Abstract

This study aims to analyze risks and determine mitigation priorities for information technology assets at the Melati Civil Servant Cooperative. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to determine mitigation priorities based on four main criteria: risk level, asset criticality, Return on Investment (ROI), and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). This study involved eight information technology assets used to support the cooperative's daily operational activities. Research data was obtained through structured interviews with cooperative administrators to assess the probability and impact of possible risks, the criticality level of each asset, the cost of asset ownership during its useful life, and the resulting economic benefits. The obtained data was then processed using the SAW method to generate a preference value for each asset. The analysis results show that the Savings and Loans Data asset received the highest preference value of 0.876, making it the main mitigation priority. Furthermore, the Cooperative Member Data and Backup Storage Device assets were ranked next in priority. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the SAW method is able to assist cooperative administrators in determining risk mitigation priorities for information technology assets objectively and efficiently

Abstract

Rice is a major food commodity that plays a vital role in national food security. However, differences in rice productivity levels between regions pose a challenge in formulating targeted agricultural policies. This study aims to analyze and cluster rice productivity areas in Deli Serdang Regency using the Isolation Forest algorithm. The data used are rice productivity data from all sub-districts in Deli Serdang Regency for the period 2020–2024, with variables of planted area, harvested area, production volume, and rice productivity. The analysis process is carried out through a web-based system using the Python programming language with the Streamlit framework. The Isolation Forest algorithm is used for clustering and anomaly detection, while cluster quality is evaluated using the Silhouette Score. The results of the 2024 data analysis show that 22 sub-districts in Deli Serdang Regency are divided into four clusters: a high-productivity cluster of 7 sub-districts (31.82%) with an average productivity above 6.2 tons/ha, a medium-productivity cluster of 4 sub-districts (18.18%) with a productivity of 6.0–6.1 tons/ha, a low-productivity cluster of 7 sub-districts (31.82%) with a productivity of around 5.9–6.0 tons/ha, and an anomalous cluster of 4 sub-districts (18.18%). The results of this clustering are expected to assist local governments in determining policies to increase rice productivity more effectively and based on data.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has led to the exponential growth of data generated from various sectors, such as healthcare services, social media, information systems, and other digital activities. This condition has given rise to the concept of big data, which cannot be optimally processed using conventional data processing technologies. Therefore, distributed computing platforms are required to efficiently handle large-scale data storage and processing. Apache Hadoop is one of the widely used big data technologies due to its distributed architecture that supports scalability, parallel processing, and fault tolerance. This study aims to analyze the architecture of Apache Hadoop and explain the role of each of its components in supporting large-scale data processing. The research method employed is a qualitative literature study, conducted through the review of books, scientific articles, and related publications on Hadoop. The results indicate that Hadoop consists of three main components: the Hadoop Distributed File System as a distributed storage system, MapReduce as a programming model for parallel data processing, and Yet Another Resource Negotiator, which functions in cluster resource management and scheduling. The integration of these components enables Hadoop to manage large-scale data in a reliable and distributed manner. However, Hadoop has limitations related to its batch-based processing model, which is less suitable for real-time processing needs, thus requiring consideration of complementary technologies according to application requirements.

Abstract

Tugas akhir memberikan kemampuan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengaplikasi teori yang didapatkan di perkuliahan mulai dari mata kuliah dasar sampai dengan matakuliah praktikum.Nilai Tugas Akhir mahasiswa merupakanbagian nilai dari suatu matakuliah yang diwajibkan terhadap mahasiswa.TugasAkhir mempunyai bobot yang cukup besar didalam penilaian, selain itu tugasakhir dapat dijadikan gambaran oleh seorang mahasiswa tentang aplikasi teoriyang dibutuhkan dilapangan.Pelayanan Tugas akhir yang baik dan cepat, adalahsuatu aspek yang harus dipenuhi untuk menunjang keberhasilan dari kegiatantugas akhir mahasiswa.Pengukuran perangkat lunak ada beberapa faktormenunjukkan atribut kualitas produk dilihat dari sudut pandangpengguna.Sedangkan adalah parameter kualitas produk dilihat dari sudutpandang perangkat lunaknya sendiri.Uji kualitas sistem informasi tugas akhirmahasiswa fakutas teknik menggunakan metode McCall dengan melibatkan 25koresponden secara acak.Setelah melakukan pengukuran kualitas denganmenggunakan metode McCall.maka didapatkan hasil bahwa Sistem InformasiTugas Akhir Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik mendapatkan nilai total kualitas 74.18dengan predikat baik.
