Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran generatif berfasilitas multimedia learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa ditinjau dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Ungaran. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control design yang diterapkan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak berdasarkan teknik cluster random sampling, setelah populasi dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan mempunyai homogenitas yang sama. Uji  perbedaan rata-rata data posttest kedua sampel menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil uji ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 89,29% dan pada kelas kontrol 76,67%. Analisis terhadap hasil belajar afektif siswa diperoleh rata-rata nilai pada kelas eksperimen 3,60 dan pada kelas kontrol 3,39. Analisis terhadap hasil belajar psikomotor siswa diperoleh rata-rata nilai pada kelas eksperimen 3,13 dan pada kelas kontrol 3,06. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran generatif berfasilitas multimedia learning efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa.   Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar; Model Pembelajaran Generatif; Multimedia Learning.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di dalam kelas yang kurang melibatkan aktivitas siswa akan menyebabkan siswa bosan dan mencari kesibukan sendiri. Hal tersebut membuat siswa tidak fokus terhadap materi yang diajarkan, sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami konsep materi tersebut. Pendidik harus bisa mencari cara untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang dapat membuat siswa aktif dan mudah memahami konsep materi yang diberikan agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan pemahaman konsep materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together(NHT). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2, XI IPA 3, XI IPA 4, XI IPA 5 dan XI IPA 6 SMA N11 Semarang. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest and postest group design. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling.Hasil pengambilan sampel didapatkan kelas eksperimen (XI IPA 5) sebanyak 35 siswa dan kelas kontrol (XI IPA 6) sebanyak 36 siswa.Perhitungan hasil penelitian diperoleh data rata-rata klasikal aktivitas fisik dan mental kelas eksperimen sebesar 76.63% dan 79,57%, sedangkan rata-rata klasikal aktivitas fisik dan mental kelas kontrol sebesar 68,35% dan 63,05%. Untuk hasil penelitian pemahaman konsep diperoleh perhitungan uji observasi berpasangan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, yaitu thitung 23,41 dan ttabel 12,71.Dari hasil uji observasi berpasangandapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman konsep materi siswa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari peningkatan pemahaman konsep materi siswa kelas kontrol.Aktivitas siswa kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan yang lebih baik dari kelas kontrol.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan pemahaman konsep materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar materi larutan penyangga model pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Heads Together dan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling karena populasi mempunyai homogenitas yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua sampel, yaitu kelas eksperimen I mendapatkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Heads Together dan kelas eksperimen II mendapatkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match. Desain penelitian ini adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil belajar meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Uji t digunakan untuk menilai aspek kognitif dan diperoleh thitung (3,193) lebih dari tkritis (1,997). Rata-rata nilai aspek afektif pada kelas eksperimen I (3,72) lebih dari kelas eksperimen II (3,58). Rata-rata nilai aspek psikomotorik pada kelas eksperimen I (3,55) lebih dari kelas eksperimen II (3,34). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Heads Together lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match.

Abstract

Treatment of microbial resistance is one of humankind's greatest challenges in terms of fight against infectious diseases. One way to overcome microbial resistance is discovery of potent new antimicrobial compounds against variety of microbial pathogens. Land is one potential source of microorganisms. This study aims to screen in order to get a fungal strains isolated from soil exposed to waste the pharmaceutical industry which possess antibacterial activity. Antibacterial activity test conducted on two types of bacteria, namely Staphylococcus aureus as Gram-positive bacteria and Escherichia coli as Gram-negative bacteria. The test results can be known isolates of fungi which has potential as an antibacterial, for then these are fermented for 10 days. Fermented then partitioned by using ethyl acetate. Initial screening showed that the fungi code TIF-1 as the most active fungi. Ethyl acetate soluble fraction was then identified the active compounds using thin layer chromatography method with various reagent spray. Bioautografi test results show that the saponins which play role in the antibacterial activity. ©2016 JNSMR UIN Walisongo. All rights reserved.

Abstract

The vision of the orphanage is to create a society that is physically and mentally prosperous through empowering underprivileged children, progressively and professionally to form a generation of Khaira Ummah. To support this, the community service team needs to equip the orphanage children with knowledge and skills that are expected to provide creative ideas in entrepreneurship through the application of appropriate technology for the production of hand sanitizer from citronella oil. The resulting hand sanitizer has two functions as a natural hand antiseptic and mosquito repellent. The stages of this community service activity had been carried out by the methods of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and practices. After the activities were completed, assistance and evaluation of activities were carried out. Almost all participants had been a level of understanding of all community service activities ( 90%) which included knowledge, skills, perception, and motivation. The evaluation of the activities had been carried out by 95s of participants, satisfied with this community service activity. This community Service activity had been succeeded in equipping the orphanage children and supporting the vision of the orphanage of Khaira Ummah.

Abstract

Management of chemistry practicum implementation has become a problem center that must be faced. This is caused by limited equipment and materials available in the laboratory, shortage of laboratory personnel , as well as its height costs required to carry out the practicum. Apart from that, chemistry practicum requires a high level of creativity from Chemistry teachers, well when they have to organize practicums independently and in classical learning for students. Therefore , guidance and mentoring _ from the service team is very important to help Chemistry teachers in developing their learning materials. This assistance takes place from June 22 to August 16 2022, starting with coordination between chairman of the MA Chemistry MGMP with the UNNES service team. The aim of the Community Service Program (PPM) is to build conservation character and environmental literacy among Chemistry teachers, also involving students, and of course MA students in Semarang. To date, there have been 2 environmentally oriented Chemistry Practical Worksheets created successfully , which is the result collaboration between one teacher and one student. At the end of August, we will proceed with further implementation steps . Results _ from this service activity will be published in a national journal accredited SINTA 3-6 . The process of writing the publication is ongoing, as are the manuscripts that will be published published through mass media . Devotion team firmly underlines the cultural importance of implementing environmentally oriented Chemistry Practical Worksheets that use the potential of natural materials available around the home.

Abstract

Abstrak Pneumonia merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan bawah yang serius karena menjadi penyebab kematian terbesar terutama di negara berkembang. Di Indonesia, pneumonia merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian di rumah sakit dengan persentase prevalensi pada tahun 2013 sebesar 4,5%. Provinsi Jawa Tengah memiliki persentase prevalensi yang lebih tinggi dari nilai nasional yaitu 5,0%. Terapi pneumonia yang disebabkan oleh bakteri adalah antibiotik. Pemilihan antibiotik awal pada pasien yaitu dengan pendekatan secara empiris sebelum didapatkan hasil kultur sensitivitas bakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasionalitas penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien pneumonia di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Wirataman dengan luaran klinis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional dan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dengan menggunakan rekam medis pasien tahun 2019 ditujukan untuk menganalisis rasionalitas pada penggunaan antibiotik empiris dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemilihan antibiotik empiris dengan kesembuhan pasien yang terdiagnosa pneumonia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rasionalitas penggunaan antibiotik empiris berdasarkan IDSA/ ATS pada pasien pneumonia periode Juni-Desember 2019 menunjukkan ada 95,65% regimen terapi antibiotik yang tidak rasional dan 4,35% regimen terapi antibiotik rasional. Hasil uji analisis statistik menunjukkan hubungan rasionalitas penggunaan terapi antibiotik empiris tidak berkaitan dengan clinical outcome pasien pneumonia di di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Wiratama Semarang. In Indonesia, pneumonia is one of causes of death in hospitals with a prevalence percentage of 4.5%. Central Java has a prevalence percentage that higher than the nationale average around 5.0%. First line therapy for pneumonia that caused by bacteria is antibiotics. The initial therapy of antibiotics for patients is an empirical approach before bacterial sensitivity culture results. The purpose of this study is to analyze the rationale use of antibiotics in pneumonia patients at Bhakti Wirataman Hospital with clinical outcomes. This research used descriptive analytical research methods with a cross sectional research design and retrospective data collection using patient medical records in 2019 aimed to analyze the rationale use of empirical antibiotics and to determine the effect of choosing empirical antibiotics on the recovery of patients diagnosed with pneumonia. The research results show the rationality of using empiric antibiotics based on IDSA/ATS in pneumonia patients in the period June-December 2019, showing that there were 95.65% irrational antibiotic therapy regimens and 4.35% rational antibiotic therapy regimens. The results of statistical analysis tests show that the rationality of using empirical antibiotic therapy is not related to the clinical outcome of pneumonia patients at the Bhakti Wiratama Hospital, Semarang. Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the competence of science teachers under MGMP IPA Semarang in developing the ASYIIK practicum guidebook (Innovative Science Activities in Chemistry Education). This initiative was based on the limited use of innovative and curriculum-based practicum guides, as well as the challenges many teachers face in designing engaging and applicable practicum activities. The training involved 60 teachers from 9 schools and was conducted through forum group discussions (FGD), guidebook reviews, and structured monitoring and evaluation. Activities included material presentation, mini-practicum sessions, and assignments related to guidebook development. The results showed that over 78% of participants successfully created practicum guidebooks that met the established criteria, indicating a significant improvement in their competence. The program produced several outcomes, including a publication in a nationally accredited SINTA 4 journal, electronic media coverage, a video highlight, and copyright registration. These findings suggest that the ASYIIK approach fosters contextual learning, integrates 21st-century skills, and improves students’ motivation and understanding in chemistry learning. In conclusion, the program reinforces the role of teachers as innovative and relevant designers of meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

This paper aims to empower chemistry teachers by providing training on designing projects that strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) through the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) approach. The Pancasila Student Profile is an educational initiative in Indonesia that emphasizes the development of students' character, competencies, and values in line with Pancasila, the nation's philosophical foundation. The integration of STEM into this initiative seeks to equip teachers with the skills and knowledge necessary to foster a holistic learning environment. The training was conducted over several sessions, involving a combination of theoretical presentations and practical workshops. Data were collected through pre- and post-training assessments, observations, and interviews with participants. The results indicate a significant improvement in the participants' ability to design and implement P5 projects with a STEM focus, suggesting that such training can be an effective tool for enhancing educational quality in Indonesia.
