Abstract

Teacher performance is a primary factor determining the quality of instruction. This study aims to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence, work motivation, and the physical work environment on teacher performance at the AB Complex Budidaya Branch. The study employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique. The research population consists of 39 teachers across the Kindergarten A, Elementary School B, Junior High School X, and Vocational High School Z levels. Data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS 26, incorporating tests for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that pedagogical competence, work motivation, and the physical work environment each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also exert a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.771 indicates that 77.1% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by pedagogical competence, work motivation, and the physical work environment, while 22.9% is influenced by factors outside the research model. Thus, enhancing pedagogical competence, work motivation, and the physical work environment can support improvements in teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Korean brand ambassadors, fanaticism, and the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on purchasing decisions regarding K-pop collaboration products. A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing a survey method involving 112 K-pop fans. Data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS. The findings reveal that, individually, Korean brand ambassadors (t = 4.664; sig. 0.000), fanaticism (t = 4.287; sig. 0.000), and FOMO (t = 4.122; sig. 0.000) have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three variables also exert a significant influence (F = 16.933; sig. 0.000), with a coefficient of determination of 30.1%. These results indicate that marketing, emotional, and psychological factors play a crucial role in driving purchasing decisions for K-pop collaboration products.

Abstract

Kopisari Farmer Group manages a 0.29-ha coffee MSME in Plaosan Village with 360 BP 308 coffee trees planted since 2008. The main problems are the lack of clear brand identity, structured product narratives, and consistent digital marketing channel management. This community service program aims to improve the partner's branding and digital marketing capacity through hands-on training and mentoring. The method used is participatory training, including needs assessment, positioning-storytelling workshops, social media optimization practice, and content calendar development. The program was evaluated using pre-test and post-test methods. The results showed an 85% increase in partner understanding, with average scores rising from 40 to 85. Practically, the partner successfully produced a positioning document, brand identity draft, farm storytelling script, and content calendar. The partner also optimized their digital storefront and activated customer reviews as social proof. In conclusion, practice-based mentoring effectively accelerates digital marketing adoption for farmer-group-based coffee MSMEs
