Abstract

Seiring peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kesehatan bisa meningkatkan angka kunjungan di rumah sakit. Pasien yang berkunjung sangat bervariasi serta tidak bisa diprediksi tentu mengakibatkan rencana yang dibangun tidak efektif. Hal ini harus diantisipasi dengan memperkirakan atau memprediksi jumlah pasien yang berkunjung. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dibangun sistem perkiraan jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan dengan metode Double Exponential Smoothing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Arun serta data yang diambil dari 11 poliklinik yang ada pada rumah sakit dari Januari tahun 2020 hingga Desember 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah perkiraan pada poliklinik hemodialisis sebanyak 9 orang, poliklinik bedah 34 orang, poliklinik gigi dan mulut 6 orang, poliklinik jiwa 24 orang, poliklinik kesehatan anak 28 orang, poliklinik mata 24 orang, poliklinik obgyn ibu hamil 6 orang, poliklinik orthopedi 13 orang, poliklinik paru 34 orang, poliklinik penyakit dalam 39 orang, dan terakhir poliklinik syaraf 46 orang. Dengan hasil perhitungan rata-rata persentase error pada poliklinik hemodialisis selama setahun yaitu 0,90%.

Abstract

Malikussaleh Airport currently uses social media such as Instagram to share information, which results in limited information accessibility for visitors regarding news, profiles, and airport activities. This study aimed to develop a website-based information system to facilitate employees in disseminating information and ease public access to updated airport news. The system was built using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and designed through Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The implementation produced an informative and accessible platform that allows the airport management to provide transparent news, flight updates, and activity galleries. The results showed that the website effectively improved the information distribution process compared to previous social media-only methods.

Abstract

Bufferbloat in broadband networks often leads to high latency, which degrades the Quality of Experience (QoE), particularly for time-sensitive activities. MikroTik RouterOS v7 introduces modern Active Queue Management (AQM) algorithms, such as FQ-CoDel and CAKE, which are claimed to outperform traditional algorithms like SFQ and PCQ. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of these four queuing algorithms in a single-link gateway scenario on a 35 Mbps internet service. The research methodology employs a quantitative experimental approach by saturating the network with heavy traffic. Quality of Service (QoS) parameters including throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss—were measured based on TIPHON standards. The results indicate that modern algorithms maintain latency stability under full load significantly better than traditional ones. This study recommends the use of FQ-CoDel for resource efficiency and CAKE for maximum quality

Abstract

Abstrak - Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan mendorong rumah sakit untuk mengimplementasikan berbagai layanan digital guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi operasional. Keberhasilan implementasi layanan digital sangat bergantung pada kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang mencakup aspek tata kelola dan manajemen layanan TI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dalam mendukung implementasi layanan digital rumah sakit menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 dan ITIL 4. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan memetakan kondisi eksisting infrastruktur TI rumah sakit terhadap domain dan praktik yang relevan pada COBIT 2019 serta praktik manajemen layanan pada ITIL 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum infrastruktur teknologi informasi rumah sakit berada pada tingkat kesiapan yang cukup untuk mendukung layanan digital, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, khususnya pada pengelolaan layanan, pengendalian risiko, dan penyelarasan antara TI dan kebutuhan bisnis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi manajemen rumah sakit dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kesiapan infrastruktur TI secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Kesiapan Infrastruktur TI; Layanan Digital Rumah Sakit; COBIT 2019; ITIL 4; Abstract - Digital transformation in the healthcare sector encourages hospitals to implement various digital services in order to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The success of digital service implementation is highly dependent on the readiness of information technology infrastructure, which includes aspects of IT governance and IT service management. This study aims to analyze the readiness of information technology infrastructure in supporting the implementation of digital hospital services using the COBIT 2019 and ITIL 4 frameworks. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data are collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The analysis is conducted by mapping the existing conditions of the hospital’s IT infrastructure to the relevant domains of COBIT 2019 and the service management practices of ITIL 4. The results indicate that, in general, the hospital’s information technology infrastructure demonstrates an adequate level of readiness to support digital services. However, several aspects still require improvement, particularly in IT service management, risk control, and alignment between information technology and business needs. This study is expected to serve as a reference for hospital management in formulating strategies to enhance IT infrastructure readiness in a sustainable manner. Abstract

This study aims to analyze risks and determine mitigation priorities for information technology assets at the Melati Civil Servant Cooperative. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to determine mitigation priorities based on four main criteria: risk level, asset criticality, Return on Investment (ROI), and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). This study involved eight information technology assets used to support the cooperative's daily operational activities. Research data was obtained through structured interviews with cooperative administrators to assess the probability and impact of possible risks, the criticality level of each asset, the cost of asset ownership during its useful life, and the resulting economic benefits. The obtained data was then processed using the SAW method to generate a preference value for each asset. The analysis results show that the Savings and Loans Data asset received the highest preference value of 0.876, making it the main mitigation priority. Furthermore, the Cooperative Member Data and Backup Storage Device assets were ranked next in priority. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the SAW method is able to assist cooperative administrators in determining risk mitigation priorities for information technology assets objectively and efficiently

Abstract

Rice is a major food commodity that plays a vital role in national food security. However, differences in rice productivity levels between regions pose a challenge in formulating targeted agricultural policies. This study aims to analyze and cluster rice productivity areas in Deli Serdang Regency using the Isolation Forest algorithm. The data used are rice productivity data from all sub-districts in Deli Serdang Regency for the period 2020–2024, with variables of planted area, harvested area, production volume, and rice productivity. The analysis process is carried out through a web-based system using the Python programming language with the Streamlit framework. The Isolation Forest algorithm is used for clustering and anomaly detection, while cluster quality is evaluated using the Silhouette Score. The results of the 2024 data analysis show that 22 sub-districts in Deli Serdang Regency are divided into four clusters: a high-productivity cluster of 7 sub-districts (31.82%) with an average productivity above 6.2 tons/ha, a medium-productivity cluster of 4 sub-districts (18.18%) with a productivity of 6.0–6.1 tons/ha, a low-productivity cluster of 7 sub-districts (31.82%) with a productivity of around 5.9–6.0 tons/ha, and an anomalous cluster of 4 sub-districts (18.18%). The results of this clustering are expected to assist local governments in determining policies to increase rice productivity more effectively and based on data.
