Abstract

Computer ownership is increasing makes users more or less will affect the number of users who interact with it. Based on the results of research conducted National Center Education Statistics (NCES, 2003). Segmentation of Internet use in adolescents in this age range as much as 42 use it to complete school assignments, while 38 percent use email or chat facilities which includes playing games online, and 22 percent subsequently use the internet for browsing and searching for information. But not all the content containing educational information, and also a lot of negative information that is not compliant accessible to children. To solve this problem it created a system that can monitor the activities of users such as children when accessing the computer in realtime using the Cloud To Device Messaging Service (C2DM) on Android smartphones by parents. Given the android smartphone is also a handset that is able to always connect to the Internet for realtime data synchronization is different from ordinary mobile phones to be done manually. Abstract

In a goverment instation, the procurement of goods and services is a very important activity. The problem faced in this era is the procurement of goods or services process done manually. Refers to the procedure which must done to do the Keputusan Presiden No. 54 Tahun 2010 (Presidential Decree No. 54, 2010), its process will take much time and cost. The solution to handle the problem is by making an e-procurement application which help the procurement of goods or services. With e-procurement then some supplying process steps can be done by internet, there are the announcement of the project was auctioned, registration of candidate partner, the tender document, arranging partner list, announcement of winners, and so on. Depends on the implementation result and testing which done by researcher with qualification method so the e-procurement can help the solution of procurement of goods or services that is as long as this is done manually. Abstract

Lembaga Manajemen Infaq dan shadaqah (LMZIS) is an institution which is engaged in social and propagation, such as collecting Zakat, Sadaqah infaq and Muslims in the ITS, alumni and the surrounding communities. In the implementation LMZIS notimplement a system of financial accounting information is good, one of which was not reported for managerial accountability to the public. In addition the management has not been able to evaluate the performance of the activity in each month. Given the existing problems in LMZIS, it is necessary to the existence of a financialaccounting information systems that produce financial information that is derived fromactivity data per period and the data resulting in donor funds that are transparentmanagerial reports such as financial reports, evaluation reports and other reports. It can facilitate the directors, muzzaki and donors to get clear information. Based on the results of experiments performed can be concluded that, the system of financial accounting information on LMZIS can help existing business processes incurrent LMZIS start of the process of recording transactions, financial reporting, andevaluation. Abstract

Abstract: Scout Movement is a non-governmental agencies, which seeks to help the government and the community, in the community and nation building, especially in the field of education. One of the important activities of the scout is to memorize codes or commonly known by the code name. This time to learn the password scouts still use regular tutorial guide book as a paperback book and Skills General Terms books (SKU) causing lazy Elementary School students learn the password because scouts tend to get bored. To overcome this, the rapid development of technology by utilizing smartphones in independent learning, and multimedia facilities that can remove images, audio and animation, then the password scout learning application created as an application that can be used to perform the learning process in memorizing passwords scout syringe morse key feature and slideshow images semaphore. Learning application scouts password has been tested to 10 users with an average value of the application user satisfaction of 3.14 which indicates that the application of user interest is good. This application can be run on android 2.3.7 and minimal static, where the data does not change according to the provisions scout international Morse code and semaphore signals. Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which has been a big influence for change in all sectors, including health, especially in the medical record is called the electronic medical record. Basically the electronic medical record is the use of electronic methods for collecting, storing, processing, and accessing patient records in hospitals that have been stored in a multimedia database management system, bringing together various sources of medical data. Often problems arise no link between their respective health care providers in terms of information on the medical record. Though patients may have a medical examination at health care providers vary at any given time. It leads to the same checks occur repeatedly. Whereas previous medical records are very useful in further medical examination. From some of the problems mentioned above have designed a centralized electronic medical record system that accommodates one patient's medical record in a centralized database for the purpose of patient records are stored in a single database storage. So if one day patients already enrolled in the system, if referred from one hospital to another hospital in the region, the data can be viewed and accessed on the basis of data from hospitals or health care providers who have joined in this system. Abstract

Abstract: Effort estimation using Use Case Point (UCP) method obtained from the multiplication of the UCP with the Effort Rate (ER). Some studies conclude that there is some value of ER used in the calculation of effort estimation. However, the most often used is the ER with value 20 man-hours given by Karner. Disputes about the research that is ER by Karner occurred in 1993, so it is possible that the ER by Karner not suitable when applied in the calculation of effort estimation for the project worked on in 2013 and the years to come. This study used 8 data of governance website software development projects. The data is used to calculate actual effort, making use case diagrams, and calculations UCP estimation. Further level of analysis that is performed correlation and regression equations for actual effort and the UCP estimation. Based on the regression equation then performed calculations tangent ? to produce the ER. From this research produced the ER as big as 5,178 man-hours. The ER is much smaller than the value given by Karner ER. Case is possible for several reasons, among others: 1) Enginering software technology that is growing rapidly. 2) Manufacturing website using components. 3) Source of the internet so complete.
