Abstract

The manufacturing industry has grown rapidly in the last few decades. 3D printing is one of the technologies of manufacturing, this technology makes products by adding filaments that are stacked systematically to become a finished product. PETG filament is a polymer with the name polyester but with glycol modification. This study aims to determine and understand the effect of the process parameters layer height, nozzle temperature, infill geometry and printing speed. This research method uses the Taguchi method with L16 and various parameters; layer height 0.12mm; 0.16mm; 0.2mm; 0.28mm, infill geometry cross; cubic; tri-hexagonal; triangles, nozzle temperature 220ºC; 230ºC; 240ºC; 250ºC and printing speed 40mm/s; 50mm/s; 60mm/s; 70mm/s. After testing, it can be concluded that the most influential parameters are sequentially; layer height, nozzle temperature, printing speed, and infill geometry with layer height parameters have the dominant influence, nozzle temperature and printing speed parameters have a balanced influence and infill geometry parameters have the least influence.

Abstract

Success in the injection molding process is seen from the results of products that do not produce defects. Warpage defects are one of the defects resulting from the injection molding process. One way to measure warpage defects is to use the ImageJ application. The data processing stage in this study uses the Taguchi method statistical method with two independent variables namely holding time and mold temperature, each of which has three factors and repeated data three times, which aims to obtain more accurate values. The results showed a very influential variable is the holding time parameter then the mold temperature parameter. The higher the level of holding time parameters, the smaller the result of warpage defects. Unlike the holding time parameters, the best mold temperature parameters at the middle level, the result will be a small warpage defect produced. The experimental results of the highest level value on the holding time parameter are 15 seconds while in the mold temperature the value of the middle level is 50 ° C which produces a defect of 1%. While the lowest holding time parameter value is 5 seconds and the highest mold temperature level parameter value of 70 ° C is the worst variation of parameters because it produces a defect of 22%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPantai Selatan yang berada di kawasan Kecamatan Puger memiliki luas perairan yang sangat luas. Hal ini menjadi peluang bagi masyarakat sekitar sebagai ladang usaha para nelayan. Mayoritas mata pencaharian dari penduduk di kawasan pesisir Kecamatan Puger adalah seorang nelayan. Permasalahan yang ada di Kecamatan Puger terkait sosial budaya dan ekonomi. Perputaran pendapatan nelayan seringnya membengkak pada kebutuhan bahan bakar mesin. Rata-rata perahu nelayan di Desa Puger Wetan menggunakan motor penggerak yang dilengkapi dengan alat tangkap. Motor penggerak yang digunakan masih secara manual dalam menghidupkannya. Dalam melangsungkan hidupnya para nelayan di Desa Puger Wetan Kecamatan Puger mengirimkan hasil tangkapannya untuk pasar regional dan nasional. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem baru untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi perikanan Puger yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas produksi namun diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan industri perikanan dan mengurangi kecenderungan perpindahan tenaga kerja yang berlebihan, termasuk menghasilkan produk sesuai karakteristik wilayah sehingga dapat memiliki akar yang lebih kuat pada kegiatan ekonomi pedesaan. Sehingg dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi para nelayan mengenai penggunaan mesin Stater rotary. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan para nelayan mengenai perkembangan teknologi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2022 hingga 30 September 2022. Berdasarkan hasil yang dilakukan, para nelayan merasa tertarik dengan penggunaan mesin stater rotary guna penunjang kegiatan menangkap ikan. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan penggunaan mesin stater rotary ini dapat menurunkan 50% penggunaan bahan bakar daripada penggunaan mesin sebelumnya. Kata kunci: mesin stater rotary; kapal 3 GT; nelayan ABSTRACTThe South Beach which is in the Puger District area has a very wide water area. This is an opportunity for the surrounding community as a business field for fishermen. The majority of the livelihood of residents in the coastal area of Puger District is a fisherman. The problems in Puger District are related to socio-cultural and economic. The income of fishermen often swells to the need for engine fuel. The average fishing boat in Puger Wetan Village uses a motor that is equipped with fishing gear. The driving motor used is still manually turning it on. In carrying out their lives, fishermen in Puger Wetan Village, Puger District, send their catches to regional and national markets. Therefore, a new system is needed to increase the production of Puger fishery which can increase production effectiveness but is expected to be able to grow the fishing industry and reduce the tendency of excessive labor migration, including producing products according to regional characteristics so that they can have stronger roots in rural economic activities. So that socialization and training were carried out for fishermen regarding the use of the Starter Rotary machine. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of fishermen about technological developments. This activity was carried out from 27 August 2022 to 30 September 2022. Based on the results carried out, the fishermen felt interested in using the starter machine to support fishing activities. This is because the use of this rotary starter engine can reduce fuel use by 50% compared to the use of the previous engine. Keywords: machine of stater rotary; fishing vessel of 3 gt; fisherman.

Abstract

The presence of nano technology has an important role in utilizing a material, considering the use of nanotechnology in Indonesia has been applied in various fields, in the formation of nano zinc oxide (ZnO) there is a solidification process where this process is the final stage in ZnO nano formation. In the dynamic molecular simulation method, the nano ZnO solidification process will be observed with variations in the solidification temperature rates of 1010K/s, 1011K/s, 1012K/s, using LAMMPS software (Large-scale atomic / molecular massively parallel simulators) and OVITO as Help software from the results of the simulation process and VESTA-JP Minerals. From the simulation results, it can be concluded that the greater the solid temperature rate value the lower the nano ZnO crystallinity will be (amorphous).

Abstract

Composites are made of multiple materials that are combined to create new materials with better properties. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of SiC and Cu weight fractions on hardness, tensile strength, microstructure and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of Al 6061 composites. The manufacturing method used for creating composites in this study was stir-casting. Each composite component and its functions are as follows: aluminum 6061 as the matrix, silicon carbide (SiC) as a reinforcement, and copper (Cu) functions to improve the characteristics of the composite. Variations were made by weight composition of SiC (1%, 3%, and 5%) and Cu (5% and 8%). Observations were carried out on their hardness, tensile strength, and microstructure; each of which using Rockwell hardness test B (ASTM E 18 standard), a multipurpose tensile testing machine, and SEM, respectively. The results of this study indicate that the addition of SiC and Cu affects the aluminum 6061 characteristics. The best result of the hardness test was shown at Al6061 + 5% SiC + 8% Cu (109.37 HRB). The best tensile strength (UTS) test result was shown at Al6061 + 5% SiC + 8% Cu (211.8 MPa) with elongation number of 2.8%. There has been a significant reduction in grain size under micro observations that occurred very well but was still relatively not uniform. The result of several SEM observation phases formed by the combination of Al6061 and the addition of 5% SiC + 5% Cu and 8% Cu showed an observation phase of AlZnMgCu, α (Al) + AlZnMgCu, Al2Cu, and Al2CuMg.

Abstract

The Organic Fertilizer Processing Unit (UPPO) is an effort to improve land fertility to increase agricultural productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial feasibility on the welfare of farmer groups based on the organic fertilizer processing unit (UPPO) program in Madiun Regency. This research is a mixed method research that combines qualitative and quantitative designs at one time. Taking respondents purposively (intentionally) namely 75 people. The location of this research is in Madiun Regency, in 3 sub-districts in the sub-districts of Wonoasri, Mejayan and Saradan. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire instrument. Data Analysis of data using regression analysis and business feasibility (fixed and variable costs, revenue, income, R/C). The results of this study indicate that the Farmer Groups in the Districts of Wonoasri, Mejayan, and Saradan have an R/C Ratio value of > 1, so that a business based on the UPPO program is declared feasible to continue. There is a significant effect of financial feasibility on the welfare of farmer groups in Madiun Regency with a p-value = 0.010.

Abstract

Pertanian organik merupakan upaya pengembangan agribisnis dengan peningkatan produktivitas lahan dengan pemanfaatan potensi lokal yaitu sumberdaya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi wilayah Desa Sambirejo; dan menganalisis kelayakan finansial usahatani padi di Desa Sambirejo Kecamatan Mantingan Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan didukung pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tehnik dokumentasi, penyebaran kuisioner, dan kajian literatur. Sampel ditentukan dengan purposive sampling yaitu memilih responden yang mengetahui kondisi aktual di kelompoktani dan potensi Desa Sambirejo sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Desa Sambirejo secara administrasi dan geografis sangat strategis, sehingga memperoleh keuntungan dalam hal kemudahan akses antar wilayah dan antar daerah. Selain itu, potensi pertanian umumnya, yang dapat diunggulkan adalah komoditas tanaman pangan, khususnya padi, dengan luasan lahan persawahan 58% dari luas total wilayah Desa Sambirejo. Analisis kelayakan finansial usaha tani padi sawah dengan protokol pertanian organik direkomendasikan layak untuk dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan, dengan nilai Revenue Cost Ratio usaha tani organik dengan produk beras sebesar 1,26.

Abstract

Desa Sambirejo merupakan salah satu desa dari 16 desa yang ditunjuk dalam pilot project Program Desa Organik oleh Bupati Ngawi pada tahun 2016. bahan pangan yang aman dan penghidupan secara berkelanjutan. Pertanian organik sebagai solusi masalah penurunan kualitas lahan akibat sistem pertanian konvensional yang dilakukan selama ini. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program Desa organik kekhawatiran petani bhawa dengan sistem pertanian organik dapat menurunkan produktifitas pertanian, dalam hal ini adalah padi, yang berakibat dapat menurunkan kesejahteraan petani padi. Selain itu, juga ada kekhawatiran mengenai pemasaran beras organik organik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Tani Padi Berbasis Protokol Pertanian Organik Sebagai Pilot Project Kabupaten Ngawi”. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui potensi wilayah Desa Sambirejo; dan (2) Mengetahui strategi pengembangan Usahatani padi berbasis Protokol Pertanian Organik di Desa Sambirejo Kecamatan Mantingan Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan didukung pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tehnik wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan kajian literatur. Sampel ditentukan dengan purposive sampling yaitu memilih informan yang mengetahui kondisi aktual di kelompoktani dan potensi Desa Sambirejo. Dari hasil analisis, dapat diketahui bahwa Strategi yang paling cocok diterapkan pada pengembangan usaha tani padi berbasis protokol organik di Desa Sambirejo Kecamatan Mantingan Kabupaten Ngawi.adalah Strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunity), yaitu: (a) Mengajukan Fasilitasi Sertifikasi Organik; (b) Pengadaan benih lokal/beras khusus dari komunitas organik; (c) Pengajuan usulan bantuan alat dan mesin pertanian pasca panen; (d) Memanfaatkan alat dan mesin untuk mengatasi keterbatasan jumlah tenaga buruh tani.

Abstract

Peningkatan membaca al-Qur’an menjadi hal penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan mempelajari al-Qur’an maka diharapkan tingkat spiritual anak didik meningkat, sehingga akan berdampak kepada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor anak didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa upaya guru dalam meningkatan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an di SMP Islam Muqorrobin Singosari Malang dilakukan dengan pertama, optimalisasi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran intra kulikuler. Kedua, optimalisasi proses pembelajaran ekstra kulikuler. Ketiga, evaluasi pembelajaran. Kempat, penambahan sarana dan prasarana. Kelima, Peningkatan kualitas Guru.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of competition in the culinary business world which is now increasingly rampant. MSMEs are competing to continue to innovate following advances in information technology and create distinct product advantages. This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation, product innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation on SMEs in Nganjuk Regency. This research is quantitative, The resource primary from questionnaires distributed to MSME actors in Nganjuk Regency. The population in this study is SMEs that fit the research criteria. The sample used was 82 respondents. The test equipment used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination testing with the help of SPSS version 25. The conclusions are (1) There is a significant and partial effect, between market orientation and competitive advantage in centers MSMEs sleepy district. (2) There is a significant and partial influence between product innovation and competitive advantage in the MSME centers of Nganjuk Regency. (3) There is a significant and partial influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage in the MSME centers of Nganjuk Regency. (4) There is a significant and partial influence between market orientation, product innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation with competitive advantage in the MSME centers of Nganjuk Regency.
