Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sudut distorsi dan kekuatan tarik serta hubungan keduanya hasil pengelasan SMAW dengan variasi pola gerak elektroda. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1)sudut distorsi dengan pola gerak elektroda melingkar sebesar 1,6o, (2)pola gerak elektroda zig-zag 1,4o, (3)pola gerak elektroda C 2,8o. (4)pada spesimen raw material diperoleh kekuatan tarik sebesar 19,36 kgf/mm2. (5)Nilai kekuatan tarik pada pola gerak elektroda melingkar 21,714 kgf/mm2, (6)pola gerak elektroda zig-zag 22,528 kgf/mm2, (7)pola gerak elektroda C 23,134 kgf/mm2.

Abstract

Proses pengelasan jika tidak diperhitungkan sebelumnya dapat mengakibatkan bahaya-bahaya yang tidak diinginkan bagi pekerja las, contohnya kebakaran, peledakan, keretakan, dan bahaya yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah bahaya yang mengganggu alat pernapasan. Bahaya tersebut berasal dari asap dan radiasi sinar las. Meskipun demikian, pedoman untuk bekerja secara aman sesuai dengan prosedur kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja seringkali diabaikan, terutama oleh pekerja las di sektor informal dengan skala kecil. Oleh karena itu sangat wajar jika seringkali ditemukan tenaga kerja di bengkel pengelasan yang bekerja dengan tingkat keamanan yang sangat minim. Keadaan tersebut menyebabkan perlunya diadakan pelatihan guna meningkatkan pemahaman bahaya proses pengelasan serta keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja las di sektor informal.

Abstract

Tujuan menyeimbangkan kesejahteraan warga kota Surabaya melalui edukasi agar masyarakat yang terdampak covid-19 lebih sadar untuk bertahan serta meningkat taraf hidupnya. Untuk mewujudkan suasana tersebut, Kota Surabaya meluncurkan Program Bisnis Masyarakat Kelas Menengah Transformasi Digital/UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi ke semua sektor usaha. Harapannya, warga akan mendapat pendampingan pemasaran produk berbasis digital. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas usaha dan hasil produk,  Metode yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sampel diseluruh warga RT 05 Kelurahan Putat Jaya Kecamatan Sawahan sebagai bagian dari warga Pemkot Surabaya, mereka berpartisipasi aktif dalam UMKM ini untuk mewujudkan kelurahan yang berpromosi ekonomi secara online. Menjadikan Kelurahan yang kreatif dan inovatif yang mampu berkembang secara kreatif dan memberi wadah untuk berusaha, berkreasi dan berinovasi bagi warga. Hasilnya berupa program pelatihan mengemas produk yang akan dijual ke masyarakat meliputi UMKM Jaya rumput laut, macam-macam kue jagung kering dan basah yang diproduksi warga RT 05 gang IIA Putat Jaya, yang meliputi 23 jenis usaha yang dikerjakan di rumah dengan marketing online.

Abstract

The low ability to read in the early stages of children aged 4-5 is due to the absence of teaching reading methods in schools. The purpose of this study is to explore and identify the early reading abilities of children aged 4-5 years through the implementation of the phonics approach. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were group A, aged 4-5 years, with as many as 18 children, ten boys, and eight girls. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used interview guidelines and research observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the findings and discussion, the application of the phonics approach as an alternative method that is very effective and efficient is considered capable of dealing with lazy reading in early childhood. The implication of implementing a phonics approach using various media is very young for children in exploring early reading skills. Thus this phonics approach method is very feasible to be applied to early childhood in improving early reading learning at school.

Abstract

Tanoker adalah Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (Non-Governmental Organization) yang aktif pada advokasi anak-anak mantan pekerja migran melalui permainan tradisional egrang dan pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya mantan pekerja migran perempuan di Kecamatan Ledokombo Kabupaten Jember. Tujuan Tanoker memberikan program pemberdayaan bagi masyakarakat untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan/manajemen Tanocraft sebagai ruang edukasi pemberdayaan mantan pekerja migran perempuan di Tanoker. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling, Direktur Tanoker, Staf/Karyawan Tanocraft, dan Mantan Pekerja Migran Perempuan sebagai informan pendukung. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu triangulasi (triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik). Analisis data di lapangan menggunakan model Miles and Huberman dengan langkah-langkah yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pengelolaan Tanocraft memiliki fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, pembinaan, evaluasi, dan pengembangan. Perencanaan diawali dengan proses needs assesment dan merancang konsep kegiatan, sasaran, anggaran, output, dan outcome. Pengorganisasian yang dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu pengorganisasian masyarakat dan pengorganisasian staf/karyawan. Penggerakan dijalankan tidak menggunakan imbalan/uang transport dalam proses pelatihan. Pembinaan dilakukan dengan memberikan materi-materi yaitu kewirausahaan, keterampilan atau manajemen produksi, pengorganisasian dan public speaking, keuangan keluarga dan keuangan usaha, marketing/manajemen penjualan dan marketing promotion, gender perspective atau pengetahuan gender. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan Tanocraft menjadi ruang alternatif atau tempat belajar masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam membuat kerajinan tangan yang memberikan dampak terhadap perekonomian dan sosial-kultural. Kata Kunci:pengelolaan Tanocraft, ruang edukasi, pemberdayaan mantan pekerja migran perempuan.

Abstract

Islamic character education is a critical component of Islamic Religious Education (IRE), aiming to cultivate values such as honesty, responsibility, and social concern. In response to the challenges of modern education, Blended Problem-Based Learning (Blended-PBL) is proposed as an innovative approach to foster these values among students. This study employs a meta-analysis approach to examine the effect of Blended-PBL on strengthening Islamic character values in students. A systematic literature search was conducted across ERIC, Scopus, Wiley, and Google Scholar databases for studies published between 2020 and 2025. Of 119 articles identified, 10 met the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using the JASP software, applying a random-effects model to calculate pooled effect sizes and assess heterogeneity and publication bias. The analysis revealed a significant positive effect of Blended-PBL on strengthening Islamic character values (pooled effect size = 0.692; t = 6.403; p 0.001), with moderate to high effect sizes across studies. The heterogeneity test indicated variation among studies (Q = 29.124; p 0.001), justifying the use of a random-effects model. Egger’s test showed no evidence of publication bias (p = 0.078). Findings suggest that Blended-PBL is an effective pedagogical model in IRE contexts, supporting not only cognitive development but also character formation. This model integrates reflective, contextual learning with digital flexibility, offering practical implications for value-based Islamic education in higher institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Language Ability through Role Playing Method at Mutiara Bunda Early Childhood Education Jl.Kh Hasyim 4a Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency, 2021-2022 Academic Year. Language is the ability to communicate with other people. In this sense, it includes all ways to communicate, where thoughts and feelings are expressed in the form of symbols or symbols to express an understanding, such as by using spoken, written, number signs, paintings, and facial expressions. The research method used in this research is qualitative. With research procedures that include preliminary studies, planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The result of this research is that the children's language ability level  at  JL.KH  Wachid  Hasyim  4A  Kec.  Pademawu  Kab.  Pamekasan  for  the  academic  year 2021/2022 as a whole has not experienced a significant improvement as the standard of research success that was previously set, it is proven that the implementation of the actions in Cycle I of children who got good grades from 6 to 40%, at adequate scores to 9 children was 60% and a low score was 0. 0% But In Cycle I This Increase Is Not In Accordance With What Was Expected. Keywords: reflection; qualitative; value; significant

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of instilling discipline on the creativity of preschool children in kindergarten. Nurul Yaqin Nyalabu Laok, Pamekasan District, Pamekasan Regency, 2021/2022 Academic Year. Discipline is a way to build children so they can develop self-control. By using discipline, children can get a limit to correct their wrong behavior. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. With data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Analysis of the data used is a quantitative analysis because the data obtained can be realized in the form of numbers. The results obtained in this study are that there is an Influence of Discipline Planting on the Creativity of Preschool Age Children in Nurul Yaqin Nyalabu Laok Pamekasan Academic Year 2021/2022, this shows that if students are applied and instilled a disciplined attitude, it will also be embedded in attitudes and habits students to be more creative so that it will be embedded also in children's habits to increase creativity in addition to school also in the family environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between story listening skills in early childhood with the use of audio visual animation media in learning at Kb. At-Taqwa Academic Year 2021/2022. At the beginning of human life first learn to listen, then speak, read, and write. Mastery of listening skills will affect other language skills. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. With data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentaries and questionnaires. In this study to analyze the data the author uses statistical analysis (statistical analysis). The results obtained in this study are the relationship between story listening skills in early childhood and the use of audio-visual animation media in learning at At-taqwa Kindergarten in the 2021/2022 academic year. In the context of learning effectiveness, the main thing is listening to stories later in family planning activities. At-Taqwa is expected to apply more audio- visual animation learning so that it can improve the intelligence of students in family planning. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Humanizing The Classroom Learning With Early Childhood Emotional Development in Kindergarten. Dharma Wanita Proppo, Proppo Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency, 2021-2022 Academic Year. The teaching and learning process is a process that contains a series of actions of teachers and students on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in educational situations to achieve certain goals. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. With data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. The results obtained in this study are the influence of Humanizing The Classroom learning with the emotional development of pre-school age children in Dharma Wanita Kindergarten Proppo, Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Humanizing the classroom approach in every classroom learning will stimulate the emotional intelligence of students in kindergarten. Dharma Wanita Proppo, because by humanizing the classroom, children don't get an outward and inner suppression, they don't do any coercion. Every problem that arises in the classroom for students, teachers are required to be more humaniz and identify the problem and look for the root of the problem and the solution can be solved. Keywords: Humanizing; educative; documentation; classroom
