Kata Kunci:  Bandung Sketchwalk, Konstruksi Sketsa, Urban Sketch, Wisata Heritage AbstractHeritage tourism is a type of tourism that is experiencing growth in several countries that have a diversity and uniqueness of cultural heritage. Abstract

The incidence of stroke in Indonesia continues to increase, which causes an increase in cases of aphasia. Meanwhile, the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 81 of 2014 does not explicitly regulate the mechanism of speech therapy for bilingual aphasia patients, including those of Sundanese-Indonesian bilingual aphasia. The study aimed to find verbal expressions of bilingual aphasia patients, patterns of language competence recovery, and determinants of the language competence recovery process in Sundanese-Indonesian bilingual aphasia patients. We analyzed the data 4 Sundanese-Indonesian bilingual aphasia patients at Al Islam Hospital, Bandung, and National Brain Center Hospital, Jakarta, using a list of guiding questions and evaluation of TADIR: Tes Afasia untuk Diagnosa, Informasi, dan Rehabilitasi (Aphasia Test for Diagnosis, Information, and Rehabilitation). While the limited sample size of four patients may affect the generalizability and reliability of the findings, the study provides a crucial insight into recovery patterns specific to Sundanese-Indonesian bilingual aphasia patients. This study showed selective, asymmetric, and symmetric recovery patterns in bilingual Sundanese-Indonesian patients. This study reinforces the assumption that linguistic familiarity is the main factor in the recovery of language competence in Sundanese-Indonesian bilingual aphasia patients.

Abstract

This paper is  the  result of the  author  who  has  participated in  various  trainings organized  by   the  Director  General   of Higher  Education,  Ministry  of National Education.  Based on that,  it can  be stated that  both soft skills,  effective  learning, and  character  education,  the three  are not in the  realm  related  to technical  skills, professional  scientific fields,  or things  that  are  motoric in nature.  All three  are  in the  area  ofpersonality competence. All three  are more closely related  to EQ., SQ., Heart,  to live together  and  to be than  with IQ,  hand,  head,  to do,  or to know.  Thus the  meaning of sofs skills,  character  education  is  not much  diferent from affective abilities.  However,  of course  there  are  diferences,  such  as  the  sofs skill gives  a broader picture  ofpersonality,  while  character  education provides a more specific and specific personality picture than  affective competence.  This can be seen  clearly from  the  many   and  broad  scope  of the  attributes  of soft skills,  as  well  as  the specific and  specific character  education goals  that  emphasize the  basic values  of character, namely honesty, smart, tough, and  caring. Efforts to carry out character education  in  the  ISBI  Bandung  environment will  be  confronted  with   the  main problem,  namely  the  ability  to make changes in the  level  of thought  patterns and patterns   of  action.    The   mindset   of  entering    into   the    realm,    namely    the implementation  of activities  carried  out in  the ISBI Bandung environment must be able  to  incorporate  elements  of the  basic  values   of character  into  each  activity carried  out.  The pattern of action  can  be in  the form  of building  synergy between lecturers   and   students.   The   synergy  between  lecturers  and   students  is   an intellectual capital to realize success..

Abstract

In Article 338 of the Criminal Code, the element of taking a life is formulated as een ander van het leven beroven which means "taking another person's life". Because the act or behavior of taking another person's life does not always contain an element of violence, whereas if the word oven is translated with the word plunder then the act must be carried out with violence. The research method used in this thesis is juridical-empirical. Juridical-empirical research is legal research regarding the application or implementation of normative legal provisions directly to each specific legal event that occurs in society. Data collection methods are techniques or methods that can be used by researchers to collect data. The technique of designating a word that is abstract and not manifested in objects, but its use can only be seen through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, exams (tests), documentation, etc. Based on the research results, in case 200/Pid.B/2023/PN Kabanjahe, the application of Article 338 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) as a basis for assessing the crime of murder has a number of aspects that need to be studied in depth. The Public Prosecutor charged the Defendant with many articles, starting from Article 170 paragraph (2) 3e of the Criminal Code to Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code. This shows the prosecutor's efforts to cover all actions carried out by the Defendant. However, the main focus should be on premeditated murder, which is regulated in Article 340 of the Criminal Code. In case 200/Pid.B/2023/PN Kabanjahe, the defendant Melina Simanjuntak alias Mamak Rani alias Ina Juntak was found guilty of committing the crime of murder accompanied by theft based on Article 339 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code. The Panel of Judges considered a number of legal facts revealed during the trial, including the Defendant's direct involvement in the criminal acts committed with Jamando Sipayung. The use of strong evidence, such as bloodstains and valuables belonging to the victim, further strengthens the charges. Therefore, the Defendant was sentenced to prison for 15 years, with the period of detention already served being deducted from the sentence. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that in case 200/Pid.B/2023/PN Kbj, the application of the elements The crime of murder as regulated in Article 338 of the Criminal Code has been carried out carefully. Apart from that, the consideration of the Panel of Judges in handing down sentences against perpetrators also reflects justice. The judge considers the background of the case, the perpetrator's motivation based on hurt feelings, and the impact of the act on the victim and his family

Abstract

Aphasia, a complex communication disorder resulting from brain damage, causes difficulties in understanding and using language. The phenomenon of bilingual aphasia is challenging due to its complexity in understanding and rehabilitating language disorders. In the globalization era, the dual-speaking population's growth is increasing. However, our understanding of bilingual aphasia is still limited. Therefore, in-depth and systematic research is needed to guide bilingual aphasia's diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. This study used a rigorous literature review method, with a thematic search and analysis of relevant studies on bilingual aphasia. Symptom profiles, risk factors, pathophysiology, and rehabilitation strategies were comprehensively reviewed. The thematic analysis of the literature revealed diverse symptom profiles in individuals with bilingual aphasia and associated risk factors and pathophysiological mechanisms. In addition, this study examined effective rehabilitation strategies appropriate to the characteristics of bilingual aphasia. This research has important implications in neurolinguistics and aphasiology, improving the accuracy of diagnosis, development of appropriate interventions, and effective rehabilitation planning. The results make valuable contributions to clinical practitioners, researchers, and educators in providing better care and support for individuals with bilingual aphasia. In addition, this study also enriches our understanding of the complexity of language and the brain-language connection at large.

Abstract

As one of the largest industries in the world, tourism has become a rapidly growing phenomenon, yet this industry is very vulnerable to its surrounding issues, including the current Covid-19 pandemics. The travel restriction imposition has made Central Java government reconsider about its initial tourism development strategies as they need to minimise the spread of the virus while trying to accelerate the tourism sector. To implement this adjusted tourism strategies, based on policy analysis taken by the Central Java Provincial Government and its applications in the field, a tourism program named “Njagani Plesiran” was launched. This jargon “Njagani Plesiran” was derived from local Javanese language which literally means maintaining tourism activities. This study uses a literature study method in analysing the tourism policies. To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the Njagani Plesiran, the Great Chinese Temple Sam Poo Kong promotes the programes through various media channels. The expected impact of this tourism program implementation is that while local mobility within the country is still allowed yet regulated, allowing tourism businesses to remain open, the spread of Covid-19 in tourist destinations can be controlled and eventually prevented. Abstract

The transformation of work systems in the post-COVID-19 era has accelerated the widespread adoption of hybrid work models, including within the creative industry sector. While this model offers flexibility, it also presents new psychosocial challenges, particularly for Generation Z, who now dominate the younger workforce demographic. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of Generation Z in cultivating resilience amid the dynamics of hybrid work. Employing an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight Gen Z employees in creative roles to understand the adaptive strategies they had developed. The analysis revealed five core themes: (1) initial ambiguity and adaptation to hybrid reality, (2) the search for meaning and personal–professional balance, (3) the strength of social connections and emotional support, (4) the ambivalence of digital technology, and (5) self-reflection as a recovery mechanism. The findings suggest that resilience among Generation Z is not merely about endurance, but involves an active process of meaning-making and psychological growth that is reflective, social, and contextually grounded. Practical implications highlight the importance of organizational interventions that support emotional well-being, social inclusivity, and digital literacy as integral to strengthening the psychological capital of young employees in the hybrid work era.
