Abstract

Community service with the title Economic Improvement in the Pandemic Period in Puro Village, Karangmalang District, Sragen Regency. It has been held on Sunday, December 19, 2021. At the Puro village hall yard, starting at 10.00-11.30 WIB. The aim is to ease the economic burden of the Puro village community during the pandemic and the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education. The service method is carried out by initial surveys, implementation and evaluation of activities. The results of community service in Puro village, Karangmalang, Sragen district, have been carried out smoothly, successfully and have received support from stakeholders, both the security apparatus, namely the police, babinsa village apparatus and the Puro village community. The achievement of community service goals, namely; 1) Slightly ease the economic burden on the Puro village community in terms of basic needs, namely minimum basic necessities for the next few days; 2) It is carried out smoothly and successfully for the tri dharma activities of higher education, especially community service in 2021.

Abstract

Kepedulian masyarakat kampus khususnya Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta program studi agrotehnologi pada kesehatan masyarakat desa Telukan sangat tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul penanaman tanaman obat di desa Telukan kecamatan Grogol kabupaten Sukoharjo menuju herbal village telah dilakukan pada tanggal minggu 27 Maret 2022. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan bantuan beberapa bibit tanaman obat. Pemberdayaan dengan cara sosialisasi dan bantuan bibit kepada tokoh masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sangat antusias menerima sosialisasi dari program kepedulian kampus Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. Tanaman obat ditanam pada area pinggiran sungai bengawan solo selain untuk penghijauan atau reboisasi juga sebagai bahan baku tanaman obat bagi masyarakat. Bibit tanaman obat yang ditanam seperti tanaman salam, tanaman Lombok, dan tanaman papaya. Selain tanaman obat juga sebagai tanaman buah-buahan. Tanaman diberikan pada saat yang tepat masuk musim penghujan, sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu melakukan penyiraman. Pengabdian masyarakat tidak hanya pemberian bibit tetapi dilanjutkan dengan perawatan tanaman sampai bisa panen, oleh karena itu telah dilibatkan penyuluh pertanian penyedia bibit dan petugas dinas pertanian Sukoharjo untuk menindahlanjuti program tersebut. Sehingga program pengabdian masyarakat di desa Telukan ada keberlanjutannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Desember tahun 2023 sampai Februari 2024. Bertempat di PTPN 1 Regional 3 Afderling Jatirunggo Kebun Ngobo Ungaran, dengan ketinggian tempat 630 meter di atas permukaan laut. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi POC urin kelinci (P), tanpa pemberian pupuk POC urin kelinci kontrol (P0), konsentrasi POC urin kelinci 10 ml/ltr air (P1) dan konsentrasi POC urin kelinci 20 ml/ltr air (P2). Sedangkan faktor kedua yaitu komposisi media tanam (M). terdiri atas 3 perlakuan. Yaitu (M1), tanah saja sebagai control. (M2) pupuk kandang sapi dengan tanah (1:1), (M3) terdiri tanah dengan pupuk kandang sapi. (1:2). Analisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam uji F dan bila berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada taraf 5% dan 1%.Hasil uji sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi POC urin kelinci tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tinggi tanaman. Tetapi sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap pengamatan, jumlah daun, berat basah brangkasan, berat kering brangkasan, berat akar, dan diameter batang. Perlakuan komposisisi media tanam tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi. Tetapi sangat berpengaruh nyata pada pengamatan berat basah brangkasan, berat kering brangkasan, berat akar, dan diameter batang. Kombinasi konsentrasi POC urine kelinci dan komposisi media tanam tidak berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan abdimas pada tahun 2024 di mulai bulan Juni sampai awal Nopember bertempat di Kabupaten Boyolali. Peran penyuluh pertanian dioptimalkan untuk memacu percepatan kemandirian petani sayur organik. Hal abdimas sangat memuaskan para pihak, khususnya instansi BPP Cepogo ada kegiatan pengembangan profesionalisme penyuluh pertanian. Selain ini para petani antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran uji coba bercocok tanam tanaman kangkung darat.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk diseminasi tanaman shorgum di acara solo anggrek festival yang diselenggarakan pada bulan Juli tahun 2025. Bertempat di gedung graha wisata niaga, Surakarta, sejak 19 hingga 27 Juli 2025, Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara sosialisasi, edukasi, pameran produk dan pelatihan pada masyarakat pengunjung solo anggrek ferstival. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat sangat positif, peserta aktif dan antusias. Ditandai dengan banyaknya pertanyaan, diskusi dua arah dan tertarik untuk membeli dan mau menanam tanaman shorgun yang kami berikan secara gratis kepada samua pengunjung.

Abstract

This study evaluated the effects of growing media and rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) concentrations on the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) in Klaten Regency, Indonesia. A factorial completely randomized design tested three growing media (cow, goat, and chicken manure mixed with fermented rice husk at a 1:1 ratio) and three LOF concentrations (10, 20, and 30 mL L⁻¹). Plant height, leaf number, fresh weight, and root weight were measured and analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan’s multiple range test (α = 0.05). Growing media had no significant effect on any parameter. LOF concentration significantly increased leaf number but did not affect plant height, fresh weight, or root weight, and no interaction effects were detected. These results indicate that rabbit urine LOF primarily promotes vegetative leaf development rather than overall biomass accumulation in mustard greens.

Abstract

This study evaluated the effects of leachate-based liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) and goat manure bokashi on the growth and yield of Brazilian spinach (Alternanthera sissoo). A factorial completely randomized design was applied with three levels of leachate (0, 250, and 500 ppm) and three levels of bokashi (0, 120, and 240 g per polybag). Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at 5%. Leachate application did not significantly affect plant height, root length, root volume, leaf number, or fresh biomass. In contrast, bokashi significantly increased leaf number and fresh biomass, while no significant interaction between treatments was observed. These results indicate that goat manure bokashi improves vegetative growth and yield of Brazilian spinach, whereas the tested leachate concentrations were insufficient to enhance plant performance. Further studies are recommended to optimize leachate dosage and combination with inorganic fertilizers.

Abstract

Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is an economically important leafy vegetable that has potential for organic production. The application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from maja fruit with goat manure will have positive impact on plant growth, yield and soil fertility improvement. This research was conducted to analyze the influences of POC from maja fruit concentration, goat manure dose, and its interaction on the growth and yield of pakcoy. The research was conducted at the village of Ngadirejo, District of Kartasura, Regency of Sukoharjo in the hamlet of Klinggen from December 2025 to January 2026. A 2-factor, 3-replication factorial CRD was used for this study. The 1st factor was the concentration of POC from maja fruit, ie (M1; 10, M2; 20, and M3; 30) ml/L, and the 2nd factor was goat manure rate ie (K1; 500, K2; 750, and K3; 1000) g/polybag) as followed by 250g of goat manure into each concentration. Plant height, leaf width, fresh weight, and root volume were observed. Data were subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and further subjected to DMRT at 5% level of significance whenever significant F values obtained. The K factor had a significant effect on leaf width, while other parameters were not significantly different.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of different growing media compositions and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) derived from rice washing water on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). The experiment used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was the composition of growing media consisting of soil, rice husk charcoal, and goat manure with three ratios: M1 (1:1:2), M2 (2:1:1), and M3 (1:2:2). The second factor was liquid organic fertilizer from rice washing water applied at three concentrations: K1 (0%), K2 (15%), and K3 (30%). The results showed that the application of rice washing water POC at 15% concentration positively affected root length, while the growing media compositions significantly influenced leaf number, leaf width, consumption weight, and root length. The interaction between M1 and K3 produced the highest consumption weight (78.67 g), indicating that this combination was the most optimal for pakcoy growth and yield. In conclusion, the interaction between rice washing water POC and growing media significantly affected plant fresh weight, consumption weight, and root length.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of chicken manure and tofu waste–based liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the growth and yield of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.). The experiment was arranged in a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was chicken manure applied at three doses: A1 (0.25 kg), A2 (0.5 kg), and A3 (0.75 kg per polybag). The second factor was tofu waste liquid organic fertilizer applied at three concentrations: T1 (100 ml), T2 (150 ml), and T3 (200 ml per polybag). The results showed that the application of 0.25 kg chicken manure significantly increased plant length, number of leaves, and root length. The application of tofu waste POC at 200 ml improved plant length, although its effect on other parameters was not consistent. A significant interaction between chicken manure and tofu waste POC was observed on plant growth and yield. The combination A1T2 produced the highest plant length (213.67 cm) and the best overall cucumber yield. These results indicate that the combined application of chicken manure and tofu waste POC is more effective than single fertilizer application.
