This study aims to analyze the influence of Career Development, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. A quantitative approach was employed with a population of 30 employees, and data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results reveal that Work Discipline significantly impacts Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.634 (t-statistics 5.598). Conversely, Work Motivation (path coefficient 0.078; t-statistics 0.848) and Career Development (path coefficient 0.143; t-statistics 1.621) do not show significant effects. The R Square value of 0.638 indicates that the model explains 63.8% of the variance in Employee Performance. These findings highlight Work Discipline as a key factor in improving Employee Performance, while Work Motivation and Career Development require more specific approaches to have a significant impact. This study contributes to the literature and managerial practice by emphasizing the importance of managing work discipline to achieve optimal performance.

Through the Regent's Decree no. 556/KEP.770- DISBUDPAR/2020 concerning the Designation of Tourist Villages in the Bandung Regency Area, there is a lot of potential in the Cibiru Wetan Tourism Village area, including having beautiful natural phenomena, which can be an attraction for tourists to visit the Cibiru Wetan Tourism Village. and become the tourist destination of choice for domestic and foreign tourists to relieve fatigue and calm the mind (refreshing), by enjoying the beauty of the city of Bandung, regional tourism education in the form of traditional arts diverse and learn from nature and local culinary specialties. The aim of carrying out activities is to increase the independence of partners in digitizing the promotion of the Cibiru Wetan Tourism Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency through the "Smart Digital" program so that it is widely known by domestic and foreign tourists, which has an impact on increasing the number of tourist visits. The method used is qualitative with the aim of finding out what is currently happening. The data analysis used in this service is an interactive model which has four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. Interactive model analysis was carried out during data collection and after completing data collection on answers to interviews.

The turbulence environment affects the customer requirements of the needs and wants of product or service. Competition in the industry is becoming very keen. To win this competition company needs implementative and adaptive marketing programme and strategy to deliver the product or service, so that the customer accepts it better than the competitors (superior). Marketing mix programme which have been selected from the market informations. This research aims : To know and analysis the influence of service marketing mix programme toward the Performance of Consultant Firms. In this research is used the Strategic Marketing Management Approach, especially evaluated from internal strategy of the firm that is Service Marketing Mix Programs toward the Performance of the Firms. The characters of this research is verificative and descriptive, while research methode is survey explanatory, by using the sampling technique of simple random sampling to 140 Consultant Planner of Building Firms. The results of this research indicate that service marketing mix programme have an associated relationship to firm performance R2X1 directly each for Product 14.40%, Price 17.0%, Promotion is 32.0%, Distribution is 26.0% Physical evidence 58.0%1, Personnel 20.0% and Process is 20.0% totally is 97.60%.

The characters of this research is verificative and descriptive, while research method is survey explanatory, by using the sampling technique of simple random sampling to 140 Consultant Planner of Building Firms. The results of this research indicate that customer requirements shifting and competitor characteristics have an associated relationship to service marketing mix program R2X1 directly 14.40%, indirectly 4.10% total 18.52%; R2X2 directly 28.10%, indirectly 4.10% total 32.20%.

The intensifying geopolitical rivalry in the Indo-Pacific has made China employ a hybrid strategy to respond to emerging security alliances in the Indo-Pacific, such as the QUAD, AUKUS, JAPHUS, and SQUAD, by combining militarization, economic coercion, and selective diplomatic engagement, to resist perceived containment while avoiding direct conflict. This qualitative research aims to assess the effectiveness of the strategies and analyze the impact of the responses on regional security stability, through the lens of defense diplomacy and hybrid warfare theoretical framework. Rooted in realist principles, China's response complicates the effectiveness of alliance-based security frameworks and undermines traditional defense diplomacy norms. While China's assertive actions heighten regional tensions, its simultaneous engagement in bilateral economic deals and crisis management mechanisms offers temporary de-escalation. China's strategic maneuvers are designed to solidify its long-term hegemony and test the resilience of regional security frameworks while diminishing US influence.

This study examines the influence of multiple dimensions of the online customer experience on attitudinal loyalty and online impulsive buying behavior, with self-control and time scarcity serving as moderating variables. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were collected via surveys from 85 Shopee users in the Jabodetabek area. The results indicate that trust, platform design quality, ease of navigation, and interactivity significantly enhance customer loyalty to Shopee. These results highlight the importance of a reliable and user-friendly online environment in fostering strong customer commitment and repeat engagement. The findings provide practical insights for e-commerce stakeholders by showing how optimizing trust, usability, and engagement can increase transaction frequency and customer retention. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical role of experiential factors in shaping online consumer actions and offers strategic recommendations for Indonesian e-commerce platforms to sustain competitive advantage through enhanced customer experiences.Overall, the study underscores the critical role of experiential factors in shaping consumer behavior online and offers actionable recommendations for leveraging these dimensions to improve both customer loyalty and sales performance within the Indonesian e-commerce sector.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) faces a significant challenge in maintaining a neutral relationship between the United States and China. As both countries compete for influence and power in the region, ASEAN must balance its relationships with both nations to prevent any potential conflicts and ensure regional stability. This task is complicated by the ongoing trade disputes and geopolitical tensions between the US and China. ASEAN must navigate these complex relationships with diplomacy and skill while continuing to promote its core values of peace, stability, and economic development. Maintaining a neutral position is essential for ASEAN to effectively address regional challenges, such as territorial disputes and the fight against terrorism. Failure to do so could lead to unintended consequences and threaten the security and prosperity of the region. As such, ASEAN's ability to maintain its neutral relationship with the US and China remains a critical challenge in the years to come.

Tingkat kemiskinan Indonesia adalah 10,14% pada tahun 2021, artinya sekitar 27,54 juta penduduk Indonesia hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan. Selain itu, ketimpangan pendapatan masih tinggi, koefisien Gini sebesar 0,38. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa manfaat pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak terdistribusi secara merata dan masih banyak yang harus dilakukan untuk mengurangi kemiskinan dan ketimpangan. Salah satu faktor potensial yang dapat mempengaruhi kemiskinan dan ketimpangan di Indonesia adalah pengeluaran militer. Pengeluaran militer Indonesia adalah USD 8,8 miliar pada tahun 2021, yang hanya setara dengan 0,7% dari PDB. Hal tersebut merupakan yang terendah di ASEAN dan juga masih lebih rendah dari rata-rata global yang sebesar 2,2%. Pengeluaran militer dapat mengalihkan sumber daya dari program sosial dan pembangunan ekonomi, yang dapat menyebabkan kemiskinan. Di sisi lain, ada yang berpendapat bahwa pengeluaran militer juga dapat merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menciptakan lapangan kerja, yang pada gilirannya dapat mengurangi kemiskinan. Penelitian kami menggunakan analisis jalur. Kami menganalisis dampak langsung dan tidak langsung dari pengeluaran dan investasi militer terhadap pertumbuhan PDB dan tingkat kemiskinan. Temuan penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran militer per PDB dan investasi per PDB memiliki dampak langsung yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan PDB di Indonesia. Selain itu, investasi per PDB ditemukan mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia.
