings or user management better such as speed settings, length of access time and other settings. Linux ubuntu server 20.04 is an open source operating system, this operating system is very good for use as a server because it does not require high hardware specifications and can also be obtained free of charge because it is open source. The authentication system is very well implemented at SMA N 7 Bengkulu Selatan, this is because SMA N 7 Begkulu Selatan already has and uses internet access and with an authentication system using the PHP API this can make network management better. Both in terms of user settings, time and speed. In authenticating using the authentication system with the PHP API, it does not require a long time to authenticate, which is less than 5 seconds, this time will also be affected by the conditions of the computer network and the devices used.

Salah satu aplikasi yang di gunakan dalam pengolahan citra adalah mendeteksi tulang retak pada tulang kering.Citra (image) adalah sebagai salah satu komponen multimedia yang memegangperanan pentingsebagai bentuk informasi visual.Citra mempunyaiÂ Â karakteristik yang tidak dimiliki oleh data teks, yaitu citra kaya denganÂ Â informasi.Meskipunsebuahcitra kayainformasi, namun seringkali citra yang kita miliki mengalamipenurunanmutu (degradasi), misalnya mengandung cacat atauÂ derau (noise), warnanya terlalu kontras, kurang tajam,kabur(blurring),dansebagainya.Penggunaan filter Sobel dan filter Prewitt (Adlakha, et all, 2016) untuk mendapatkan tepi dari citra masukan dan mendapatkan citra keluaran sesuai dengan nilai filter yang dikenakan pada citra masukan.
