Abstract

Latar belakang: Untuk mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan dalam pendidikan kedokteran gigi, penilaian merupakan komponen penting atas pengalaman pendidikan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan pemberdayaan terhadap kecerdasan emosional melalui kelelahan kerja (burnout) mahasiswa profesi dokter gigi RSGMP UNHAS. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa profesi dokter gigi yang aktif RSGMP UNHAS sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling. Hasil: hasil uji regresi beban kerja nilai ρ = 0,049 dimana ρ< 0,05, hasil uji regresi pemberdayaan ρ= 0,000 dimana ρ < 0,05, hasil uji regresi kelelahan kerja ρ value = 0,000 dimana ρ < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja, pemberdayaan dan kelelahan kerja mempunyai pengaruh ke kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa profesi dokter gigi RSGMP UNHAS. Kesimpulan: penelitian ini menyarankan perlu inovasi dalam pengaturan siklus departement untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dari mahasiswa profesi dokter gigi dan kepada mahasiswa perlu meningkatkan manajemen waktu dan motivasi kerja serta keterampilan sesuai kompetensi yang diterapkan.

Abstract

Currently, people's demands for clean, fair, transparent, and accountable governance must be taken seriously and systematically. To be more accountable a strategy is needed in preventing fraud by maximizing the competency of the apparatus and whistleblowing. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Servants' Competence, Whistleblowing, on Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Management. This research method uses descriptive and verification surveys, and field data collection uses a questionnaire technique, this research is associative research, where in this study there are variables that are related and can influence other variables. The population of this research is village government officials in the Madang Suku II sub-district, East OKU district. Data processing using SEM PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study are: (1) there is an influence of Servants' Competence, on the prevention of fraud in the management of village funds, (2) there is an effect of whistleblowing on the prevention of fraud in the management of village funds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tingkat persepsi harga dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa transportasi ojek online Grab di kota palembang. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan ukuran perusahaan dalam memperbaiki atau meningkatkan kualitas suatu usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan jasa transportasi ojek online (Grab) di kota palembang yang sebanyak 500 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Jenis datanya adalah data primer dan data skunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 23 menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dari hasil koefisiensi regressi yang didapat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Kota Baturaja. Dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Kota Baturaja. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Kota Baturaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 dengan jumlah sampel 55 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yang umum digunakan dalam bidang statistik, khususnya saat perhitungan data dalam bentuk survey dengan populasi yang relatif besar. Data tersebut diolah dalam bentuk data numerik (angka) dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan analisis data. Data diproses dengan menggunakan SPSS, meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji T, UJi F. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan jika di uji secara simultan atau bersama-sama maka motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Kota Baturaja.

Abstract

It is quite unexpected that within the tax environment, instances of tax evasion through a few people who are now no longer complying with tax rules to decrease the quantity of tax that groups must pay to be able to obtain better income are still frequent. This observation became performed by the authors to illustrate the consequences of profitability and capital depth variables on tax avoidance of mining zone corporations indexed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The first observed population consisted of 34 mining corporations indexed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2021. The sampling technique for this observe come 14 corporations indexed the usage of the centered sampling technique and met all pattern choice criteria. Abstract

In an era marked by increasing geopolitical tensions and consumer activism, the boycott of products associated with certain political stances, such as those supporting Israel, has created unique market voids and opportunities. This paper explores strategic avenues for Muslim entrepreneurs to capitalize on these emerging market gaps. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative insights from expert interviews and quantitative market analysis, this study identifies key areas where Muslim entrepreneurs can effectively intervene and thrive. The findings reveal that the boycott movement has led to a demand shift in various sectors, including food, technology, and apparel, presenting ripe opportunities for alternative products and services. This paper proposes a framework for Muslim entrepreneurs to identify these opportunities, develop culturally and ethically aligned products, and employ targeted marketing strategies to capture and expand their market presence. The study not only contributes to the existing literature on market strategies in politically charged environments but also provides practical guidelines for entrepreneurs seeking to navigate and leverage these complex market dynamics. The implications of this research extend beyond immediate market opportunities, suggesting a broader role for entrepreneurial ventures in shaping economic landscapes amidst political and social upheavals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of management and economic strategies in improving the competitiveness of the company. This research method uses a literature review. The results show that management strategies integrated with economic principles improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. In particular, companies that apply sophisticated market analyses and economic theories in their decision-making process tend to be more adaptive to changing market conditions and have a higher degree of resilience to external disturbances. The involvement of economic theories, such as comparative advantage and elasticity analyses, is proven to assist firms in identifying strategic opportunities and allocating resources effectively, which contributes to an improved competitive position in the market. Overall, the integration of management and economic strategies was found to be the best practice in preparing firms for volatile global business dynamics, enabling improvements in financial performance and long-term sustainability. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach in business strategy formulation to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Kabupaten PALI melalui pengembangan wisata kuliner ikan asap sagarurung berbasis experience economy. Experience economy adalah konsep di mana konsumen tidak hanya membeli produk, tetapi juga mencari pengalaman yang berkesan dan bermakna. Dalam konteks ini, pengunjung tidak hanya mencicipi ikan asap sagarurung, tetapi juga terlibat dalam proses pembuatan, mengenal budaya pengasapan ikan, dan menikmati suasana pedesaan yang asri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif, yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pemetaan potensi wisata kuliner ikan asap sagarurung, identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, dan penyusunan rencana aksi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan wisata kuliner ikan asap sagarurung berbasis experience economy dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat Kabupaten PALI. Pengembangan wisata kuliner ikan asap sagarurung berbasis experience economy merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Kabupaten PALI. Melalui pendekatan ini, ikan asap sagarurung tidak hanya menjadi produk kuliner, tetapi juga menjadi daya tarik wisata yang unik dan berkesan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, menciptakan lapangan kerja, melestarikan budaya, dan meningkatkan citra daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude, risk perception, and government policy on the intention to purchase electric cars in Palembang City. Referring to the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theoretical framework, this study posits that risk perception and policy serve as a stimulus, attitude as an organism, and purchase intention as a response. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 135 respondents who have the potential to be electric car buyers. The results of the study indicate that risk perception does not have a significant effect on attitude or purchase intention. In contrast, government policy and environmental concerns have a significant positive effect on attitude, while relative advantage also has a strong contribution. Consumer attitudes have been shown to have a significant effect on forming the intention to purchase electric cars. The conclusion of this study confirms that the strategy for adopting electric cars needs to be focused on strengthening positive consumer attitudes through policy incentives, environmental education, and promotion of the benefits of electric vehicles. Managerially, the government needs to expand fiscal and non-fiscal policies and accelerate the development of supporting infrastructure. Manufacturers and automotive industry players are also expected to increase marketing campaigns based on environmental values ​​and operational efficiency to increase the attractiveness of the electric vehicle market.

Abstract

The agricultural sector faces significant challenges due to increasing pressure on natural resources and the need for more sustainable production systems. The linear economic model that has dominated agricultural activities has led to high levels of waste and decreased resource efficiency. In this context, implementing a circular economy is a strategic step towards creating an efficient, environmentally friendly, and competitive agricultural system. This study aims to analyze how technology integration can strengthen the implementation of a circular economy in sustainable agricultural waste management. The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data from various sources, including previous research, policy reports, and scientific publications relevant to the theme of sustainable agriculture. The data obtained were then analyzed thematically to identify the relationship between technology implementation, policy, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in supporting a circular agricultural system. The results show that transforming agricultural systems toward resource efficiency requires strong support from digital technology, adaptive public policies, and active community participation in waste management. In addition to increasing farmer productivity and welfare, a circular system also strengthens local economic resilience and environmental sustainability. Therefore, technology integration in a circular agricultural economy is a crucial pillar for realizing modern agriculture that is equitable, inclusive, and long-term resilient.
