Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to get the actual picture about Simantri's Program evaluation at Kintamani's district, Bangli The method of this research is qualitative comparability to understand how simantri have differences in results between Abuan and Mengani. To collect the data this research use interview, observation, and documents. The result founded in this research which is, performing failing Programs Simantri at Mengani village because of some factor which is, lack of farmer group participations, communication that insufficiently effective among associate and farmer's group member, so the knowledge, attitude, and farmer member action in activity performing programs still less according to working procedure which be applied. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the actual manner implementation in archival influence on effectiveness of employee performance at the office population and civil registration Tabanan Regency. This study used quantitative research methods. The method of data collection used likert scale and questionnaire method. The instrument was tested use validity and reliability. The data technique used is descriptive analysis, classic assumpation test including normality test  and heteroscedasticity test, to determine the effed of use simple linier regression. The results showed that the effective filling implementation and have a significant positive influence of the effectiveness of employee performance at the office population and civil registration Tabanan Regency. Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan wajib pajak dilakukan salah satunya dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Salah satu pelayanan pajak daerah yang baru ditangani Dinas Pendapatan Kota Denpasar adalah Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBBP2). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar PBBP2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak jumlah sampel yaitu 100 wajib pajak. Hasil analisis temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepatuhan wajib pajak PBBP2 di Dinas Pendapatan Kota Denpasar dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan pajak secara positif dan signifikan dengan hasil R2 sebesar 78,4%. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana menunjukan kepatuhan wajib pajak akan menurun 5,677 apabila kualitas pelayanan konstan. Sebaliknya kepatuhan akan meningkat 0,523 bila kualitas pelayanan meningkat 1%. Dari uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung (18,873) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,984). Abstract

ABSTRAK LPD atau Lembaga Perkreditan Desa merupakan sumber pendapatan asli desa adat, karena 20% keuntungannya digunakan untuk pemberdayaan desa adat. Untuk tetap mempertahankan eksistensi dan kemajuan LPD maka diperlukan pegawai yang mempunyai loyalitas tinggi. Loyalitas ini yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi kinerja sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas pegawai terhadap kinerja. Tempat penelitian adalah di LPD Desa Adat Kedonganan. Penelitian ini alah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik Probability Sampling yakni Sampel Jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai LPD Desa Adat Kedonganan sebanyak 61 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner tertutup kepada sampel. Indikator dalam penelitian diuji dengan melakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengujian terhadap hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan persamaan regresi  Y = 3,083 + 0,724 X1 + e. Hasil dari R Square sebesar 0,635 menjelaskan bahwa sebesar 63,5% variabel Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel Loyalitas Pegawai. Kata Kunci : Loyalitas Pegawai, Kinerja, LPD (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa)

Abstract

ABSTRAK The advance of information in communication technology were developed so rapidly in the world, included in Indonesia. These development do not only affects the economics, social and culture but also touched government areas. The government developed the concept based on electronic government or known as e-government. Bali Provincial Government issued a policy of e-office application as part of the implementation of the concept. The implementation of e-office is a tool that can make government effective, efficient, transparent and accountable in providing service so people associated with the administration of correspondence in the General Affair and Protocol Bali Provincial Secretariat. The existence of the e-office is also alternative in creating good governance. This study used descriptive qualitative method. In obtaining the data, author conducted interviews with sources that are directly related to the study topics that author did. In addition, the author also conductedobservations to obtain primary data and did documents study in order to obtain secondary data. The conclusion of the study is the application of e-office showed their progress in the process of service correspondence. But the problems that must be observed is the provision of facility and infrastructure are still lacking resulting delays in administration process, still the implementation of some parts of the administration manually, the readiness of human resources, the existence of networks and servers are often susceptible to interference and lack of dissemination to the public related to the implementation of e-office. Abstract

ABSTRACT Civil servant which required placement effectively . Employee placement must be applied selectively according to the right position to be able to bring the agency on the expected performance result . But the organization structure in the Departement Of Transportation Denpasar did not correspond to current needs. This type of research is a quantitative research. Population studied are the civil servant in the Department Of Transportation Denpasar with the amount to 154 people . The sample in this study was 61 people by using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that employee placement positive and significant impact on performance, with the regression equation Y = 23.037 + 0.540 X. Result of R Square meaning that of 46.7% performance variation effected by variations in employee placement, while the remaining 53.3% explained by other factors. Abstract

ABSTRACT Giving motivation to employees has an important role to increase their productivity. One of the examples can be found on Government Employees with Labor Agreement (PPPK)at Land Office in Denpasar. The aim of this study was to find out the impacts of motivation towards working productivity. The method used in this study was quantitative method. The primary data was obtained by 55 questionnaires. The analysis showed that motivation had a positive and significant impact towards working productivity. Furthermore, the result of determination of R2 (R-square) was 58.0% and the remaining 42.0 % was influenced by other factors. Based on a simple linear regression analysis, it was seen that if the motivation was constant then productivity amounted to 5.728. However, if the motivation was increased 1 %, then the productivity would increase by 0.921. Moreover, based on significance test, it was obtained that tvalue (8,559) wasgreater than ttable (1,673).   Keyword: Motivation, Working Productivity, PPPK

Abstract

ABSTRACT Civil Servants Cooperatives (KPN) Bina Sejahtera in supporting and operating their business needed of employee performance with the participation of computer-based management information system. This study has a purpose, that is to analyze the influence of computer-based management information system on the performance of employees at KPN Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. This research was conducted in KPN Bina Sejahtera using census method (total sampling) of 50 respondents through a simple linear regression analysis. This analysis has a result, that is to prove that computer-based management information system of positive and significant effect on employee performance at KPN Bina Sejahtera Badung regency which is indicated by the value of determination total of 0.189 which means 18.9% influenced by the performance management information system remaining 81.1% influenced by other factors. The advice that can be given is the need for the involvement of managerial in increase the application field of computer-based management information system, so that the employees do not feel complicated in completing the task and responsibility of the individual concerned. Abstract

ABSTRACT Village Consultative Body (BPD) is a village-level institutions which carry out the functions of government. The Law No. 6 of 2014 on the village at this time strengthens the function of Village Consultative Body (BPD) is the supervisory function mainly supervisory function BPD conducted on the absorption Budget Village (APBDes). The purpose of this study is to determine the supervisory function of BPD in the absorption APBDes by referring to the Law No. 6 of 2014 by using the steps in the regulatory process, namely (1) the establishment of standards, (2) the determination of the measurement of the activities, (3) measurement of the activities, (4) comparing the implementation of standards and analysis of deviations and (5) taking corrective action when needed as well as the principles of good governance: accountability, transparency and participation. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study is the technique of interview, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring function BPD based on stages in the regulatory process has been implemented, but could not be implemented to the fullest by BPD Riang Gede because BPD could not be close to the village community. When viewed from the principles of good governance in the absorption APBDes in Desa Riang Gede could not be implemented to the maximal by the village government for accountability, transparency and participation have not been able to reach all the village community. Other obstacles that cause BPD Riang Gede has not been able to implement good performance due to the busy activities of BPD members who have other jobs besides carrying out oversight functions APBDes. Besides the lack of operational funds for BPD members in carrying out its performance also affects the performance of BPD. Abstract

ABSTRACT Klungkung regency is one of the regency ini Bali which has the lowest number of population. According to that fact, of course it must be easy to give the best demography service to all citizen. But, the fact shows that the range of people who own demography document is still low, which is caused by minimum accessibility toward demography administration service. Caling Tanduk program is an innovative program from Klungkung government ini order to improve public service ini klungkung regency. Through the innovation of Caling Tanduk program, Klungkung Government attains to create more efficient demographic administration service process. The result of this research is the implementation of Caling Tanduk program in Population and Civil Registry Service Klungkung Regency has ran quite well, but there were still some obstacles in implementing this program, such as the lack of professionalism of human resource which was involved in this research, the socialization was not spread evenly, and the lack of specific Standard Operating Procedure about Caling Tanduk Program Keywords: Implementation, Caling Tanduk Program, Demographic Document
