Abstract

   Peningkatan partisipasi  seluruh anggota kelompok tani sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan budidaya lombok mulai dari persiapan benih, perawatan sampai panen. Korbanan waktu, tenaga dan pikiran sangat penting untuk menjaga keberlanjutan suatu organisasi KWT sari asih di desa Mayang. Gatak. Sukoharjo. Tujuan pengabdiam masyarakat ini adalah 1) meningkatkan partisipasi seluruh anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) sari asih untuk aktif mengikuti, memahami dan dapat melaksanakan bercocok tanam lombok; 2) Memdampingi budidaya lombok oleh KWT sampai panen. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang dipergunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yaitu sebuah pendekatan pengabdian kepada petani untuk mengajak petani aktif  untuk turutserta berpartisipasi dalam proses dan pengembangan aktivitas bercocok tanam lombok. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat kepada KWT sari asih di desa Mayang 1) Anggota KWT datang secara sukarela dengan prosentase 95% kehadiran dalam pemberdayaan dilakukan di lahan KWT untuk menerima penyuluhan bercocok tanaman lombok dan dilanjutkan secara simbolis pennyerahan bibit lombok kepada ketua KWT Ibu Endang; 2) Pendampingan dilakukan mulai dari penyiapan lahan, bibit, budidaya sampai panen yang dilakukan secara bersama sama dengan seluruh anggota KWT. Kata Kunci; Partisipasi, KWT sari asih, Tanaman Lombok, desa Mayang ABSTRACT           Increasing the participation of all members of farmer groups is needed to increase the success of chili cultivation starting from seed preparation, maintenance to harvest. Sacrificing time, energy and thoughts is very important to maintain the sustainability of a KWT sari asih organization in Mayang village. Gatak. Sukoharjo. The goals of this community servant are 1) to increase the participation of all members of the Sari Asih Women Farmers Group (KWT) to actively participate in, understand and be able to carry out chili farming; 2) Accompanying lombok cultivation by KWT until harvest. The community service method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which is a service approach to farmers to invite active farmers to participate in the process and development of chili farming activities. The results of community service to KWT sari asih in Mayang village 1) KWT members came voluntarily with a percentage of 95% attendance in the empowerment carried out on KWT land to receive counseling on growing lombok plants and continued symbolically handing over chili seeds to the KWT head Ms. Endang; 2) Assistance is carried out starting from land preparation, seeds, cultivation to harvest which is carried out jointly with all KWT members. Keywords; Participation, KWT sari asih, Chili Plants, Mayang village

Abstract

Salah satu langkah yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap lingkungan ialah dengan melakukan penanaman bibit pohon. Penanaman dilakukan di taman Dukuh Jebol dan Ngrangutan .Pemilihan lokasi didasarkan pada kondisi kawasan tersebut yang mengalami kerusakan karena taman tersebut tidak terawat , penanaman ini menggunakan jenis bibit pohon Nangka, petai, jengkol. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan adalah dengan cara menanam bibit pohon di Taman Wisata di Desa Ngrombo. Tanaman yang ditanam memberikan manfaat yang penting terhadap sirkulasi udara yang segar dan bersih untuk masyarakat di lingkungan masyarakat Desa Ngrombo. Metode yang digunakan di kegiatan ini adalah praktek penanaman dan perawatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya penanaman pohon untuk menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan khususnya di Desa Ngrombo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best varieties and planting distances on the growth and yield of tomato plants. This research was conducted in March 2020 until May 2020. This research was carried out in Waru Village, Kuncen Hamlet, BakioSub-District, Sukoharjo District with a height of ± 110 meters above sea level. This study uses an environmental design with the basic pattern of a split plot design with 3 replications. There are two types of treatment factors examined, namely tomato varieties (V) consisting of 3 types: pearl varieties (V1), gem varieties (V2) and serv varieties (V3). The second factor is the treatment of plant spacing (J) consists of 3 types, namely: spacing of 50 x 50 cm (J1), spacing of 60 x 50 cm (J2) and spacingof 70 x50 cm (J3). Data analysis using variance with Fotest at the level of 5% and 1%. If the treatment is significantly different, proceed with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of varieties (V) showed a significant effect on the parameters of dry stover and significantly affected the parameters of the number of fruit plantations and fruit weight per plot. While no significant effect on plant height and fruit weight parameters per plant. For the treatment of spacing (J) showed a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of fruits peroplant, fruit weightoper plant and weight of fruit per plot. While no significant effect on plant height parameters and dry stover parameters.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the dosage of nitrogen fertilizers and organic fertilizer that most enhance the growth dan yield of cucumber plant. The research was conducted in November 2018 until January 2019, in Ngerni, sub-village Bolopleret, Juwiring sub-district,Klaten Regency with altitude of 100-200 m dpl. This study used a completely randomized design method (CRD) with 12 teratment combinations and repeated 3 times so that 36 units were obtained. The first factor was the nitrogen fertilizer (N) dose which consisted of 4 treatment levels: (1) without nitrogen fertilizer (N0), (2) nitrogen fertilizer dose as much as 1,5 grams/plant (N1), (3) nitrogen fertilizer dose as much as 3,0 grams/plant (N2),(4) nitrogen fertilizer doses is much as 4,5 grams/plant (N3). The second factor is the concentration of organic fertilize (S) which consists of 3 treatment: (1) without organic fertilizer (S0), (2)concentration of organic fertilizer 2cc/liter (S1), (3)concentration of organic fertilizer is 4cc/liter (S2). Data will be analyzed using an analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there is a significant difference it will be further tested us a multiple range test (DMRT) with a 5% level. The result show that: (1) nitogen fertilizer has a very significant effect on the number of fruit per plant but no significant effect on the parameters of number of leaves,heigt of plant, weight of fruit, fresh weight of biomass and dry weight of biomass. The most number of fruit per plant was found in the treatment of nitrogen fertilizers as much as 4,5 grams/plant (N3) namely 8,67 fruits, while the least amount was treated without nitrogen fertilizer (N0) is 4,67 fruits, (2) concentrations of organic fertilizers had a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of leaves, fresh weight of biomass and dry weight of biomass, had a significant effect on the number of fruits per plant but did not significantly affect plant height and fruit weight, (3) combinations of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer did not significantly affect the parameters of number of leaves,heigh of plant, weight of fruit, number of fruit per plant, weight of biomass and weight of dry biomass. Abstract

Figs have many benefits to treat various health problems, so it is necessary to breed vegetatively so that the production of figs can increase in the future. Fig nurseries have problems with the success of seedlings caused by stem rot disease due to the attack of pathogen Fusarium spp. This study aims to determine the ability of chemical and biological control techniques in suppressing the intensity of stem rot disease caused by pathogen Fusarium spp., as well as looking for substitution of agrochemical inputs for environmentally friendly disease control. The research was conducted at greenhouse faculty of agriculture, Batik Islamic University of Surakarta, from September 15, 2020 to December 23, 2020. The study used a Complete Randomized Design (RAL), with 6 types of control technique treatments, consisting of control, biological Trichoderma spp., biological Gliocladium spp., biological Corynebacterium spp., biological PGPR, and chemical Mankozeb, which was repeated 3 times and 3 times subrepannant. Observation consists of the parameters of the incubation period of the disease, the incidence of the disease, and the severity of the disease. The results showed that the treatment of biological control techniques was able to reduce the intensity of disease attacks with the best results obtained in trichoderma spp biological control agents (APH). which is able to delay the incubation period of the disease up to 48.89hsi, reduce the incidence of the disease by 88.89%, and reduce the severity of the disease by up to 97.78% because it has antagonism abilities in the form of competition mechanisms, mycoparasites, and antibiosis. Ability APH Trichoderma spp. can be an alternative solution to substitute agrochemical inputs in disease control that is more environmentally friendly and sustainable and can maintain natural balance in agroecosystems

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how growth regulator concentration and type affect lime shoot cuttings (Citrus aurantifolia) growth. From November 2022 to February 2023, this study was carried out in Dusun III Pandanan Dukuh Biru RT 03/RW 01, Wonosari District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. At an elevation of about 118 meters above sea level, the research site is located. This study employed a CRD (completely randomized design) with two factors, namely three ZPT types at (Z1: extract of onions, Z2: coconut water, and Z3: IBA Chemical Hormones) and growth regulator concentrations (K1: 25%, K2: 50% , K3 : 75%). There were 108 experimental units totaling 36 with four replications and three sample plants each. The percentage of living cuttings, the age at which shoots appeared, the height of shoots, the number of leaves, the number of shoots, and root length were the parameters that were observed. used the One-Way ANOVA test of variance (Test F) at the levels of 5% and 1% to analyze the data. at a level of 5%, continued the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) examination. According to the findings of the research, the treatment of various types of PGR significantly affects the age of shoot emergence, plant height, and number of leaves. ZPT concentration had a significant impact on plant height and root length, but there was no significant interaction between the two in any of the observed parameters.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di kampung wisata Laweyan, dengan sasaran 20 UMKM. Kegiatan meliputi pengenalan pembukuan sederhana dan marketing online untuk mendukung perkembangan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan dilanjutkan pendampingan selama 2 bulan terkait materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu melaksanakan pembukuan sederhana untuk bisnis nya dan melakukan pemasaran online melalui social media dengan konten-konten yang bisa menarik minat pembeli. Secara keseluruhan menunjukkan antusiasme dari peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program was implemented in the Murakabi Women Farmers (KWT) group under the Gapoktan of Kenteng hamlet, Puntukrejo Village, Karanganyar Regency. As a village that produces purple cassava, mothers are creative in making products from purple cassava. The problems found include: 1. There is no legality regarding the product. 2. There is still no certification regarding the halal status of the products sold. 3. lack of knowledge about packaging. 4. lack of ability to create a business profile. 5. lack of knowledge in online marketing. 6. lack of knowledge of labeling and trademarks. The method used is by conducting training and mentoring from May to October 2023. The results of the activities include: 1. increasing partner knowledge in online management and marketing. 2. increasing the skills of trading partners in packaging. 3. increasing partner empowerment regarding product legality and certification. The implications of this service are expected to increase partners' knowledge and provide added value in business development

Abstract

Implementation of community service in national collaboration, collaboration between Batik Islamic University, Surakarta and Warmadewa University, Denpasar, Bali. It was carried out on February 6 2024, at Putra Susila UMKM which produces tuna skin crackers with an address in Denpasar, Bali. The method of community service is carried out using a mentoring method carried out jointly between the Batik Islamic University Surakarta team and Warmadewa University Denpasar. Meanwhile, supporting factors include: related to production, storage of raw materials, layout of cooking areas, packing and sales. The analysis used is triangulation of primary data, theory and expert opinion. From the results of community service, a conclusion can be drawn that assistance still needs to be provided regarding raw materials which are still fluctuating, sometimes abundant, sometimes empty, so raw material storage technology is needed. Layout techniques and production space are good, neat and separate from the household. Packing has several inputs, namely that it is not big enough. Marketing is still around Denpasar with pre-order patterns and product displays and participating in exhibitions.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Increasing the consumption of animal protein for the community during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important. A very easy and cheap source of protein for the community is chicken. The problem in raising chickens is the problem of feed, especially if the chicken feed has to be purchased at a production facility shop. On the other hand, organic waste or organic waste in households is very abundant and even becomes environmental problems such as: odor, dirty and also disturbs beauty. An alternative solution to the problem of organic waste is through maggot cultivation as an animal that is able to convert organic waste into organic fertilizer, both solid and liquid. In addition, maggot itself has a high protein content of (40-50)%. This community empowerment method is carried out by providing assistance and training to the community with regular communication and periodic supervision. For people who are good and able to cultivate yam maggot funds in Kadipiro and Nusukan, Banjarsari districts, Surakarta municipality from September to December 2020. The results of this community service resulted that maggot was able to substitute for factory chicken feed by 50%, resulting in a savings rate of 50% of the total production costs in raising chickens. So that maggot can be recommended as natural chicken feed that is environmentally friendly and improves chicken health. Keywords: maggot, organic waste, community empowerment
