Abstract

The development of technology is very influential on the development of technology today, especially in today's digital era. Technology has had a significant impact on human life in the social, economic and cultural fields. Technology has changed business processes to be more efficient and effective so as to increase productivity and business growth. One of them is the development of micro, small. And medium (UMKM) which are already many in Indonesia, the background of the formation of UMKM in Indonesia is the rapid development of technology. One of the reasons we took the title “Digital financial preparation training using the money lover application at the next level corn ice UMKM business” is because the ice UMKM business has not used financial reporting records using digital applications. This implementation is carried out by means of socialization using the money lover application in the MSME Ice business.

Abstract

Pada saat sekarang ini perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin mengalami perkembangan dengan pesat. Sama halnya dengan perkembangan ilmu kedokteran yang diperlukan untuk mengetahui hasil dan meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan penanganan medis terutama untuk mengidentifikasi suatu penyakit. Salah satu aplikasi yang di gunakan dalam pengolahan citra adalah mendeteksi tulang retak pada tulang kering.Citra (image) adalah sebagai salah satu komponen multimedia yang memegangperanan pentingsebagai bentuk informasi visual.Citra mempunyai   karakteristik yang tidak dimiliki oleh data teks, yaitu citra kaya dengan   informasi.Meskipunsebuahcitra kayainformasi, namun seringkali citra yang kita miliki mengalamipenurunanmutu (degradasi), misalnya mengandung cacat atau  derau (noise), warnanya terlalu kontras, kurang tajam,kabur(blurring),dansebagainya.Penggunaan filter Sobel dan filter Prewitt (Adlakha, et all, 2016) untuk mendapatkan tepi dari citra masukan dan mendapatkan citra keluaran sesuai dengan nilai filter yang dikenakan pada citra masukan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Trust, Promotion, Cost, and Facility Conditions on the Decision to Use QRIS in Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving a sample of 100 QRIS users in Bengkulu City selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that TAM, Cost, and Facility Conditions partially have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use QRIS. Conversely, Trust and Promotion were found to have no significant effect partially. Simultaneously, the five independent variables of TAM, Trust, Promotion, Cost, and Facility Conditions were proven to have a significant effect on the Decision to Use QRIS, with R2 value of 0.583, which means that these variables were able to explain 58.3% of the variation in the Decision to Use QRIS.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam memilih dan menikmati layanan kuliner, termasuk usaha pecel lele di Kota Bengkulu. Konsumen kini menuntut pelayanan yang cepat, kemudahan transaksi non-tunai, serta pengalaman makan yang nyaman. Namun, sebagian besar UMKM pecel lele masih beroperasi secara konvensional tanpa pemanfaatan teknologi secara optimal, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan daya saing dan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meneliti pengaruh inovasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan penggunaan teknologi finansial (fintech) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM pecel lele di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh inovasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan penggunaan fintech terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji t dan uji F. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 106 responden yang merupakan pelanggan UMKM pecel lele di Kota Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial inovasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan penggunaan fintech berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai t hitung inovasi sebesar 2,755, kualitas pelayanan 9,696, dan fintech 4,977 — semuanya lebih besar dari t tabel 1,659. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 144,215 > F tabel 2,69. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,809 atau 80,9% menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan fintech mampu menjelaskan 80,9% variasi kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya 19,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Kualitas pelayanan menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dibandingkan dua variabel lainnya. Kata kunci: Inovasi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Fintech, Kepuasan Pelanggan, UMKM Pecel Lele, Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the physical, social, personal and psychological factors on purchasing decisions at the Semaku Ponsel Manna Counter, South Bengkulu. The method in this research uses validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. This type of research uses quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 62 visitors who came to the Semaku Ponsel Manna Counter, South Bengkulu Regency, who were chosen randomly. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation: Y = 7.546 + 0.165 X1 + 0.313X2 + 0.167X3 + 0.210 The value of the coefficient of determination from the results of calculations using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination value from R square is 0.672. This means that the value of cultural factors (X1), the value of social factors (X2), the value of personal factors (X3), and psychological factors (X4) influence purchasing decisions (Y) by 67.2% while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The test results for the variables cultural factors (X1), social factors (X2), personal factors (X3) and psychological factors (X4) simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Semaku Ponsel Manna, South Bengkulu. This is proven by the significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that these four variables together have a significant influence on cellphone purchasing decisions among consumers of Semaku Ponsel Manna, South Bengkulu.

Abstract

PT. Agrodehasen Bengkulu, one of the universities engaged in agriculture, to increase the resources of its employees in improving the quality of work is of course supported and influenced by the performance of employees who are competent in their fields. Where at PT. Agrodehasen Bengkulu in giving awards to the best employees every year so far it is still done manually, this certainly can increase employee morale at work and always run a business by fulfilling several criteria set by PT Agrodehasen. In this decision support system it can help calculate all the criteria in which this system uses a Weighted Product (WP) method. This method is a simple method with multiplication to link attribute ratings, where each attribute rating must be raised to the power of the attribute in question. there are four criteria, namely attendance, cooperation, quantity of work and responsibility where each employee will have these criteria. In this case, to determine the best employee is done by adding up the weight of the performance rating on each alternative for all attributes

Abstract

As a financial institution, the banking sector naturally requires digital service adaptation, and the banking sector in Indonesia is no exception. Generally, the banking sector in Indonesia comprises two main approaches: conventional banking and Islamic banking. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of service quality and mobile banking usage on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri KCP. Kepahiang. The methods used in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. This is a quantitative study. The sample size for this study was 55 visitors to Bank Mandiri KCP Kepahiang, selected at random. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis yielded the equation: Y = 8.830 + 0.449X1 + 0.356X2. This indicates a positive regression direction, meaning that the variables Service Quality (X1) and mobile banking usage (X2) have a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y) at Bank Mandiri KCP Kepahiang. From the calculations using SPSS, the coefficient of determination (R-squared) was found to be 0.689. This means that Service Quality (X1) and Mobile Banking Usage (X2) account for 68.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
